Never again will I fly American anything anywhere. Very disappointed. There is nothing positive to say about anything except the fact that we didn't crash. We were also delayed 2 hours and sitting on the Tarmac. Horrid experience."

The one agent, Tamika, spoke in a tone as if she were speaking with a child. The passenger in front of me had the same unpleasant experience and subsequently filed a complaint. It just confirms my theory, that some people are just not meant for customer service positions."

Cons: "The Super 80 from ATL to DFW was the hottest aircraft I've ever been on. There was essentially zero airflow making the cabin 95 degrees and 100% humidity. It would have been cooler to stand outside. It was like this when I walked on the jet until well after we leveled off at altitude and then from when we landed (throttles at idle) until we deplaned. We had to wait for a gate for 20 minutes on the Tarmac and then when we got to a gate we had to wait for a gate agent to move the jet bridge for 10 minutes. It was miserable. If you all know you have a low flow aircraft then hurry to hook up the air conditioning cart in both ATL and DFW, fix the APU to produce more air, or don't shut the engines down when there is no gate agent at the aircraft. My clothes were soaked in sweat making this the worst trip I've ever taken. Come on American. You can do better."

Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late."

Cons: "The wifi never worked in either of the planes. There was mechanical failure and we were laid over in New Jersey for 3 hours. I paid $1200 dollars for two tickets that were suppose to fly us out to San Juan from Atlanta but a layover in New Jersey had to happen first. However the lay over ended up being 3 hours vs 1 hour and we missed a night in our hotel because of it. We landed in San Juan about 3 am and we took United flight from Atlanta at 3pm the afternoon before so we were beyond frustaited being that it was our Anniversary and all. So I will try not to fly United EVER AGAIN."

Pros: "People only comment to complain. In my case, everything went smoothly and ahead of schedule. The pilots took advantage of tail winds and put us at the gate ten minutes ahead of schedule. The crew was professional, personable and did their best to make everyone as comfortable as possible."

Pros: "They could not land in harlingen because of fog so they took us to Laredo (3hr drive away) where we sat on the tarmac for about 40 minutes. Then told us we were going to mcallen (35 min drive to harlingen). Then told us United refused to provide transportation from mcallen to harlingen so they couldn't take us there. They announced we were going back to Houston to wait on the next flight tomorrow, and that they would not pay for hotel or meals because of a weather cancellation. Everyone on the flight wanted to go to mcallen even if they wouldn't provide transportation but they refused. So the majority deplaned in laredo and paid for rental cars, getting home about 6 hours after scheduled arrival. Only perk was that the flight attendants were really really great."

However the ride was smooth and quick. I liked that they turned the lights off which made it super cozy, I slept like a baby and I never sleep when I fly! Both flights were great!"

Finding a replacement flight was very difficult and the Costomer service was not helpful. After showing I was active duty military, a seat "appeared" on the next flight out and I was put on standby for an earlier flight For that day. The earliest flight before then, wasn't until Tuesday the 29th. This was not acceptable."

Pros: "I liked that the airline gave me a complimentary flight change because I didn't realize I was crossing into another time zone to get to the air port so by the time I got through the traffic and to the airport, my flight was pretty much leaving. They were very quick to get everything rearranged for my new flight. I was very tearful. The staff was very helpful."
Cons: "I didn't like that it took me almost an hour to get through security, however that is probably why they say to be there two hours early. I also didn't like how hard it was to find where I was supposed to be dropped off for departures. It took me about 30 mins driving in circles trying to find the place to be dropped off for departures. I first went to the international side because my final destination was an international destination but then I realized that my first flight is domestic.... I'm a dork. :/ I wish they would tell you the exact directions how to get to the gate and could give you a live feed on estimated time it will take to get there. I should have called ahead of time to figure it out, but I want expecting it to be so hard."

Pros: "INITIALLY, I was thrilled with the low price. That changed radically when I found out that Frontier charges for everything except air. The crew was polite and informative and let us know what was happening with our hour-plus delay."
Cons: "Didn't like the new seats and the tiny tray--very uncomfortable and practically useless. That said, I wasn't going to use the tray anyway (couldn't even put a tablet on it) for food, as Frontier is charging for food and water. At the time, I was not aware that I would be charged separately for baggage, including carry-on bags. If I had been, I would have MAILED my luggage to my final destination, as it would have been cheaper. My family of four turned out to have five bags, which added approximately $500 to the roundtrip cost of the tickets, or MORE than it cost for the tickets. That's right, flying the people (who weigh more than luggage) turned out to be cheaper than flying the bags. Look, if you want to encourage people to check bags, make checking the bag FREE. If you're just looking for a revenue stream, then you should be up front about what the costs will be. (But then people would be less inclined to book your "cheaper" tickets, wouldn't they?) Also, the flight wound up being delayed for over an hour, though my phone and the Frontier website continued to show "on time" status."

