If traveling JA bring your own seat padding like a sweater or blanket. Customs and security in Osaka was super fast with facial recognition so you don’t need to arrive to airport super early but if you do they basically have a mall in tbe terminal to keep you busy for hours and spend any left over Yen
Verified travelerFlew with China Eastern-Jun 2026
Beijing would have been a better choice without the uncertainty of the connecting flight in Shanghai. There is a shuttle bus every 30 min goes between Qinhuangdao and Beijing Airport. It was still a good experience overall when I was flexible.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Aug 2026
Use the restroom before boarding. You may not be able to use the restroom in flight for a good while during take-off and until the seatbelt sign is turned off.
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Jun 2026
HKG is is very large airport and would suggest familiarizing yourself with the airport layout prior to arriving particurlry if you have a short connection.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Aug 2026
Tried to reserve, odd number rows Business class seat on the single seat column. The seat is closer to the window and provide more privacy..
tonyFlew with AIR PREMIA-Jul 2026
Air Premia is a great option. Paying for premium is worth the extra money. Additionally try to check in online if possible.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Jun 2026
Online check-in is recommended also comply with the airline regulations in re of baggages weighs and number allowed.
JasonFlew with ZIPAIR-Aug 2026
You don't need the meal, eat at Tokyo and relax on the flight. Bring water & chargers.
joseFlew with United Airlines-Aug 2026
Give yourself enough time. You can use remaining money on Suica Card at the airport.
TeYuFlew with EVA Air-Jul 2026
For travelers flying from Taipei to Dallas, I would suggest preparing for a very long journey and keeping your expectations realistic, especially if you are flying economy class. First, try to choose your seat carefully. The economy-class seats may be more comfortable for passengers with smaller body frames, but taller or larger travelers may find the space limited on such a long-haul flight. If possible, consider selecting an aisle seat or a seat with extra legroom. Second, although the airline may offer special meals or premium collaborations, some meals can be quite oily or inconvenient to eat in the limited space of the cabin. I would recommend bringing some wet wipes or tissues, especially if you prefer to keep your hands and tray table clean during the flight. Third, do not rely too heavily on the paid in-flight Wi-Fi. But free wifi without streaming functions is quite good. In my experience, the service may not always work properly, and the refund process can take extra time. It is better to download important documents, entertainment, and messages before boarding. Finally, after arriving in Dallas, allow enough time for immigration, baggage claim, and ground transportation. Even if the process goes smoothly, long international flights can be tiring, so it is helpful to keep your arrival plans flexible. It takes a bit to pick up the luggage. Overall, EVA Air can still be a convenient option for traveling from Taipei to Dallas, but passengers should be well prepared for the realities of a long-haul economy-class flight.
Verified travelerFlew with AIR PREMIA-Aug 2026
Get to the airport early. Put your items in the overhang, not under the chair. Do not plan on putting a bag under the seat in front of you; do not plan on needing anything out of that bag. You will not have room to grab it, even if you bring a thin drawstring bag. Anticipate there being no WiFi onboard.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Jun 2026
Japan Airlines is a difficult airline to check-in on both the app and on-line. It is best to to call and have them walk you through their process. Know that they have limited hours for customer service and may be open only Monday - Friday. Highly suggest that you visit Visit Japan Website and Register for Immigration and Customs.
CarinaFlew with Philippine Airlines-Jul 2026
NAIA check-in gate was smooth & quick. Be alert for gate changes ... my gate was changed only to find myself in a gate for Bangkok because the airport crew did not give clear instructions. A second security screen done at the original gate for carry-ons which I've not encountered before.
ThomasFlew with STARLUX Airlines-Jul 2026
Make sure if you pay for a upgraded seat make sure it is the same in the plane as on the website.
MichaelFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2026
Be prepared for a long walk from gate to gate past cosmetic sellers, jewelry sellers, toys, etc, etc

Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Aug 2026

Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Jul 2026
Don’t fly this route if u are traveling with large amount of luggage and with kids as it is a nightmare if your connections or change occur , to your connecting flight international , terminal E is really far from terminal B
MaryFlew with Japan Airlines-Apr 2026
It’s true bring the minimum in clothing and extra luggage. The hotels even offer nightly pajamas and slippers (hilton). Most hotels have laundry access for customers. Also, the international terminal has very cheap souvenirs- seriously 1/2 the stuff I was searching for (magnets, tshirts, shopping bags, Kirby, hello kitty, gundam etc) was cheaper and all in the bottom floor ( before security). They’re even a decent gochapon store if you still have yen’s burning a hole in your pocket.
Verified travelerFlew with China Eastern-Apr 2026
Choose a evening flight if you are flying business, so that you could sleep while flying. If you are leaving PVG around noon time, it would be difficult to fall to sleep.
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Mar 2026
Hong Kong Internatonal AirPort is great. Be in the AirPort at least 2 hours before departíng.
Verified travelerFlew with Animawings-Apr 2026
Wear compression socks, walk around every 1-2.5hrs to allow blood flow.
SatitFlew with China Airlines-Mar 2026
I noticed several babies and small children crying due to the change in pressure during take off and landing. It causes pain in the their ears, the same way with adults, but they don't know what's going on or how to relieve it. The small children can open their mouth wide and close it, like they are chewing something. For the babies, the parents can push their chin down to open their mouth and let them close it. Repeat until cabin pressure stabilizes. It's much more useful than trying to ask to children to stop crying.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-May 2026
If arriving at Haneda from another airport in Japan for an international flight, make sure you have enough time to get to the international terminal. It takes at least 15mins to get to with the airport shuttle. Airport shuttle is a little hard to find in the lower level of the airport.
NoelFlew with Cathay Pacific-Mar 2026
Baggage handilng make sure to report any issues, like lost or damage immidiately, even if you miss your connecting flight , they will reschedule you, but if you have a fixed schedule, report as soon as possible , happend to my recent flight march 24,2026
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-May 2026
You can pre-order special food requests before your flight on their website.. and they are served before others who did not order special meals ahead of time. Some customers wondered why some people get food served before others.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Apr 2026
Give yourself enough time to get through customs. You can get many items at the airport but you will pay a bit more.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-May 2026
Be sure if your seat assignments. Bring snacks in case you don’t like the food.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Mar 2026
For comfort you should buy a first class or a premium economy seat.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Apr 2026
Bring your own food. And slippers to wear on the plane
PeterFlew with United Airlines-Mar 2026
don't get united cheapest tickets, even if they are at a premium price. The new economy class is lower than normal economy, you pay a premium for normal economy. Get normal if the price is right for you, get basic economy only if it's a bargain.
KaushalendraFlew with American Airlines-Apr 2026
Don’t book via third party apps for Cathay Pacific flights, they don’t recognize the itinerary and won’t be able to even view details like airport terminals or gate numbers
Verified travelerFlew with Air China-Mar 2026
Only tip, eat before boarding the plane, Airline food, not just Air China, has become worse over time. Air China's food was better prior to the pandemic.
Verified travelerFlew with EVA Air-Jan 2026
It is a long flight so be prepared some book to read, play sudoko to relax mind or bring your own soothing blanket or neck rest to sleep on the plane. Do not forget to ask for ear plugs to block the noise if you needed.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Jan 2026
Don't get to the gate too much earlier than you need to, it is very easy and fast to get from baggage drop off through security and to the gate.
Verified travelerFlew with AIR PREMIA-Jan 2026
Get a mobile boarding pass ahead of time. Also, register for the Smartpass (requires an app) for a shorter line at the security.
Verified travelerFlew with Philippine Airlines-Jan 2026
This flight is recommended as it is a straight flight. No hassle of changing flights.

