Cons: Wouldn't let us on the flight when there was plenty of time to get there. Manager was arrogant and slow - didn't care. Poor policies at that airport.

Cons: Wouldn't let us on the flight when there was plenty of time to get there. Manager was arrogant and slow - didn't care. Poor policies at that airport.

Cons: This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic.

Cons: Wifi would not work

Cons: Excellent experience during covid times.

Cons: I was really surprised that economy seats were not blocked off for COVID. They are tight enough as it is and I used SkyMiles to upgrade my seat and sat in a seat that was no different from economy and sat next to someone as well.

Pros: That i was able to watch movies, snacks were provided and water
Cons: Nothing really!

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: My favorite airline to travel from Denver to Puerto Rico, round trip, and in Atlanta I will make the stopover, I also feel so safer to travel with my cat ... they are the best airline in everything
Cons: Let people who travel with pets earn extra points for taking them with Delta

Cons: Broken tray table literally off its hinges and unusable.

Cons: No social distancing at all while boarding and exiting the plane you must keeplpeople in their seats !!! I love your airline although I usually just pick the best deal but it’s always a pleasure when that option is also delta

Pros: Customer service
Cons: If was cheaper to Checked baggage

Pros: The flight was on time
Cons: too crowded

Pros: Delay with boarding

Cons: No ear plugs offered and my iPhone jack didn’t fit.

Pros: The crew did a mediocre job of keeping us informed as to the delay of takeoff.
Cons: There was some type of mechanical or electric issue that delayed our flight by 30 minutes or so, which is unwelcome for a flight that late at night.

Pros: The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling.

Pros: Flight was smooth and amazing
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The pilot kept us updated.

Cons: Nothing all excellent

Pros: Nothing
Cons: See previous

Pros: Crew amazing, seat not too comfy
Cons: Sits uncomfortable

Pros: Crew was night seat sucked plane was cramped

Cons: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Cons: A lot of turbulence

Pros: Crew was excellent, seats are never excellent

Cons: Had to collect & re check luggage between flights. Couldn't they have been transferred to the next aircraft?

Pros: The crew was excellent
Cons: We had mechanical problems and had to come back to Atlanta, get off our plane and get on another one

Pros: Food was decent and crew were nice enough
Cons: Seat space was small and cramped. Entertainment was poor unfortunately

Cons: we began the boarding process late, which can be understandable, although the plane was there pretty early. Once the boarding began, someone, I presume the gate agent, essentially gave a countdown to hhow many minutes were left until the flight could have an "on time departure". I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them.

Pros: I like that I was able to request a window seat and was obliged to get another one.
Cons: My flight was cancelled and I had anxiety about being at my destinations on time because I had to travel another hour away without knowing if my ride would be able to wait for me. However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time, but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries, night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Pros: Efficient boarding

Pros: Nice equipment for the ride and pleasant staff

Pros: I flew on a basic economy fare (I understand the restrictions) and was seated in Economy Comfort +, so that was appreciated.
Cons: I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part.

Pros: The crew went out of their way to make sure they got the plane ready as quickly as possible and get us to Jacksonville as quickly as possible.
Cons: Delta lost the plane for over an hour. After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience.

Pros: Quick and easy boarding. Quick flight
Cons: Audio entertainment quite limited

Cons: I has nothing to do with the flight it self! The original fight was cancelled from Minneapolis to Atlanta (with no notice) I found this out by calling!! I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called, mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!

Pros: Staff were friendly and worked hard.
Cons: Seats were very basic and not as good as the low cost carrier I normally fly out of the UK. Very old and noisy aircraft. Seemed little control over how much hand luggage passengers were bringing onto the aircraft.

Pros: Free WiFi

Pros: More seat room than expected for economy tickets. Good service, on time, polite staff
Cons: Duty free purchases not waiting for us at boarding like usual. Audio selection on entertainment was v poor

Pros: The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!
Cons: The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Plane was supposed to depart at 9:09pm. An announcement was made that in Atlanta which is Delta hub, there were no flight attendants for the flight so we had to wait for another crew to fly in. That's just unporfessiknal. To make matters worse, the gate agents didn't make announcements even if just to say we know this isn't good and we will update you asap even if just to tell you we are still waiting on word. Total silence and seeing the gate agents laugh and talk amongst each other was pretty bad.

Pros: Good for an economy flight
Cons: Too long

Cons: My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours.

Cons: Everything that could have gone wrong with my flights, went wrong. On my way from LA to Raleigh (through Atlanta), I was affected by the weather conditions at Atlanta. I understand that the weather is beyond Delta's scope of control, but customer service is not. I had to wait in line at LAX for 8 hours to even get information on what had happened, and what solutions were available. The customer service call center was collapsed, and at the airport counters at one point there was ONLY ONE DELTA REPRESENTATIVE serving a line of more than 100 upset customers. This IS Delta's fault, and it is unacceptable. This definitely was under Delta's control, but in order to save a few dollars in overtime for emergency staff Delta was willing to let its customers make terribly long lines, miss their flights, their connections and consequently their commitments. It is disappointing to observe how Delta believes that a few dollars saved on extra staff and emergency measures can offset the irreparable long term damage to its business due to upset customers. My way back from Raleigh to Los Angeles was also a disaster. Without any type of explanation and nothing more than an email announcing the change, the nonstop flight I bought was replaced by a 1-stop flight with connection in Atlanta. This was NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. There is a reason I paid a premium for a nonstop flight, and Delta did not hesitate in providing me with a less valuable product without any explanation or refund. Delta prioritizes its operational metrics - an obsession to fill and overbook its capacity - over its customers' experience, one again under the foolish belief that short term savings in any way offset the long term damage of disappointed and alienated customers. I will NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN. I will do whatever I can to transmit my experience to everyone I know. At a time where major airline carriers are in the spotlight due to abusive practices (i.e. the United passenger case), I still find hope in knowing that alternatives such as Southwest still put their customers first, over the ethereal benefits that a few-dollar savings in operational expenses can provide.

