It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

Not a United thing, but late afternoon departures from Denver with thunderstorms is always prone to delays.

Really delayed, no effort to support customers other than “sometimes we run late.”

The flight was excellent. Their was no service as we boarded, the flight attendants spent about 30 minutes just taking and not really caring that the cabin was about 80 degrees and did not offered any beverage to first class passengers or any passenger. The flight from DEN to ONT is not long but not under an hour, we received one drink and bag of chips if you were lucky. I was in first class…. I did leave my hat on the plane and it only took less than five minutes for a United rep to locate and bring it to me.

And the experience of trying to get compensation from United is just as bad. They could not care less about their passengers Never again!

I never flew. Flight was canceled. DIA worst airport in the country. Avoid at all costs.

For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.

flights were on time, boarding was easy. maybe better snack selection, like mini kind bars?.