HEY. LIQUOR IS FREE ON TRANSPACIFIC FLIGHTS, Y'ALL. DON'T SLEEP ON IT.
Verified travelerFlew with EVA Air-Jan 2026
Going through immigration services is pretty quick. The agents were nice and efficient. But there is not distinct direction for foreign vs US passport. There should be someone there direction traffic. Don’t be afraid to ask. That is why they are there. My last visit, everyone just picked a side and guessed. There was a mix of both and we all got through. So I don’t think it’s as big a deal in SF that it is in other places. You all end up at the same baggage claim anyways.
RickFlew with STARLUX Airlines-Jan 2026
First time at TPE airport. Be prepared to hike to the next gate.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Feb 2026
Prepare to bring your own food & snacks on board to eat, food on plane sucks, very cold on plane
JamesFlew with United Airlines-Feb 2026
Getting to Haneda is a nightmare. avoid the Keiku line, rather take the Monorail.
DrewFlew with Philippine Airlines-Jun 2025
Pack a hoodie and wear pants. Don't purchase anything past initial security check- youll have to empty any drink- even a sealed cola can- before getting through a secondary screening at your gate.
DavidFlew with Philippine Airlines-May 2025
Airport departure is a zoo. You have to show documents of travel just to gain entry. Confusing inside but staff very helpful in getting you lined up where you need to be. Immigration and security screening typical however when you arrive at departure gate you are not allowed to bring any drinks into the gate area and it is a long dry period until first service onboard. You can leave the gate area but must go through secondary screening again to return to the gate waiting area.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Mar 2025
The connection to the next flight can be difficult. We got lost in the Incheon Airport trying to transfer to Terminal 1, and almost missed our flight since it was very difficult to find instructions on how to get there. I suggest finding instructions how to transfer to the connecting flight in Incheon Airport.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Apr 2025
Arrive at the airport early. Checkin is self service and the security check point is very congested with long lines. You may also need a tram to get to your boarding gate.
SureshFlew with ANA-Apr 2025
Take the shuttle from atop 9 to terminal 3 if you are transferring from a domestic 1
Verified travelerFlew with EVA Air-Mar 2025
Know where services are located. Not all vending machines accept Visa or Mastercard.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Apr 2025
Get a window seat where close to bathroom possible
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Apr 2025
I wish we had known about the multi airline “Self Check-in” and the self “Bag Drop”. A lot of people seemed unaware of the procedures and had difficulty navigating step one and step two procedures. We had issues with our Bag Drop because it did not function properly and there was nobody available to assist us.
Verified travelerFlew with Asiana Airlines-Mar 2025
Be careful to allow enough time when going thru Customs & Immigration. Despite having Global entry privileges, we missed our connecting domestic flight because luggages arrived late before we got thru Customs. Then, we have to contend with long security lines in SEA.
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-May 2025
Bring your own meals like sandwich, nuts, fruit, or protein bar, because the food not only smells fowl but tastes even more so. Jesus, I’d rather just eat a protein bar.
Verified travelerFlew with Korean Air-Dec 2024
Fly Korean Air if you can. ICN is a great airport and you won't have any issues getting through in a reasonable time, but be aware that the gates for US-bound flights are fairly far away.
RonaldFlew with China Airlines-Dec 2024
Be prepared to check your bag if it's too heavy. They made me check mine, and I never usually do that.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Dec 2024
be careful of short connection time when reaching US.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Dec 2024
Get to the airport early because ground transportation to/from takes time and patience. Horribly crowded airport takes time to understand if one doesn’t understand Japanese language. Transfer time from previous flight was obviously not long enough and yet this was what booking service recommended
Verified travelerFlew with Korean Air-Nov 2024
Incheon has always impressed me by its cleanliness so I invariably choose Korean Air over and above others. I appreciate the 2 free checked-in luggage policy. I find the weight limit for carry-ons plus personal item a bit restrictive. I bring a laptop with an AC adapter and that alone brings my carry-on weight close to the limit. Next time, I shall try not to bring other battery chargers (the ones that are not allowed to be checked in).
Verified travelerFlew with China Southern-Oct 2024
Wear comfy shoes it is a long flight. If you can try to get a window seat cause the middle seat is super uncomfortable. But the flight is amazing and even though it is a long flight I had fun
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Nov 2024
This trip seemed shorter than I thought. Sleeping helps pass the time. Also take an aspirin and wear compression socks
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Oct 2024
Procedures in Tokyo Narita airport are very efficient. Transportation to and from Tokyo is also efficient, economical, and available.
Verified travelerFlew with Japan Airlines-Oct 2024
Get a butt pillow for the long flight and a neck pillow to sleep comfortably
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Sep 2024
Fill out arrival card on the plane to expedite the arrivals process
KathyFlew with Cathay Pacific-Sep 2024
There is no section by section boarding, except for people needing extra time, or first class. So I advise you to line up right away. It's a bit confusing at first, but just line up when they start boarding, no matter what your seat is, or you'll be last in line!
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Sep 2024
Get there earlier if you are a transit passenger, there are stores and restaurants but we flew in almost midnight and most stores were closed. Be your own advocate and look around what other passengers are doing!
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-Nov 2024
Make sure to buy whatever you think you’ll buy at the airport at the store bc terminal 2 is fairly new so there aren’t as much stores and restaurants as the other terminals in Haneda .
Verified travelerFlew with Korean Air-Oct 2024
If you are traveling with Korea Air and you think you want to have better seats, book it from the beginning. The run out of availability quickly
ginaFlew with EVA Air-Sep 2024
Give yourself at least 3 hours to get to your connecting flight. I had to run, beg people to cut in front if them.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Sep 2024
Double check your boarding information in airport in time, like boarding gate, or boarding time, etc. because they might be updated.
VictorFlew with American Airlines-Oct 2024
Make sure to eat before you get on, as the food options aren’t the most appetizing.
Verified travelerFlew with Singapore Airlines-Nov 2024
You can order your meal online if you fly business class form Singapore airlines
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay Pacific-Nov 2024
Hong Kong was a good connecting flight airport (though you need to dump all liquids between connecting flights as you need to go through a security checkpoint, which is a pain). Boarding was a bit painful due to disorganization (everyone rushing to board at once), not many power outlets near our gate worked, and airplane bathrooms were a mess by halfway through the flight.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Sep 2024
Avoid transit from one terminal to another. Takes 90 minutes to connect. Don’t waste money on Hawaiian Business Class. Not worth it.
Verified travelerFlew with EVA Air-Jun 2024
If there is time, walk around the whole airport to see all the shops and the very creative themes of the boarding gates (I.E. Sanrio, Video Games, Surfing, History, Underwater Corrals, etc)