Pros: Movies
Cons: Sat in Delta Comfort and a loyal Delta flier, except had the bad fortune of taking off at 830 ATL time and apparently Delta doesn't find it important or a good idea to sell food after that time. The logic behind this is beyond me. I'm willing to pay $9 for a few cheese slice and crackers or a sandwich yet they don't offer anything, not even to first class which would really irritate me had I paid 1000 bucks. Ontop of that the crew which is normally excellent, was feisty and rude and wanted nothing to do with their job

Pros: Clean plane, good service. on time departure, early arrival.
Cons: I did not like the way the plane was boarded- people could not get into their seats because others blocked the aisles - so chaotic. Passengers were not being rude to one another, it was simply that the process is poor. Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear.

Pros: Length of flight was good, one of the flight attendants was very nice
Cons: Flight attendant arguing and having words with a passenger BEFORE the flight even took off was very alarming, the attendant had walked past the seat, we saw her face change, she halted and walked back to the passenger and a very heated and negative exchange ensued, then another flight attendant came out and threatened to evict the passenger from the flight, this was before the flight even took place .... all passengers were like just remove them already ... t his is a short flight and most of use were connecting from a long flight from overseas ....

Cons: Delta Flight #1494 On my return flight, I had to pay for a 2nd ticket to fly out early since Delta was cancelling flights to the south and I didn’t want to get stuck in Philadelphia. When the plane arrived for a layover in Atlanta, there was a flight going on from the first 2 people waiting to deplane. In my distraction and fear, I left my water bottle next to my seat. When I realized that I had left it, I went back to the gate and told the gate attendant that my bottle was next to my seat. She would not call down to the plane, nor walk down, and told me I had to wait until the entire flight had boarded. I explained that my connecting flight was boarding across the airport. The bottle was expensive and had great sentimental value. A couple times, I tried to ask people boarding the flight if they would tell a flight attendant to retrieve my bottle. The gate attendant told the boarding passenger to ignore me. When the flight had completely boarded, the gate attendant went down to the plane only to return to me to tell me that the flight attendant(s) allowed the cleaning crew to take the bottle. The gate attendant called the cleaning service and then she told me that the bottle was waiting at the tower and that I could ask at my next gate to have the bottle delivered to that gate. Since my connecting flight had already started boarding I had to run/train it across the airport to arrive at the gate. When I told the 2nd gate attendant, the story and asked him to call the tower to get my bottle, he told me that “wasn’t a thing” and that the 1st gate attendant lied to me. I had to board since they were getting ready to close the plane. This incident was compounded to many unpleasant experiences I’ve had with Delta over the past few years (losing my luggage and lying about it, damaging my suitcase, etc., etc.). I don’t understand how you can continue to be successful as an airline when you run your operation the way Delta does.

Cons: A flying chicken bus. The air conditioning was really loud.

Cons: Waited in the main terminal almost two hours before the check in desks were open.

Pros: Cabin crew was okay
Cons: I would’ve appreciated if the crew did not blame a very evident turn-around delay on weather. The TAF and METAR in Halifax do not support that. It looks more like the crew was trying to hide their incompetence. This delay prevented me from catching my connection in Calgary. Needless to say, Westjet refused to take their responsibilities.

Pros: The seat was the most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat in, almost unbearable.
Cons: No food option on a over 5 hour flight was no good.

Pros: All excellent
Cons: Snacks without caffeine

Pros: Professional, but friendly crew.

Pros: Travelers well spaced out
Cons: Nothing given the current circumstances.

Pros: Crew were helpful
Cons: Everything was great

Cons: Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests.

Pros: The crew was fine
Cons: the checked luggage took over an hour to arrive at the carousel. ZERO communication. Other flights arrived after ours and all their baggage arrived and they all left while we stood. No information. No explanation. Poor

Cons: Better, healthier food choices would be nice.

Pros: Seats were comfortable Nice to have direct flight
Cons: No interaction from the cockpit about areas we were flying through. No duty free. Felt like a local flight and not a transatlantic flight....crew did not come around often enough to provide water, etc

Pros: crew
Cons: i would love to seat beside passenger who doesn’t snore bery loud.

Pros: So much leg room!
Cons: The entertainment option doesn’t work on laptops

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Communication from you all. I missed my flight because of the terrible instructions and communication

Pros: Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Pros: The two flights were fine, nice WestJet staff on the ground and in the air. But it will be very inconvenient if I don’t get my clothes, toiletries, and other things I need for my trip.
Cons: As I said, my suitcase (that I checked through yeti Paris) is missing....

Pros: The seating in the 737 was comfortable.
Cons: This flight was booked as a connection through Atlanta on Delta. When I checked in (on the previous flight) was able to select seats or print a boarding pass for the Atlanta to Calgary leg.

Pros: Newest 787 plane in the fleet. Really comfortable seats and terrific in-flight entertainment

Pros: Cramped seats for someone 6 foot 5.
Cons: Nothing, I just hate flying

Cons: More room

Cons: Seats too narrow.

Pros: Easy and quick boarding, on-time flight, friendly cabin crew

Pros: Our l;uggage did not make it to palmSprins, our final destination It seems they found it, but has not delivered to as as of 11:00am, 1/5//2019. We arrived Palm Springs 1/4/2019. 12:20am. Still waiting!

Cons: No beverage service at all and only pretzels offered when I asked if I could have nuts or cookies.

Pros: Food was great
Cons: Not offered enough beverages... usually they come around more!

Pros: Very comfortable, staff was courteous and professional and planes arrived ahead of schedule!

Pros: On time, free coffee, free pretzels
Cons: Going home.

Pros: Westjet team is fast, nice and solve issues in one call. I have had very good experiences with westjet! Thank you!
Cons: Today in Montreal during boarding the lady coordinating did not give priority to people with children. We were at leastthree families - we were all upset with the situation. However as I have had very good experiences with west jet I consider this an isolated issue.

