Cons: "SW called the number to line up but after about five minutes announce flight was still awaiting attendant crew so we should sit back down. THough by that time there was no more room in the immediate area. The flight next to us was also awaiting a crew."
Cons: "On longer flights, the new normal seems to be to keep passengers locked in their seats with the seatbelt sign illuminated even with no turbulence. On both flights, it was over an hour from take off and an hour and a half after boarding before restroom use was available. Particularly on the Atlanta to KC leg, there simply was no turbulence to justify that action other than shortening the time of service and keeping the aisles clear of traffic for the flight attendents. On de-planing, we were routed in the opposite direction of baggage claim before being allowed out of the secured area requiring a terminal long walk back to our bags. If there is an order or suggestion to the crew to keep passengers in their seats other than solely for safety, SW should discontinue it, Having said all this, still a big fan of SWA."

The whole time the gate agent was urging passengers to move faster through the aisle, but Delta should really rethink its boarding strategy. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to board a 757."

Also, my seat was is row 16 and was called a “premium” seat and I was charged an extra $24 for it. I did not find it any different than all the seats around me. What was the extra charge for?"

It took,me some time to convince my fellow passengers that the loss of the APU was not a safety-of-flight issue. Also, a humongous passenger waddled down to our row and wedged herself into the window seat just before the doors closed. She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

So, we were stuck in Atlanta airport with no good way to our final destination. Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."

Had to get off plane, then had to wait in 3 lines. Agents were so UNPROFESSIONAL! Kept saying flight would go... DID NOT go until another plane came in at 9:00 PM! We, needless to say missed our connecting flight to SYDNEY and had to wait til next day and fly to SAN FRANCISCO, then to MELBOURNE, then on to Christchurch. We MISSED out on TWO DAYS of our short trip! which included missed reservations!!"

Cons: "An extremely rude woman told me there was no space to place my bag in the overhead compartment and forced me to step aside and check my backpack. I didn't have a purse or any other item, just a backpack. I told them I had medication and they told me to just put it in my pockets. So I stashed my medicine in my pockets and had no room for my personal items or valuables. I had a hiking backpack with a water bottle in the side, and since they forced me to check the bag, my water bottle flew out of the pocket while it was being loaded onto the plane. Fortunately they at least tracked me down and brought my stainless steel water bottle to my seat. However, it wouldn't fit in the pocket in front of me and I had no other bag to store it in so I had to hold it and a few other belongings in my lap for the entire flight. I also had some other fragile items in my backpack that may or may not be okay. Also, when I boarded the plane, there was still space...there was no need to be so rude and force me to check a bag being used not only as my suitcase but as my purse as well. I'm so displeased with American, their staff, and their overall disorganization. How ridiculous."

The scene at the airport was very chaotic with reservations scrambled, bags missing and cars being rented by employees with flashlights."

I arrived at the airport at 12:30 and didn't end up catching a flight until 7:45 p.m.... oh and I forgot to mention that I originally paid for an upgrade for priority seating with more legroom that I never received because they put me on the very last seat that you can't even replying because there is a wall behind you.. SMH"