Stop in Narita for 10 hours and book a room in Dayroom and Shower in International Terminal 2. Go take a nap, shower, and shop before noon.
ArthurFlew with Delta-Jul 2024
Get aisle seat and stretch legs every 2 hours minimum. Bring your own favorite snack .
JohnjimyFlew with ANA-Aug 2024
If you have multiple carry-on. You may be subjected to have tags or have to pay, due to limited spaces. I was fortunate to have my bag under seat for take off. Other passengers decided to bring the whole room with them without me having space to put my backpack carry on.
Verified travelerFlew with Sichuan Airlines-Aug 2024
1. Make sure the passport information has been correctly recorded with the ticket, otherwise you will not be able to pass custom/security at China. Ticket purchased overseas often misses such info. 2. Arrive at the airport early. 3+ hours would be my recommendation.
Verified travelerFlew with Air India-Aug 2024
If non peak time you can change broken seat in the flight. Mostly people fly AI since AI allows 2 check in baggage. Don't fly Air India in peak time if you don't have check in luggage. In same rate you may get United,

Long flight new planes. Get bulk head if possible.
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Mar 2024
I have not flown other flights to Tokyo, so I have not much to add here. I did appreciate the option of a direct flight to your destination. Having to connect to another flight is at minimum a 2 hour add to your traveling time to an already long flight. Even though a connecting flight you have been more economical, the saved time will s worth the slightly extra cost to me.
RickFlew with United Airlines-May 2024
Haneda Airport was most convenient for me. My friend lives in Chiba so Haneda was closer to drop me off. There was a monorail if coming by train, so that came be convenient too. Check in was a breeze and also ANA accepts luggage forwarding service from our hotel which made it more convenient too!
Verified travelerFlew with ANA-May 2024
Haneda airport now handles most of the international traffic. It's much closer to downtown Tokyo. Narita is 45-55 minutes out of town. Do online and complete you immigration documentation before your flight. Print the QR code and the machine will scan it along with your passport. Much faster.
GordonFlew with United Airlines-Apr 2024
Check your all or most of your luggage if you can. Take a small light carry for your must have items with you such as snacks, book and electronics on hand accessible during the flight.

Don’t choose Air India. Immigration and security checks in Delhi was very crowded, took almost an hour and half to go through. Need plenty of time to transfer from domestic to international.
SoukindaFlew with Singapore Airlines-Feb 2024
Bring a sweater, a mask and wear socks. Although they provided a blanket, it’s very chilly on a long flight. I caught a nasty cold from the flight and wasn’t masked up. Other than that our flight was great and comfortable.
PremsriFlew with Japan Airlines-Jan 2024
Get business class if U can! Download your own entertainment especially movies before hand. There are even less choices than the outbound! BTW, my outbound connection was horrendous. Fortunately Haneda airport is spacious and has lots of seats, couches.

