Could have been better if my connection wasn't delayed to the point I wouldn't have made my international connection. Then was rebooked where I had almost 8 hr wait.. Then I get to Manila but no luggage. Top it off Delta has not offered me anything . Good possibility I'll never fly Delta again!!!

It could be better if you let the seniors check in,like the family with children. I’m pertaining the seniors that are not in the wheelchair who are in the long line with other passengers. It will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Pros: "My flight was postponed or delayed as the airline like to call it until the next day due to Narita International Airport closing after 11pm! First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."

Cons: "I bought my ticket last minute not realizing that my lay over in Korea was 12 hours I arrived in Korea at 5:30 am, stayed at the airport , slept , walked, ate, sleep patiently waited for my 1930 boarding I finally boarded and was told in their broken English that I am going to be inspected I was thoroughly searched, my pursed was inspected, my body was inspected ,the asked me to open both of my hands and they run a white strips into my palm( I'm a nurse ) and the first thing that entered my mind was they were checking me for drug screen I am very bothered with what happened , Korean airlines makes their passenger have a long lay over and at the end will be thoroughly searched because she stayed in the airport too long How is Korean airlines going to support this insult!!! Pros: "At Incheon Airport, many passengers were taking up three seats and sleeping, very rude. The plane was already scheduled to be late by twenty minutes, blaming the weather(light snow). While checking in at the gate, the flight attendant gave my wive a hard time about her USA Visa. She has a spouse Visa with the first picture ID having expired and a current USCIS extension letter explaining that this is perfectly acceptable. The male flight attendant asked her for another letter, and none exists. We did get on, he called USCIS to verify this, but we were the last to get on and this started the delays. It is also a little embarrassing, since all of our paperwork is alway in order. We are not criminals. The next delay before leaving was that there were two unclaimed, untagged suitcases on the plane. The flight attendants were running back and forth trying to resolve this, but this was at the last minute when we were trying to take off. The plane then had to be deiced causing even a further delay coming to one and a half hours. As we "almost landed" at O'Hare in Chicago, the plane was ready to hit the runway(within feet), but pulled up at the last minute and accelerated with out explanation. I know they were trying to avoid an accident, but this seemed like bad planning or miscommunication. Next, we were fling over Lake Michigan turning around. It appears we landed on a runway facing west as opposed to facing east. There was no explanation about this, except that we would be delayed even longer. Prior to our deplaning, the flight attendants moved many of the people in the back of the plane to the front empty seats. I believe this was due to the lengthy delay and these must have been passengers with interconnection flights. This was a nice gesture of customer serve, but it was very disrupting to my wife and myself. Since we were detained at the gate, we were upset during the flight, and had a hard time relaxing. This last minute commotion made our flight more nerve wracking. This flight is over 12 hours long, and we expected to sleep/relax and become reaccustomed to the 13 hour time difference. This did not happen. Finally, we live near O'Hare, and our neighbor was doing us a favor and picking us up. Due to the lengthy delay, we had to reschedule our lift home, just another incident to add to our anxiety."

I had to sleep in a sleeping bag in the airport overnight by myself."

Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

The flight was late leaving the airport, but the seats were comfy enough and the flight crew friendly.

One flight attendant was crazy uptight about masks. Really an unpleasant experience.

Everything was great until landed and had to wait 25 minutes to get into our gate! Can’t think of a good excuse for that on such a late, cross-country flight. Plenty of prep time!

The flight was delayed for over an hour while they tried to find a crew for the flight. The flight crew that eventually showed up were friendly and did a good job. However, getting in at 1:00AM meant that the airport was mostly closed when we arrived.

Flight attendants were super chill and the flight was comfortable. They provide passengers with lots of bottles of water (two or more even); yay for hydration!

The agent said there was enough seats for the standbys I wait and wait for my name to be called but no luck. My name wasn’t cleared yet. Finally I was the next to last one to get a seat. The gate agent who didn’t ask for my name tells me I was all the down at the bottom of the list. While I am glad that I got on I wish I knew what method is use to get your name on the stand by list?"

I prayed for safety and for the pilots and crew; the turbulence stopped after that and our arrival wasn't all that delayed."

The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Then if your flight gets moved to another gate...and you have 10 minutes to do ALL this again... Never mind the bathrooms while one of us watches the scooters while the other uses the facilities and this is Impossible. Never mind the narrowness of the elevators. STRONGLY SUGGEST AN AIRLINE EMPLOYEE TRIES TO SEE THE PROBLEMS FIRST HAND with a scooter, THEN RECOMMEND FIXES. And don't get me started on the restarants with tables too close together if you use a scooter. Toronto airport is better as a comparison. Alton and Mary Cason"

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

Cons: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."
