I contacted customer service and their response was a simple copy and paste of the rules which I was well aware of (apparently I should have really been there 90 mins before and not 60 according to the site). I only booked with the airline because it offered an 8 hour layover in Athens...a chance to see a bonus city. There are plenty of other airlines with more flexible and consistent policies. I have traveled the world on many airlines and have never had an early check in counter close or to have to chase down a representative to get service."

That’s probably how they “beat” their competitors’ prices. The Captain assured all the pax this was not a safety related issue, and a fresh plane would be ready for us when we landed in Athens. After landing in Athens at a remote gate, we were bussed to the terminal, waited for no more than 10 minutes to another aircraft to make our journey to Paris. As we got on the bus to go to the new aircraft we were handed a letter with apologies for the disruption. In this letter we were offered a free flight anywhere within the Aegean Airlines network, valid for 12 months. I thought this was great customer recovery. The same technical and cabin crew took our new plane to Paris and we managed to make up a reasonable amount of time delay. This was an unforeseen situation handled very well. Well done Aegean."

It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Cons: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Excellent experience! I booked through chat deal, and after I booked, I read some bad reviews.....I found that was not the case.....I had to change my ticket before the flight and customer service took care of the change with one phone call and even got me a refund, even though I did not buy travel insurance. The planes were on time an surprisingly comfortable. I just had a great experience throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again.

The transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 1 was horrible at jfk taking buses and walking outside of the terminal and the TSA was horrible and slow

The flight left 20 minutes late arrived about ten minutes lates. It took 30 minutes to revive our bags even though priority. The flight and crew were fantastic.

Royal jordanian Website says check in closed 45 minutes before departure. In reality, it close 60 minutes before. Due to another flight delay, we arrived 50 minutes before. We didn't get our flight and had to but other very expensive tickets for the same flight the next day. Very disappointing.

Old plane from the turn of the millennia. Crew was nice but we had delays and then emergency landing and that delayed a lot. Food was mediaocre and entertainment was non existent because of the age of the plane
The flight was shaking the whole time. We paid for kosher and gluten free, and we didn’t get it and as a family, we paid for sitting together and they put us separately. The crew was very unimpressed It looks like they don’t care. It’s looks like they don’t even care from our situation. Very poor flight will never book again with ITA.
The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.
I would highly recommend to anyone to fly this airlines. I would fly with them again, the flight and crew were amazing, the only thing that wasn't so good was the food but no big deal. I'd still fly with them again for another long flight. I had lots of room with the seat as well.

Sandwiches needed something like mustard
The ticket counter did not even open until 8:30 AM. They could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they finally found our reservation. They would not let my daughter and son-in-law book a seat online because they had an infant. So they had to get seats at the ticket counter which by this time there was not any decent seats left.
We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.
Flight was awful. Team wouldn’t check our bags to final destination.

Service was great - flight attendants, on time, etc. the food was ok and the movie choices were limited…. But those things are minor in comparison.

A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.
The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

You screwed up on my flight, then didn't apply my meal choice to the airway so I didn't have anything to eat the whole 8hour flight. and whats up with the second piece of checked in baggage not being allowed? You should tell customers theres a baggage embargo.