HeatherFlew with EVA Air-Jan 2024
You will have to go through customs in Seattle and pick up all of your checked luggage before going through. You can download the CBP MPC ap to get through customs more quickly. There was quite a long line and the number of customs officers changed moment to moment as they would leave to inspect luggage before returning.
ManishFlew with Air India-Jan 2024
Qatar and Emirates are so far best options. Landing in domestic airport had pain of taking baggage from baggage claim and then again be in line to checkin the hand bag even though bag was tagged to final destination. So we have to avoid flights landing in domestic airport during transfer with layover.
MITESHFlew with Air India-Jan 2024
Don’t go with any regular expectations. This is point a to point b. Put on your noise cancelling headphones, bring your own food, close your eyes and go. This is still the most efficient flight travel time wise.
IanFlew with ANA-Feb 2024
Take special care to manage any connecting flights that might arrive/depart from the Haneda airport, the commute between them can take a long time. Additionally, make special plans for transporting oversize luggage to/from airport.
amarjitFlew with Air India-Jan 2024
I would like to suggest before leaving your home, keep some medicine with you.
KyleFlew with Delta-Jan 2024
Get to the airport early. Do not purchase basic economy tickets.
AlanFlew with China Airlines-Dec 2023
One thing to be mindful of is that China Airlines has a carryon luggage weight restriction of 7kg. While it was somewhat enforced on my flight from LAX to TPE and I was forced to remove my laptop and other heavier items from my carryon, it was not enforced on my return flight making it very inconsistent. I do not have to deal a carryon restriction on my other international flights so this was an inconvience flying China Arilines vs other Asian airlines like EVA Air and Asiana.

Do not Fly Philippines air it will more then likely be late/cancelled has happened multiple times to me whether going to LA or Honolulu… best bet is to fly to Japan or Taiwan first then continue to USA

Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.

The crew was very attentive and delivered great service unlike any other airline. It was our first time with Emirates. Our only critique is the food. Pasta pesto is not very common. Tomato sauce would’ve been more of a crowd pleaser. Beef curry sounds bad because curry can be very tough on the stomach. We were in row 26 and the pasta ran out, meaning no one wanted the beef which says something. The beef was just ok… The rest of the food was very good and generous. The plane speaker sound could be better. It was tough to understand announcements even with headphones. Although we did not need them this time due to the purpose of our trip, we were surprised that 2 checked bags were included. That’d be great for the future. It was unpleasant though that our personal items were weighed (we’ve never had another airline do this), especially when we didn’t have checked bags and almost had our carry-ons checked. Overall it was a good experience, but we wish the prices were friendlier for such a short distance (Miami > Colombia).

It was very exlent flight and thanks a lot kayak

Flight was cancelled without notification. Information on flight status was not available on Emirates's website.

I love to travel again and again in Emirates. Keep up the good work.

The stewardess took a picture as a gift , if you asked for it. Every thing was very good, Especially the food, big and tasty. The service was good, they served water several times, very frequent.

I liked the newer aircraft CRJ-550 since it had WIFI and the seats are more spacious.

Sadly I couldn't get the food I requested as it was out. Also, if you don't want to be woken up make sure the crew knows it. My wife was woken on every service.

Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.

Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.

Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay

I booked a round trip with Delta, and each of the four segments was sold off to three other airlines. All four were late or cancelled, so I had to troubleshoot with three different airlines, NOT Delta. In fact, even though I had paid money to Delta, they could not help or troubleshoot anything. Not nice.

The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average

The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.

Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.

There were weather issues in the area apparently; however, that was not obvious from what we saw outside of LaGuardia. We were delayed leaving (which I understand); however, once we were on the plane we didn't leave for a long time. It may have been two hours?? - all I know is that we sat there for a long time with no information as to why we were not taking off. Finally, after 45 minutes to an hour (maybe?), the pilot gave us an update that no planes were able to go in the our flight path direction (or something like that) due to weather. There was nothing additional added. What does this mean? Why is this? What are the options? When will you give us another update? There were no updates for maybe another 30-45 minutes. There was no explanation as to why we couldn't be rerouted to avoid the weather. We had no information at all. We just sat on the plane (for about 2 hours) with very limited information. All I would have wanted is an explanation as to what was going on. Tell me there is bad weather coming our way. Tell me they are working to reroute us around it (which is what they did). Tell me SOMETHING.

Crew and support were very good; lounge was very good. Seat was narrow and very close to other passengers; lie flat is more complicated and exposed to the aisleways.

My 4pm flight did not leave until about 10pm. I did not enjoy this experience.