Pros: Left and arrived on time, friendly Westjet crew as always.
Cons: Tiny TV screens, no real food, seat cushion was so compacted it was uncomfortable.

Pros: WS Care Center staff Minmico (think it was her name) arranged the 4:15 flight instead of the 6 pm flight but only because I requested her to check that flight when I returned to the CC to find out if it was possible to get on an earlier flight. I should have been advised when I first arrived at the CC from my delayed flight from Toronto that I could check back at the CC to see if there was a cancellation. Minmico allowed me to use her phone a couple of times to call my husband to advise him of the changes in my flight, which was very helpful. She tried hard just prior to the flight departure to have my bag delivered to the 4:15 flight but was unsuccessful. She gave me food vouchers, which I liked. I also thought the WS CC staff in Abbotsford was very helpful explaining the process for making a baggage claim when my bag didn't arrive due to my last minute flight change - the $100 voucher was appreciated when I picked up my bag the next day.
Cons: Had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours because the computer was being fixed on the plane. Crew did not communicate in a timely manner about when we would be flying. The plane should not have been in operation if the computer didn't work and passengers should not have had to wait on the plane for two hours while it was fixed. I missed my WS connecting flight to Abbotsford from Calgary and was only rescheduled on a plane departing 6 hours later! No one at WesJet Care suggested there may be a cancellation on an earlier flight - I had to arrange it by returning to the WS Care Center. I just barely made it onto an earlier 4:15 pm flight but without my bag which was put onto the later 6 pm flight. I chose to return the next day to pick up my bag.

Pros: Westjet is great but charging for checked bags makes customers stuff more and carry more onto the plane. Westjet should rethink this as the overhead bins are becoming tougher to find space for luggage

Cons: Checking in at Airport very slow, I had a terrible experience even thought I spoke to them several times at checking counter. And missed my ride home as a consecuencia of arriving late.

Pros: The over all star rating should have five stars. I mistakenly pressed something and it went to one And I could not figure out how to get it back to five. Everything was on time which I so appreciated.

Cons: Due to the fact that my trip to was not clearly indicated as non stop it is the first time in thirty years of regular travel that I did not have a direct flight to Calgary. Then I was not able to change my flight at the airport even though there was room available on a direct Westjet flight leaving as close to the same time. But the worst part as after landing we waited for a very long time for the plane to pull up to a gate (unnecessarily burning fuel and poluting the environment). And finally we waited another very long time for the doors of the plane to be opened for disembarkation. More than 3/4 of an hour waiting on the ground after a one hour flight very late in the evening. As a result I hat to take a cab home from the airport. Now I will try my best to not fly Westjet.

Pros: Kind, courteous and helpful staff
Cons: It was good overall

Cons: They used the rough air condition story to hip us out of full service, The conditions were fine . I bought the plus and did that because of a food option. They ripped me off Thanks Bryan ELLIOTT Previous flyer Lost my trust

Cons: Calgary airport we thought was terrible, half hour walks between gates We had to go through security again between flights. Worst airport in the country

Pros: West Jet just runs a relaxed yet professional airline. They are just more laid back and accommodating. You can use any bathroom on the plane as well which is huge on those rare times you need to use it. They are funny and chatty and seem to enjoy working together which all translates to a less rushed and relaxed experience for us the passenger. I really can’t complain....I had an entire row to myself....the best you can hope for, when riding on a plain for hours that’s like winning the lottery!
Cons: No complaints for sure

Pros: I like West Jet over all and it is my preferred airline, as it flies direct between most cities I need to visit. The price is decent and the majority of time the in flight staff are reasonable. I had another flight recently where they were excellent.
Cons: The flight attendants were a little dour. Whether due to the time of flight or that they were leaving Orlando, I don't know, but I was expecting a little more cheer or at least positivity from them. Also the flight was "running low" on drinks and so I they only came through the cabin once to offer soft drinks, which I needed as I had still to catch a red eye and function during my layover. I wasn't pleased with them. Lastly the West Jet connect app worked just fine for my ipad but despite advertising my wife was unable to get it to work on her computer (mac) despite multiple attempts. If TVs are no longer going to be standard on planes someone needs to be present to help with I.T. when the system isn't working as advertised.

Pros: Good in flight entertainment and food
Cons: Not enough leg room

Pros: It was a quiet flight. Quick loading. Got to sit with my friends.
Cons: Seats were rock hard. Less leg space, price of bags to high, too many people bring on over-sized carry on taking up all the overhead bins. No entertainment options for flight

Pros: Crew ok.
Cons: Was told need to fix my ticket from Bangkok. So after waiting over an hour to get ticket fixed, found out didn't need to. Then a rush through security . Lucky Westjet flight delayed (usual) And made flight by running to gate. Then get to sit on plane for an hour. AGAIN. Two flights on Westjet and two delayed and two sat in the plane an hour. First time missed my connecting to Hong Kong and Bangkok. I know nothing perfect, but this seems to be the norm. Next time will try to find someone else to fly with.

Pros: I liked the fact that all the movies food and beverages were included in my Plus seat.
Cons: This was my first time booking a PLUS seat and never realized that row 2A seat sucks. Its a bulkead row seat that is by the window. This seat was worse to sit in than any other seat on the plane. This seat is located were the plane starts to curve in toward the front of the plane reducing the seat width, I have a 33" waist and it was tight. The arm wrests in this row don't come up as they stow your table, as well the leg room is only as good as a regular seat because of the bulkhead location. So FYI do not book this seat on a long flight.

Pros: There was one nice, friendly flight attendant. Nice to have a variety of beverages and pretzels offered (I feel I don't expect this anymore from domestic flights-- usually just expecting the coffee or water option).
Cons: The seats were up there with the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced--mostly due to the lack of ability to recline. I feel a four hour flight is sufficiently long enough to provide people some space to relax. We were delayed for whatever reason, lack of communication from staff to the passengers that were boarded really quite early (perhaps too early). One of the staff, while nice enough, was being a bit snarky to people as they were trying to, what I thought was helpfully, give them their garbage.

