Pros: "Ease of flight"
Pros: "Nothing. Delta is the worst. Delta is awful. Don't fly Delta."
Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."
Pros: "The crew boarded us efficiently, and got us off the ground on time, but the boarding experience is not pleasant."
Cons: "The food selections are limited. The crew ran out of popular items in the economy cabin. The personal seat lighting on the B-767 never quite worked. I eventually gave up on it. The overhead bins were too small for many roller boards, which caused some passengers to be perplexed. Delta should offer some inducements to encourage passengers to gate check bags."
Pros: "The flight attendants were great."
Cons: "Felt like a sardine . Just like ALL fights these days."
Cons: "Delta crew are lazy...they wont help u out to store ur bags."
Pros: "Comfortable flight with pleasant staff. I slept most of the way."
Cons: "I was satisfied with this flight and did not experience and discomfort during it"
Pros: "Friendly people and clean plane"
Cons: "They lost my luggage, I hope it shows up shortly"
Pros: "on time, clean, prompt. no problem."
Pros: "Thomas our steward was excellent."
Cons: "VERY bumpy ride- scary"
Cons: "The food service was way to rushed , no time to relax with a cocktail before dinner was being served. The warm mixed nuts were stale tasting. The soup was excellent. The breakfast was not edible . Not your usual standard, Delta. Makes me sad as my late husband was a million miler plus and we have always been loyal to you, Seems like you have too many passengers in business class to provide food and service you can be proud of"
Pros: "They have the flight very well planned out, you get frequent drnks and food initially and then they turn the lights out for a good amount of time so that people can rest. Then, they come by again before landing with more drinks and a snack. Very well coordinated."
Cons: "Really, my only complaint is that after leaving Atlanta ~ 4 pm,,you arrive in Europe at 8 am. The first day is very difficult to adjust to. I would much rather arrive in Europe at night, and get to rest for a night before starting."
Cons: "While there was plenty of space on the aircraft, I was forced to gate check my carry on."
Cons: "No power to charge"
Cons: "Like everyone says - could use more leg room. Theres no way to stretch legs which is a problem on ling flights. Why not lift up the seats by a few inches? This would create more leg room underneath without changing the number of seats and doesnt impact the head room much."
Pros: "Nice crew and good equipment"
Cons: "Bad bad food very disappointing"
Cons: "cramped in economy class"
Cons: "Employees at the Atlanta airport have a SERIOUS chip on their shoulders. Just when you thought seats couldn't get any smaller or closer together. Paid for priority boarding but the boarding pass still said zone 3. Employees could care less."
Pros: "Entertainment ( movies) were nice."
Cons: "9 hour flight and no food(meal) until 1 hour before we land. The worst food I've had on a international flight."
Pros: "we got on another air conditioned plane"
Cons: "We initially were put on a plane with defective air conditioning.... it took 90 minutes to finally decide to put us on another plane. The older planes have hardly any room under the seat in the isle seats."
Cons: "Delayed flight, mechanical"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly and ensured you had everything to your comfort . Great selection on movies . The food and wine selection was divine. Great service"
Pros: "Customer service very courteous and friendly."
Pros: "The Delta crew on the flight was wonderful - but the crew at ATL really shined. A huge amount of people for connections arrived at the same time and needed to get through customs and the staff were very calm and efficient in directing everyone and making sure the line moved."
Cons: "The new boarding pillars with Priority, Sky, Zone 1, Zone 2, etc was a mess. In concept it should be a good process, but it was just a sea of people asking each other which boarding group they were in. Going back to asking those who are in a particular boarding zone to form a line and doing so each zone at a time seems like a smoother process."
Pros: "Extremely uncomfortable the entire flight. Seats too close together, then when you recline you hit the person behind you."
Cons: "Good tv shows, friendly attendants"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good"
Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."
Pros: "Great helpful happy staff, made you feel welcome. Good atmosphere and peaceful. Food excellent."
Cons: "On transatlantic flight , seats comfortable but inadequate recline for a night flight and no footrest."
Pros: "The cinnamon cookies, the in-flight movie selection, and the helpful flight crew helped make this flight not as bad as it could have been."
Cons: "There was an infant in the seat directly behind me that chose to cry and scream through a large part of the flight. The mother of this child did not/was not able to keep the child from crying. Even with headphones on, this child's crying persisted to pierce the ears of every passenger within 5 rows of it."
Cons: "Did not have the movie that showed in the sky magazine. The touch screen didn't sense touch very well."
Pros: "The crew friendly, boarding was easy the flight was comfortable they even went around and gave blankets they could do a little more with the snacks. There were TVs so the entertainment was really good. Seats didn't go back, wish they did."
Cons: "I wish they had more snacks like JetBlue but all was fine."
Pros: "don't know it's first flight delta's fault or next flight china southern's,arrive 3 days, but still couldn't find our two bags"
Pros: "The in-flight service was extremely good."
Cons: "The seat was slightly too short for me. If Delta provided a soft mattress cover, slimiler to that of Virgin Atlantic, then the flat bed would be far more comfortable."
Pros: "Bags arrived on the belt quickly"
Cons: "Why is there not saying precheck to use after you've been funneled through customs? ATL is advanced enough to have kiosk for arrival, even for those confused and not with global entry, but then forces you to wait in security line instead of the typically faster tea precheck line. Every minute I'm in line, I'm not spending money"
Pros: "Staff friendly & made sure that everyone on the plane was aware of someone with a peanut allergy so no peanuts were to be eaten. Ground staff worked hard to get us rebooked & on our way as our first flight was so late that we missed our connection. So glad to finally see a charging port as our long haul flight didn't have them."
Cons: "Not the crews fault but this was the slowest disembarking process on a plane that I have ever seen. Hard to get comfortable in the seat. Not able to sit with husband as it was a rebooked flight & the flight was full."
Cons: "No free meals."
Pros: "at least, i got to Haiti"
Cons: "delays + long flight."
Pros: "Food and wine"
Cons: "Seats are difficult to sleep in"
Pros: "The captain and crew did an incredible job with taking care of the passengers. Considering the long, long layover and the mechanical problems the plane was having. The free entertainment, pillow and blanket and a few complementary drinks went a long ways too."
Cons: "Almost missing my flight because of being detained. Not having my luggage at destination."
Pros: "Not the newest 777, but everything went well on this flight - food, comfort and service were all first rate in Delta's business class section."
Cons: "The salad was the only weak point in the dinner."
Pros: "The vegan meals were very good."
Pros: "Everything on Delta's part was very well done, and all of their employees were great. Arrived a little early, and very nice entertainment system over their wifi"
Cons: "Expensive ticket, ATL airport staff rude (not Delta employees)"
Pros: "The gate agent was outstanding and extremely pleasant. The flight to OKC was only half full so the Crew moved everyone around so there was extra room on every row...that doesn't happen very often so I was excited to have extra leg and seat room!"
Pros: "Easy check in and boarding, and flight left on time."
Pros: "It was a lot more comfortable. There were not many people so it was nice to stretch out ."
Cons: "The plane was fairly dated."
Pros: "on time departure and return"
Pros: "I broke down and got one of the comfort plus seats and that was very comfortable."
Cons: "That I have to pay extra for a comfortable seat"
Cons: "Never made it to Atlanta."