I had an extensive delay on my previous flight and we had another delay due to the crew not being there. We were scheduled to have a late arrival but due to the delay it was even longer.

Had one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. 1.5-hour delay turned into being held on the tarmac and our pilots timing out. Was supposed to take off at 4pm and didn't take off until 10:30pm.

It was excellent except for at the very end. I woke up about 1.5 hrs before touchdown and wanted to order food in the Business class. I was told they had shut down food service. It would have been good to get a heads up before they closed the service. Anna the air hostess was wonderful. She did get me 2 bowls of fruit and I was very appreciative of her. Wonderful human and a hostess.

Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.

I paid extra for seating when first booking flight to be in a comfortable economy seat They still changed it to a middle seat regardless. When I asked for it to be changed back to aisle, they could only give me one at the back of the plane in the least comfortable seats.

Same as already mentioned. This was more comforting as I got my aisle seat for my knee.

When we checked in at the Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia, we were only given three boarding passes and told that we would have to check in with American when we arrived in Boston. This was a source of stress for us. After we landed in Boston, we had a long passage from Terminal E to Terminal B (American Airline ticketing counter). Because the electronic ticketing kiosks for check-in would not recognize our Confirmation Code, we had to wait for an hour in a long line where only two AA reps were taking care of Special Services passengers. In many years of both business and recreational travel, I have never had this experience. I would expect more from AA being in partnership with other airlines to do a better job with this.

Qatar Airways is an excellent service provider. The crew members were attentive and helpful. The aircraft was very clean. This was the longest leg of our journey, so it would have been nice to have more leg room for comfort. We appreciated the crew's service of four hot meals to all of us during this long flight. Also, it was helpful that the crew asked us to keep the window shades down for the entire journey, allowing the environment to get lots of rest during the trip. For families traveling with little children, this was helpful to them to keep them settled.

The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.

It was very good. It was a long flight and being a tight with little leg room.

I always fly with Qatar air and you are the best. Keep up the good wor, after travelling with Qatar Air More than 80 times, you never offer to upgrade me.but it happened to my friend companion some time. Any how i still enjoying travelling with Qatar air and wait one day to upgrade me too. Best Regards

Paid $10 for wifi for full flight duration and the wifi wasn’t available after initial 2 hours

Good could be better. Crew is good but not great. Not much snack options for kids. Bathrooms were not cleaned on time

The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!

Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.

The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.

It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better

Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.

Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good

The crew could have been more friendly and could have offered to make the beds. Also, Ethiad should have more vegetarian food options.

From the start of my vacation at Logan Airport, Boston it was chaotic. I'm praying my flight home is better .I'm grateful that we landed safe

On this flight...fine. The one from India to Abu Dahbi, awful.

Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

Terrible airline... Originally, the flight was canceled and didn't receive a notification, had to learn from their twitter account... Rebooking was a huge pain... Every other airline like American and United did eventually fly a day later... The flight had a layover, no other airline needed one... India is such a weak nation globally, this airline has no leverage to negotiate good airspace... Flight left late, again no notifications as to why at the airport. On the plane, wifi is spotty, chargers don't work... The only saving grace used to be good food. Even that has gone down the drain. Just the worst!

Never ever travel with Air India is a very conscious promise made to myself. Poor customer service , irresponsible staff, pathetic operations and bad planes. Overall -0/10. Planes had mosquitoes in it.. i am still thinking what international standards of hygiene are they even following????. Operations team has no quality standards. They can route you anywhere on any plane inspite of a confirmed ticket and a web checkin… without your consent. Go for AirIndia if you love challenges and roller coasters and safety, time and hygiene is never your priority.

Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.

Flight crew was lovely. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. The handsets in business class for watching the entertainment are horrible. Very difficult to figure out which buttons are for what. I managed to get the flight maps on my screen but it wasn't easy. Never got anything else up.

Uneventful trip. Good flight crew. Food could have been better and a bit more of it. Cabin cleanliness was ok.

Inflight Services are poor compared to other airlines. They do not offer even water during 15 hr flight. Food is little in portion and I had food poisoning after last meal ( rajma chawal)

Boarding at Mumbai airport was terrible, the staff had no idea how to handle it. It was chaos - and led to a delay

My seats that I paid for were changed last minute and I had to sit in uncomfortable chairs

This was a bery good experience as it was a newer plane . AI older plane bussiness class is bad .