Cons: "It was not a good experience at all. Honestly, I wanted my money back. I sent United this letter, but no one is gotten back to me yet. Hello, my name is David Larkins. I have had literally the worst airline experience of my life today with United airlines. With confirmation number BS2EL9, my flight was set to go from Atlanta to Burbank, with a connection in San Francisco. The flight from Atlanta was delayed about 10 minutes, however, they assured us that we would arrive in San Francisco at the correct time of 9:39 AM with enough time to get to our connecting flights. They lied. Whereas we did arrive in San Francisco at around 9:39 AM, the plane taxied for approximately 15 or more minutes before letting anyone off of the plane. Still, I ran to my connecting flight before it left the runway at 10:10am. However, I was not permitted to step onto the plane by the fellow at the gate at the time. He told me that because boarding time was over at 9:55a, he would not let me step on the plane even though it was still on the runway. I was upset. I went to customer service and explained my situation to them. Speaking with a girl named Krystin S., I explained that I really needed to get to Burbank on time, before 2 o'clock. Today, I had a final for school, a meeting, and interview with a job, and I had to drop my dog off at the vet for an appointment which costed around $150. Krystin told me that there was nothing she could do, and offered me only a meal voucher. I was offended, and declined the voucher. I then spoke to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do after informing me that the flight that they switched my flight to was delayed yet another hour and I would not arrive until 350pm. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I need a remedy. Far larger than a simple meal voucher. I have lost more money by missing my flight to Burbank because of the Atlanta airport lying to me then the flight was even worth. Also, I requested to speak to someone, but the representative on the phone said they didn't have a phone number to speak to anyone which adds to the cumbersome nature of this issue. Cons: "my flight was delayed 3. 5 hours... we boarded and we had to deplane. I'm still in the terminal with no clear indication of when I will be able to go home I might be more understanding but, my flight here was also delayed 4 hours"
Pros: "This regional airplane was extremely comfortable! The flight was comfortable and the crew was very helpful."
Cons: "I wasn't too excited that the in-flight entertainment quit working about five hours in, but the crew did their best to remedy the situation."
Cons: "The staff member in the boarding gate was very unorganised she was announcing incorrectly two times , which make the passengers confused. Leg room inside the flight was to tight."
Pros: "I appreciated the seat assigned to me was directly behind first class; gave me more leg room."
Pros: "It got to me to Atlanta fine. But going back to Newark was a nightmare."
Cons: "When I checked in at Newark, I upgraded my seat from 22 B to 7B for $55. I also paid $25 for my small piece of luggage. I was told there may be a lot of suitcases and it was better to check it. When on the plane, a stewardess came up to me and asked to see my boarding pass (which was scanned when I got onto the plane.) I gave it to her and she never returned it to me. I get an EMAIL while in Atlanta, saying my seat on the flight was canceled because I was a NO SHOW on the 27th to go down to Atlanta. I had the receipt of my seat upgrade, my receipt for the checked luggage, and the tag on the luggage. I called United who said I wasn't on the plane. After a long conversation, she said she fixed it. I get to the Atlanta airport on 10/31, and I was not in the system. I had to get a supervisor and they said my seat was gone and I may not be able to get back to NJ that day. After the agent called United Headquarters, they finally got me on the plane. I was told once again I should check my luggage and shelled out another $25. I then get to the gate, and the agent at the gate was asking for 10-20 people to check their luggage for FREE. That was it for me. I will not fly United again, and have already requested that my Executive Admin's not use United and use other airlines when they book business trips because I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I did. I am 44, have been flying since I was 5, and have never had anything like this happen and don't want it to happen to anyone else I know. I was disgusted by the whole situation."
Pros: "Flight was on time departing and very early for arrival."
Cons: "Boarding agents and cabin crew didn't convey a friendly tone. Multiple announcements made about keeping the boarding lanes clear and roller bags needing to be checked though some space in the overheads remained available. A full flight in the same plane from Denver seems to have plenty of overhead space, but a full plane leaving Atlanta runs out early?"
Cons: "In general, all the crew and counter people are not able to say "good morning" or smile, besides a delayed flight made a really bad experience"
Pros: "On time, even arrived early. Nice, clean plane. Good experience."
Pros: "The people were friendly and everything went smoothly even with a little computer malfunction they got us in the air on time. Thoroughly enjoyed the the experience."

Cons: "Hot stuffy plane. Hardly any air circulation. Also we were given the last few seats on the plane which you cannot recline."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed so our connecting flight was cancelled what a terrible experience."

Cons: "The flight attendant at the door when boarding didn't smile or say anything to me, I was the one that greeted her!! Plus she was the same the whole flight like she had somewhere better to be!!"
Pros: "I hadn't been on a United flight in quite some time but gosh this flight was awesome. Very comfortable lots of overhead bin space even had in flight entertainment. Would love to start back flying United more frequently"

Cons: "Did not allow our emotional support dog with the letter our doctor had written. Was told it needed his license number. It is no longer required! The letter is good with 2 other airlines which we travel on frequently."
Cons: "Not enough space to sit at the gate. There's been a trend lately to start checking all carry on bags due to space, but then you get on the plane and there's PLENTY of overhead space for your carry on."

Pros: "The boarding process was very simple and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "There are great entertainment options for in flight viewing, but there is no warning ahead of time that additional applications have to be downloaded in order to use them. At 30,000 feet it is impossible without paying for wifi. Also, I was actually looking forward to the little snack sized peanuts. Instead, you're given a salty trail mixed something that's seasoned very heavily. It just made me want to sneak water from the drink cart rather than curbing my hunger."
Pros: "you guys have tvs in the headrest and its spacious in the seating area. you all treated me way better than spirit airlines!"
Cons: "I had asked for help for when we landed in Houston to get to my conecting flight. The attendant was nice enought to arrange it, but when we landed and I introduced myself to the person with the wheelchair, he made me feel bad enough to walk to my conecting flight. Anyone traveling, paying for the services of the airlines should not be mafe to feel ashamed to ask for help."

Cons: "Once we arrived Ohara airport this went from bad to worse. The plane arrived late and the we sat in the airplane for over 2hours because of repairs being made. I feel like the crew cold have been more forthcoming about what was happening it took at least .30min before we were told anything. After sitting on the plane for over 1 hours they finally move us to a new plane to board all over again it was very unorganized ."