And in doing so, the price of the ticket goes from being impressively cheap to being more than a flight from another airline that has more included amenities, like actual refreshements and free carry-ons. You also get charged for just selecting a seat, not a special seat, but ANY SEAT AT ALL. So the price you initially see when searching for flights is quite misleading. In reality, you should ad at least 50 bucks to any frontier ticket to get a truer picture of what the price would be for a normal passenger with a single carry-on that wants a particular seat."

Cons: "Seats were mediocre. On arrival in Denver, I had to wait over two hours to pick up my luggage because there was apparently no available crew to unload it from the plane. Also there did not seem to be anyone available to explain what was going on. When I returned to Atlanta, I took the same bag on board with me and it cost more to carry it on than it did to check it, but I preferred not to have the same experience trying to retrieve my bag there. I don't think I will fly Frontier again."

Pros: "For the money i spent to fly the only thing i had free was water. Wasn't used to flying with no complimentary snacks and to purchase items were a bit expensive. Baggage took too long 30 minutes. Wasnt accustom to waiting for my luggage at the baggage claim. Other than that the flight was good. Thanks for your service, but i will try not to use Frontier airline's"

Pros: "On time for departing and arrival. No frills but felt comfortable."
Cons: "The baggage fee is not included in ticket prices."

Pros: "The plane seem fairly new and the boarding was fairly smooth. The crew was calm and even patient from my perspective, considering they were handling mad costumers after a 3&1/2 hour delay on christmast day. I saw good will on this flight from the crew. Remember when the pilots use to show you the cockpit? Well this pilot did to a kid as he entered the plane. The kid and his father were very happy, expeessing how cool is was as they continue to board. That, was a nice gesture and resulted in relaxing some people! The flight was fairly quick once we were in the air. Tha been said. This flight did t allow for me to rate entertaiment and food since it was too short for the crew to set that up."
Cons: "Well obviously the massive delayed! I, like many arrived at the airport with enough hours ahead to take this flight so say 6-7am only to sit around until 12:00pm in order to depart. That alone is a fairly black mark. In addition, the gate kept been moving around. Of course there are other planes to arrive and that needs to be understood but the constant changing and moving to distant gates was a bit tough on some of us."

Pros: "The fare was reasonable. The flight was on time. Boarding was quick. The seats were ridiculously uncomfortable and would not recline. So small. Baggage policy is impossible. For passengers who did not check the website before the flight it was a surprise to be hit with a carry on baggage fee. The airline is only good for extremely short trips when you don't have to bring anything but a change of underwear."

Cons: "Flight was delayed three hours with no compensation for time. It would've been nice to receive a voucher for dinner considering time. Also, attempting to sleep on a flight is always difficult but turning on the lights to serve beverages was a bit much. Dim lighting would be a better option."

Pros: "I was not aware of paying for the seats. I bought the tickets on kayak.com, but I can't remember seeing anything about paying for seats and carry on. The staff was great and funny at times. I thing airlines need to put all charges up front that includes kayak.com"

Pros: "First the flight itself was incredibly smooth. No turbulence just an easy controlled flight. I felt very safe."
Cons: "One of the male attendants was very condescending, bossy, and rude. I didn't k know there were so many fees! $40 just for a carry on! Charges for drinks and snacks?? Plus if you want a seat that reclines it's $27 extra??? it's very uncomfortable to be on the redeye and have to sit straight up for 4 hours."

Cons: "After checking in the night before, we arrived at the gate only to be told the flight was overbooked. We watched for over 15 minutes, more than 10 people run to catch the flight with seconds to spare-only to be told we werent going to get the seats I booked a month in advance. We'll NEVER (almost) fly Frontier again. Only saving grace-a nice supervisor (Mandy) got us a refund plus some. Thank you Mandy."

Pros: "Had a great fight all around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lines moved efficiently."

Pros: "I liked that it was cheap, mainly because I was only there for a day and didn't have to pay for luggage. The staff seemed ok and everything else was normal."
Cons: "I didn't like how they basically charge for every single thing. They charge for checked bags, carry ons, the seat selection, and any kid of food or drink that's not water."

Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "I say the exact same "I should have just flown delta" story EVERY TIME I go with a cheap airline. Flight was delayed from 5pm to 6pm, then to 11:30pm, then 1:30am. So I had to buy a stupid expensive last minute ticket on Delta (Frontier doesn't work with other airlines, to rebook flights or even find your luggage) then drive two hours from the airport to see my family for the holidays.. Then take a 2 hour trip back to the airport the next day to pick up my luggage, which Frontier wouldn't deliver to me because I "voluntarily separated" from them. I suppose that's technically true, but I think there's an argument there that Frontier's complete lack of competency forced to me do it."

Pros: "Everything was great prior to baggage claim in Denver"
Cons: "I had to wait for over an hour before the bags from the flight were sent to baggage claim."

Cons: "carr y on 70 $"

Pros: "I knew of the baggage policies so check in was easy and smooth. Other people seemed to have trouble with it so maybe baggage policies should be more advertised. Overall, great and comfortable experience for me."

Cons: "They didn't have paperwork done and we were sitting on the runway for over an hour waiting."