Pros: They looked after us very well there was voter fraud hotel and meals

Pros: I like that there is a route from northern Vancouver Island to northern Alberta.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked..................................

Pros: The staff were friendly as they had to deal with many annoyed customers. I thought the staff handled the constant delays and cancellations well.
Cons: My flight to Calgary never happened. In fact due to weather conditions, many, many flights were delayed, some cancelled. No more flights to Penticton, so I had to take a flight to Kelowna after 6:00pm or fly the next day. I met a couple to share a ride to Penticton once I reached Kelowna. My luggage was lost in Calgary and so I went on to Penticton, to Osoyoos. The next day, West Jet delivered my suitcase to me. I appreciate the voucher I was given to buy a few things and the promptness of my luggage. We live in Canada, the weather in the winter can be quite an annoyance and so it was last week.

Pros: Nothing, was scheduled to depart at 10AM, is 3 PM and no info whatsoever.
Cons: Taking ownership of the issue by the staff at the counter.

Pros: Good services

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Leg room and seats are uncomfortable

Cons: Some of the crew. Eapecially first class was slow and poor at communicating

Pros: The crew was super friendly and attentive

Pros: That the flight was a very reasonable price
Cons: The flight was packed there was no separation of people for the convir 19 the seats were very close together my knees were touching the seat in front of me

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Cons: They need to stop selling the flights at full capacity

Pros: Quick Flight and nice crew.
Cons: The crew wasn't the problem at all. Some of the passengers were just being obnoxious and sitting next to their friends not what their seat numbers were. The BIGGEST problem are the packed planes with no social distance between passengers which is a HUGE concern for me.

Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Nothing really

Cons: Accommodates

Pros: The overall flight was good!
Cons: Maybe make sure that communication between connecting flights are quick and efficient.

Pros: Movie selection and comfort of seats
Cons: They somehow “lost” luggage for half the hee passengers, and we had to wait for 2 hours by the carousel for them to “find” it. Totally unacceptable.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Boarding process

Pros: Crew was super helpful.
Cons: Seats could use better cushion

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Landing

Cons: Didn't get snack. WiFi entertainment wasn't working.

Cons: Flight was cancelled, some staff I dealt with to rebook had some attitude issues, others where fine. Overall not very transparent throughout the process. Definitely could've been much more helpful.

Cons: I had little leg room

Pros: The greatest part of the trip for me was the smooth landing.
Cons: I wanted a voucher ride but they only needed a few volunteers.

Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Cons: At 12:40 p.m. we boarded American Airlines flight 1350 in ATL, just to SIT on plane for 1 1/2 hours (half the time with NO AIR). Computer problems. Had to get off plane, then had to wait in 3 lines. Agents were so UNPROFESSIONAL! Kept saying flight would go... DID NOT go until another plane came in at 9:00 PM! We, needless to say missed our connecting flight to SYDNEY and had to wait til next day and fly to SAN FRANCISCO, then to MELBOURNE, then on to Christchurch. We MISSED out on TWO DAYS of our short trip! which included missed reservations!!

Pros: I had someone waiting on me at the gate to escort me to the plane! Great service!
Cons: I called the American 1-800 number and was initially greeted with the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I wish i knew her name. I hung up and called back and was helped so well by Anna.

Pros: How fast they had us in the air (5 min early).
Cons: In their rush to leave, they didn't communicate with the on board crew about overhead bins and I was forced to check a priceless item that I purposely wanted with me in the cabin. The overheads were empty above my own seat. I wasn't allowed to go back and reclaim my bag because they had already taken it. And they were completely indifferent to my situation, which isn't surprising given they didn't understand the value of my item. Thus, I had a full blown panic attack for my entire 2 hour flight, my medicine being one of the items also in my now checked bag. It was too late, my bag was taken and thrown under the plane by the time it struck. And the flight attendants also had on perfume that brought on a tension headache due to my sensitivity to scents. Considering they work in a recycled air tube, this seems like a vast oversight on their part and should consider that not everyone can handle even the faintest of perfumes. It may not seem like a big deal to them, because mental illness is still seen as a made up thing, but it was enough of a trigger that I will not fly American Airlines again.

Pros: the staff was great from check in at the airport until I landed
Cons: I wish the snacks were heathy like dried fruit and nuts

Pros: The airplane was modern, clean and comfortable and the flight was on time
Cons: Everything was good

Cons: The flight was late

Pros: VEry good Cabin crew and the plane was reasonable new

Cons: An extremely rude woman told me there was no space to place my bag in the overhead compartment and forced me to step aside and check my backpack. I didn't have a purse or any other item, just a backpack. I told them I had medication and they told me to just put it in my pockets. So I stashed my medicine in my pockets and had no room for my personal items or valuables. I had a hiking backpack with a water bottle in the side, and since they forced me to check the bag, my water bottle flew out of the pocket while it was being loaded onto the plane. Fortunately they at least tracked me down and brought my stainless steel water bottle to my seat. However, it wouldn't fit in the pocket in front of me and I had no other bag to store it in so I had to hold it and a few other belongings in my lap for the entire flight. I also had some other fragile items in my backpack that may or may not be okay. Also, when I boarded the plane, there was still space...there was no need to be so rude and force me to check a bag being used not only as my suitcase but as my purse as well. I'm so displeased with American, their staff, and their overall disorganization. How ridiculous.

Pros: The actual crew on the plane were great
Cons: On my trip to Atlanta from new York the gate staff were horrible. Nasty attitudes and forced me to check in a bag that is made and approved by airlines to be considered a carry-on making me miss my 6 am flight to then book me on a 930am flight that was delayed for about an hour. I've never experienced this with any other airline before. Very disappointed

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Flight attendant called cops on passenger sitting next to me to be escorted off the plane for no reason!

Pros: The gate agents did a good job of making sure the boarding process was organized, despite confusion with two Chicago-bound flights departing from the same gate in a short window. Delay was communicated far enough in advance that I didn't travel to the airport until it was necessary.
Cons: The flight was delayed 3 hours due to the incoming aircraft, but nobody at the gate or onboard offered any explanation or even acknowledged the delay. The aircraft did not handle turbulence well at all... one of roughest flights in recent memory despite avoiding weather. Wifi had weak signal (on a 70-person jet!) and the streaming entertainment did not work the entire time... it either did not load or I got an error message.

Pros: The ladies at the gate stayed over time to help reroute all the passengers.
Cons: Plane delayed 5.5 hrs. Maintenance. New crew. Vomit on floor. Bathrooms broken. All before we board. Then @ gate for 1hr. Cancelled. 1 hr in line waiting to rebook. No shuttle to hotel. 3 hrs sleep. Front door broken at hotel.

Pros: Quick flight, great service
Cons: Was not accommodated for a missed flight

Pros: Flights were on time if not early-Excellent
Cons: E tickets or even itinerary should have terminals listed on E ticket LGA-got off at Am terminal B to find out I was leaving from C Had to take shuttle to C. Return to NY same issue-had to ask what terminal I was at To notify my driver once I was off the plane.

Cons: The obese person was NOT supposed to sit next to me (in my row) he had the seat in front of me. He saw that there were 2 men in his row, he switched to sit in the middle seat 1 row behind. However, i paid extra to move up and i ended up being squashed, sitting very uncomfortably. The man took up half my seat. The flight attendants knew of the messed up seating but did not correct it. Overall disappointed, they should make sure everyone sat in the right place.

Pros: Pilot announced a change in time.
Cons: Paying for my plane ticket broke college kid...

Pros: Really great flight
Cons: The wait

Pros: I like that the crew was professional and courteous.
Cons: That I was there and hour before my flight and my seat was given up. I didn't like that people are allowed to retract all the way making my flight uncomfortable.

Pros: I have been traveling several times with this airline and think they are good overall.
Cons: Reclining chair sometime is not working.

Cons: Flight was late arriving to Atl flight was late arriving to Chicago made me miss my connection to FNT American rebooked (after they told me they hold plane I ran through 5 concourses to get there n American still left me and several other passengers) through United late flight to FNT a 4 hr lay-over turned into 6hrs 2 plane changes cause of mechanical issues n had to run 2 concourses over still was late leaving and arriving to FNT....

Pros: Crew was very professional and courteous. Our plane landed early which is a plus
Cons: I didn't like the fact some of the seats appeared to be dirty , I sat on a book.

Pros: Everything was perfect from the boring to me getting off the plane
Cons: nothing wrong

Pros: food
Cons: My flight was overbooked. I almost didn't make it home.

Pros: The passengers
Cons: A/c was broken

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: I like everything

Cons: They overbooked the plane and the customers used the overhead compartments for very small items; such as bags and briefcases which made the overhead fill quickly.

Pros: We didn't crash.
Cons: The crew was just downright rude. Condescending rude and full of tude. Also they are all 100 years old and one lady was so fat she could barely fit in the aisle. Come on AA...really you can't do better than this?? Seats were uncomfortable as can be and food weas slightly worse than average airplane food. funny thing is I always fly delta and delta partners but this time I thought I would go the cheaper route. Never again will I fly American anything anywhere. Very disappointed. There is nothing positive to say about anything except the fact that we didn't crash. We were also delayed 2 hours and sitting on the Tarmac. Horrid experience.

Pros: Crew was great
Cons: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Pros: Stewardesses were so kind and friendly on this flight, it was a very positive experience.

Pros: Friendly crew.
Cons: No hot water available so no coffee or tea. CRJ on a "western commuter" route is highly unusual.

Pros: Entertainment and comfortable seats
Cons: They could have given us some snacks or something

Cons: No delays

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Waiting for a plane to go that wasn’t ready to move, going for 2 rounds of de-icing when the 1st wore off, losing our place in line. Should have waited a little longer at 1st de-icing so we could have left in allotted time period (20 minutes after application). Also fairly certain we left Toronto Airport past the 20 minutes of 2nd de-icing. Which resulted in many passengers missing connection flights (myself included) with as much as a “We are sorry” from Air Canada. I know the weather was an issue, but wasn’t sole cause.

Pros: Crew as always with air Canada were very accommodating. Always smiling!

Cons: I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month.

Pros: Excellent pods on business and very good food and service

Pros: Having the few inches of extra leg room in economy plus is very nice, and we got one alcoholic drink included in the extra fare paid. The crew was courteous and friendly. I did not use the entertainment system.
Cons: Even though we were traveling with our small dog in cabin there's no pre-boarding to make settling in easier as there is with the competition. I could not check in on-line like I can on WestJet because of my "special service" request (small dog in cabin for the usual $50 charge) Also for the extra money paid for the"upgraded economy plus ticket" there's not a sandwich or even a snack included as there is on the competition.

Pros: Love the pods.
Cons: Food not quite as good as the trip out. Steak was over done.

Pros: The seat space was good and the flight ended without incident.
Cons: The flight was delayed which happens, but there was no communication as to why or how long it would be or any other information. In flight the crew were barely visible as I had to ask for refreshments and then they brought it around for everyone. Next was cleanup which took way longer before it showed up.

Pros: Beautiful new 787
Cons: Entertainment options could be more plentiful.

Cons: very inefficient boarding. Also had trouble booking seats in the 24 hours before the flight.

Pros: We arrived alive.
Cons: The water lines on the plane froze. The flights were delayed, but the staff still made us que up and stand in line for two hours.

Cons: Ended up missing this connecting flight to Calgary . Our plane left 45 minutes late from Phoenix because of a gas spill so when we got to Vancouver from Phoenix, we had to go through customs which took extra time. When we first landed in Vancouver and before we even got off the plane, we had 5 minutes to board onto our next flight which obviously was not going to happen. We rushed through customs and still might have been able to board our flight at the last possible minute except the staff at the airport led us to somehow get out of the secure area and have to go through security again before going to our gate. That took so much extra time. This never should have happened. When you get off the plane and have a connecting flight, there is always a way to get to the gate to board without having to go through security again. When we finally made it to our gate for our connecting flight, our plane had left and we were told to go to the air canada service desk. There was about 10 to 15 of us that had missed our connecting flight because of this so the 2 staff at the desk were trying to help us all but had to wait for their manager to come and confirm they could give us another flight which took quite a bit longer than I thought. We ended up getting booked on standby on a flight straight from Vancouver to Saskatoon in 2 hours which was our final destination, but never was told that because of all this headache, we should have grabbed our luggage. We thought our luggage was going to go on without us on the flight we missed but apparently if you do not get on your flight they don’t send your bags which makes sense. We also had thought for a second that maybe our luggage didn’t go on the flight from Vancouver to Calgary but if it didn’t then someone would most likely put it on the flight to Saskatoon. We should have asked about it but they should also have mentioned it when we were in a panic. And I understand you can’t put extra people on a flight that is booked, but what if the plane we were on standby for was full and we had to wait even longer .. could have taken us a day to get home when this wasn’t our fault we missed our flight, but was air Canada’s.

Pros: Organised zones for boarding
Cons: i am à French National ( France) living in UK. After a confusing conversation from the officer not understanding that I was not travelling to France ( assumption) I was asked to show evidence I had the right to enter UK !!!! I explained I lived there permanently ; I was then asked why French hate English so much!!! To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive .

Pros: Left 30 minutes late but made up time and arrived roughly 5 minutes off original time. Ample leg room in coach. Nobody in the seats in front. Crew pleasant. Quiet ride.
Cons: People behind coughing/sneezing all the way.

Pros: its was smooth

Cons: Wifi didn’t work after I paid for it

Pros: The whole experience from boarding to landing was great. Zone 2 boarding is one of the first called and the premium economy section has larger seats that recline more and don't affect the person behind as much. Food was decent and serve on a ceramic plate with real silver wear. On demand entertainment was adequate with a number of recent titles and even audiobook options.
Cons: The section was set up in a 2-3-2 seat configuration and I booked the middle 3, but were given 2 in the middle and one one the left aisle. One of the middle seats was left open for the pilot to come back and watch movies during the flight. When I asked the attendant if we could swap the left aisle with the "pilot's" the attendant made it seem like it was a bigger deal but eventually asked the pilot who said he didn't mind. After all, it was just changing one empty seat to the other side of the aisle.

Pros: Everything went smoothly & everyone was helpful
Cons: Nothing every thing went well

Pros: The plane didn't crash.
Cons: The trip took about 48 hours. After a cancelled flight I got no hotel discount. Several flights were delayed or cancelled and in the end I ended up just going to a city 3 hours from where I live and renting a car to drive home. My luggage still hasn't arrived. This was the worst, most stressful travel experience of my life.

Cons: Both my flights were cancelled and I had to fly out on a later flight . Thus greatly inconvenienced myself as both times it meant I did not reach my destination until the middle of the night. I hope I never have to use Air Canada again because I always have something negative happen when I fly with them!

Pros: It was a normal flight. Only one hour.
Cons: Snack options could have been better, only a biscuit.

Cons: Flight was delayed one hour .

Pros: Liked everything about this new class of service on Air Canada. Seat was comfortable with good recline that didn't interfere with fellow passengers. Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow.
Cons: Zero complaints.

Pros: I flew roundtrip to Japan on Air Canada business class. Buying a ticket late, I noticed it was only $500 or so more for business class. We did have to touchdown in Canada coming and going, but short and efficient hops. On the way back, it probably saved time because we were cleared in Canada so arriving back in Philly was like a domestic flight. Great Food and service. The trip to Japan on their new Dreamliner business class featured an amazingly designed pod - super comfortable, lay flat for sleeping, But has good layout and table space if I had wanted to work on laptop. Thumbs up!

Pros: Seats were fairly comfortable. Tv choices were excellent- made the time pass much more quickly.
Cons: No snacks provided, just options for sale. Those looked interesting though.

Pros: I appreciated the early flight, that it was a direct flight, ability to make connection and then complete my journey in one long day. It was on time, smooth flight. Appreciated the offer of water regularly during the flight.
Cons: Surprised that there is no longer even a small complimentary snack offered.

Cons: First flight to LA flight was delayed 7 hours from Calgary to LA on the way back flight was delayed again but from 1 hour what made missed my flight from Calgary to Edmonton when we finily landed in Edmonton my luggage was lost worse flight ever

Cons: Seats were uncomfortable, too hard not enough recline. Not enough food considering we paid alot

Cons: As per delaying of Cathy Dragon flight, I missed the flight back to Canada. Can you please give me a hand?

Cons: There was a build-up of delays for domestic flights, namely from Toronto to Edmonton, Ottawa and Calgary (the ones I heard). I was on the Toronto to Calgary flight, which was supposedly delayed from 16:45 till 18:55 EST, but the actual boarding time was closer to 19:45 EST. Once all the passengers were boarded, the crew informed us that the pilot was missing. Another 20 minutes went by before he was located, at which point we were informed that the first mate was missing as well. By the time the pilot and first mate were both on the aircraft, it took another 30 minutes for them to get the aircraft ready. My flight from Toronto to Calgary was supposed to arrive at 19:40 MDT, the actual arrival time was 23:00 MDT. As a passenger, I am annoyed to say the least.

Pros: The entertainment choices were good.
Cons: I had a very large man behind me and couldn't recline my seat an ounce therefore I couldn't sleep the entire flight. I think if your a certian size you should have to buy a seat with more room instead of make everyone else uncomfortable. The food was almost inedible, and there wasn't much more than chips or chocolate bars to pick up in That section of the Airport before flying out :( Entertainment choices were excellent though!

Cons: My husband and I were placed in separate middle seats with no options to change. Since I am several months pregnant, this made for an uncomfortable flight.

Cons: On a 4+ hour flight, I was really surprised that there were no snacks or food included in the ticket; only paid "cafe" options.

Cons: I had my checked baggage held up in Calgary for one day. Then on the way back it was held up again in Calgary. This time it took 6 days, and no one could tell me where it was. It will be my first and last Air Canada flight.

Pros: Direct flight at convenient hours
Cons: Limited good entertainment Crew was not very friendly on that flight Service was minimal

Pros: The flight attendants were kind and helpful!
Cons: This was the last leg of a 24 hour journey from Venice to Seattle for my sister and me. After having a 3 1/2 hour layover, our plane was supposed to leave at 6:30 PM and kept getting delayed. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of communication by the staff! We could see them at the counter where our gate was but no one would come out and talk to us! Our plane finally got off the ground at 8:30 PM!

Pros: Nice staff. Efficient boarding.
Cons: No basic food for free.

Pros: Quietness of the airplane
Cons: The seat back was not comfortable for my back.

Pros: Eventually they got us there.
Cons: They cancelled the sat flite. Little communication . Left us after 6 hours and 11 pm to fend for our selves with no luggage. No compensation. It was awful.

Cons: Flight and hospitality

Pros: On time, excellent flight.
Cons: There was only a very limited choice of movies to select from.

Cons: Air Canada overbooked the flight, so even though we had purchased tickets well in advance, we were kicked off the flight and pushed back 7 hours or so, meaning we missed a planned layover in Istanbul and lost most of a day on our vacation. Additionally, after our flight schedule was changed, one of our checked bags was lost (left in Toronto instead of continuing on to Istanbul). I checked the bag on Tuesday, and it wasn't found and delivered until Friday, so I went three and a half days without any extra clothes or most of my toiletries. I know airlines (like all businesses) are only interested in money, and I know Air Canada isn't the only airline to do this, so I can't say I'm shocked. But it still boggles the mind how poorly customers can sometimes be treated. We all accept it as a cost of flying, but it's crazy to think that one can buy a ticket without buying a seat on the plane. It's like ordering at a restaurant and being told that, yes, you ordered the food, but you didn't order the dishes to serve the food on, so you're either going to have to wait or pay extra to get plates and utensils. It would be much more honest for the airline to say that your ticket purchases nothing but the *chance* to fly at the scheduled time. At least that would be straightforward.

Cons: The boarding crew did a poor job of giving direction. In spite of the fact that boarding by zone was not specified, I was reprimanded by staff for boarding when I did. I found it very disrespectful that the staff reprimanded me for their own error. When I pointed out that they had not called a zone the ground staff lied and said they had called the zone. I strongly recommend staff receive remedial customer service training. This was an incredibly negative experience - not to mention undermined the otherwise decent experience that the Air Canada flight team provided.

Pros: The comfort of a Dash 8 was surprising. The seats have a suitable amount of leg room which I'm actually scared to mention so they don't add an extra seat to each row to take it away. Not too much, not too small, just right for a 6 foot man to not have his knees pressed against the seat in front for the whole ride
Cons: Where to start? Dash 8's shake, rattle and roll for the whole trip. Felt like we could fall out of the sky at any time. Staff don't care. Split our group after rescheduling due to aircraft issues despite seats available on both connectors. Said to wait until next stop to fix. Next stop said nothing they can do since we checked a bag. Put 2 hours between arrivals just because they can. Blamed it on the computer. Did provide a $10 meal voucher. Good to know Air Canada values my total trip delay time at $2/hr

Pros: The flight itself was excellent, no comments there. The head stewardess was a bit stressed and bossy (not only to the passengers, but her staff too) but the other crew members made up for that with their excellent, professional attitude.
Cons: Calgary Airport was DREADFUL!!!! The long lineups for Customs & Immigration actually caused me to miss my next flight, even though the Frankfurt flight was early and I had over 90 minutes between flights. Several passengers were expressing concerns about missing their connection, but the staff just shrugged and made everybody wait in line without even trying to organize matters. I spent well over an hour waiting for my passport to be stamped and when I finally got through and tried to locate my suitcase (which was MIA), my next flight was closed. At least my suitcase will be delivered to our home, which is a slight relief.

Pros: Flight was underbooked so I took an option to change my seating for more space.
Cons: I requested a vegetarian meal and was given the exact same mediocre meal for both lunch and breakfast.

Cons: Passengers were packed too tight. I had a woman put her but in my face while I was seated, and hit me in the head with her bag while she tried to get out of the way of another passenger.

Pros: It was meh....
Cons: I got no notification that the flight was going to be 1 hour earlier

Pros: Crew was very nice
Cons: They could’ve offered free snacks instead of only offering items for purchase.

Pros: I really liked the entertainment on board. Made the flight go by so fast.
Cons: Better snacks

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Very small screens, poor service when flight was delayed from boarding hostess

Pros: Efficient boarding.
Cons: N/A

Pros: The ease of boarding the plane.
Cons: I did not like that the gate changed and we were not notified by the gate operators, but we did receive a text message 20 minutes after the gate was changed.

Cons: Flight was delayed, causing us to miss connecting flight.

Pros: Price

Pros: Professional people/crew
Cons: Incredibly small seats from a small plane

Pros: Newer plane it seemed.
Cons: No meal on first Class ??

Pros: It was good , no complaints

Pros: I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women.
Cons: That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way

Pros: great service with kind and friendly Flight attendants

Pros: The trip was fine. No complaints.
Cons: We specifically booked this flight so that we would be able to be with our daughter for her 1:00 pm appointment at the Huntsman Cancer Center in SLC. Our flight was cancelled the night before and later rescheduled with a 3 1/2 layover so we missed her appointment completely.

Pros: Good crew.
Cons: Late

Cons: The plane was delayed from 1.5 hours to 2 to 2.5 hours. It was startling to get these updates vs saying it is 2.5 hours from the start.

Pros: The flight was smooth
Cons: The flight didn't offer PDE

Pros: Staff was courteous and kind, very professional.

Cons: Entertainment is very expensive... no distractions from that end for my work though...silver lining I guess. Internet is similarly very expensive

Cons: The staff member in the boarding gate was very unorganised she was announcing incorrectly two times , which make the passengers confused. Leg room inside the flight was to tight.

Pros: I appreciated the seat assigned to me was directly behind first class; gave me more leg room.

Pros: I like the plane was big and enough space to move a little, but was great and fast.
Cons: Didn't like the men staff wasn't friendly, you could tell he was friendly to his side which was first class but when someone else needed help he was very ride.

Pros: The trip TO the United States was bearable.
Cons: This flight was a complete disaster. I ended up b=on a different flight to Newark, as my flight to Chicago got canceled. Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late.

Pros: It got to me to Atlanta fine. But going back to Newark was a nightmare.
Cons: When I checked in at Newark, I upgraded my seat from 22 B to 7B for $55. I also paid $25 for my small piece of luggage. I was told there may be a lot of suitcases and it was better to check it. When on the plane, a stewardess came up to me and asked to see my boarding pass (which was scanned when I got onto the plane.) I gave it to her and she never returned it to me. I get an EMAIL while in Atlanta, saying my seat on the flight was canceled because I was a NO SHOW on the 27th to go down to Atlanta. I had the receipt of my seat upgrade, my receipt for the checked luggage, and the tag on the luggage. I called United who said I wasn't on the plane. After a long conversation, she said she fixed it. I get to the Atlanta airport on 10/31, and I was not in the system. I had to get a supervisor and they said my seat was gone and I may not be able to get back to NJ that day. After the agent called United Headquarters, they finally got me on the plane. I was told once again I should check my luggage and shelled out another $25. I then get to the gate, and the agent at the gate was asking for 10-20 people to check their luggage for FREE. That was it for me. I will not fly United again, and have already requested that my Executive Admin's not use United and use other airlines when they book business trips because I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I did. I am 44, have been flying since I was 5, and have never had anything like this happen and don't want it to happen to anyone else I know. I was disgusted by the whole situation.

Cons: No room for bags ..

Cons: In general, all the crew and counter people are not able to say "good morning" or smile, besides a delayed flight made a really bad experience

Pros: On time, even arrived early. Nice, clean plane. Good experience.

Cons: Over two hours late leaving

Pros: Nothing really
Cons: A/C was not working and hot air was blowing so the whole flight felt like we were in a sauna. Everyone was sweating, children crying. Called the flight attendant and no explanation other than "we know" but sounded more like "not our problem, deal with it". They should stop saying "let us know if there is anything we can do to make you comfortable". Meaningless. United and most US airlines really need to take a step back and figure out what's there vision of service. Most of them are in deep trouble, you can tell by how dissatisfied most of their employees are. How about bringing some top notch foreign airlines to compete?

Pros: Flight left on rime.
Cons: Flight diverted to Austin TX due to weather. Flight crew gave us bad info as we were waiting to get fueled to get to Houston. Upon arrival in Houston only one United rep to help 50 + people. Tempers got hot. All flights to Corpus were over booked so rep said to sleep in airport and take first flight out in the morning. Not! I just got my luggage, rented a car and drove home. Not a good experience overall even I know it was the weather that caused it.

Cons: The free snacks were extremely salty. During the second leg of my trip, I chose to forego them. Other snacks were available for a cost.

Pros: Fast easy boarding. Friendly crew. Attentive pilot.
Cons: Hot stuffy plane. Hardly any air circulation. Also we were given the last few seats on the plane which you cannot recline.

Pros: Professional crew, on time service, clean plane. Worlds different experience from Frontier.
Cons: Did not get a text of gate change.

Pros: I really liked the United Staff in Houston.
Cons: My flight to San Francisco was delayed and the gate agents were frustrated overwhelmed and provided poor customer service.

Pros: The crew was polite.
Cons: The flight was delayed over and over again and then when we got on the plane we had to wait a very long time to take off. The entire flight the air conditioning barely worked and it was extremely hot while we were stuck waiting to take off. No explanation or apology from any crew about the air.

Pros: Quick boarding.
Cons: Snacks could be better choices, for the free one.

Cons: I wouldn't know since I wasn't on it and I'm still in the airport waiting for my flight. I have to try to get comfortable on the floor right now.

Pros: I liked all of the notifications.
Cons: Everything.

Pros: It's funny that they try to sell you the entertainment .nobody buys it, nobody.

Pros: Flat is very easy and nice.

Cons: It was extremely cold on the plane

Pros: everything went as planned
Cons: being smushed like a sardine

Pros: The flight not being cancelled at least. Clean plane
Cons: Almost 5 hrs delayed. Ruined the surprise I was planning for my family. Not due to weather and no other explaination from United other than "these things happen"

Pros: Safety was emphasized and carried out by the pilot and staff.
Cons: The boarding process in Atlanta and masses of people bunched up made for a disorganized boarding process.

Pros: Attendants were very courteous and helpful

Pros: On time; uneventful flight. Perfect!
Cons: Instead of pretzels they handed out ranch flavored items; I have food allergies to seasonings. I prefer just plain pretzels

Pros: Arrived early and flight crew was super nice!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I didn't like how my flight was cancelled only MINUTES prior to boarding time. I signed up for text alerts and received NONE about the trip cancellation. I had to rebook my flight for the next day meaning I slept at the airport. US airways had to change my flight to using Delta airlines since that was the soonest upcoming flight and they never sent me the email promised with my new itinerary, my boarding pass didn't say my gate number but they verbally told me which one it will be. Come to find out, they gave me incorrect information and I had to run to the correct gate so I could be on time. Worst experience I ever had.
