Cons: Wouldn't let us on the flight when there was plenty of time to get there. Manager was arrogant and slow - didn't care. Poor policies at that airport.Read more about Delta

Cons: This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic.
Cons: Wifi would not work
Cons: Excellent experience during covid times.
Cons: I was really surprised that economy seats were not blocked off for COVID. They are tight enough as it is and I used SkyMiles to upgrade my seat and sat in a seat that was no different from economy and sat next to someone as well.
Pros: That i was able to watch movies, snacks were provided and water
Cons: Nothing really!
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: My favorite airline to travel from Denver to Puerto Rico, round trip, and in Atlanta I will make the stopover, I also feel so safer to travel with my cat ... they are the best airline in everything
Cons: Let people who travel with pets earn extra points for taking them with Delta
Cons: Broken tray table literally off its hinges and unusable.
Cons: No social distancing at all while boarding and exiting the plane you must keeplpeople in their seats !!! I love your airline although I usually just pick the best deal but it’s always a pleasure when that option is also delta
Pros: Customer service
Cons: If was cheaper to Checked baggage
Pros: The flight was on time
Cons: too crowded
Pros: Delay with boarding
Cons: No ear plugs offered and my iPhone jack didn’t fit.
Pros: The crew did a mediocre job of keeping us informed as to the delay of takeoff.
Cons: There was some type of mechanical or electric issue that delayed our flight by 30 minutes or so, which is unwelcome for a flight that late at night.
Pros: The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling.
Pros: Flight was smooth and amazing
Pros: The pilot kept us updated.
Cons: Nothing all excellent
Cons: See previous
Pros: Crew amazing, seat not too comfy
Cons: Sits uncomfortable
Pros: Crew was night seat sucked plane was cramped
Cons: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.
Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.
Cons: A lot of turbulence
Pros: Crew was excellent, seats are never excellent
Cons: Had to collect & re check luggage between flights. Couldn't they have been transferred to the next aircraft?
Pros: The crew was excellent
Cons: We had mechanical problems and had to come back to Atlanta, get off our plane and get on another one
Pros: Food was decent and crew were nice enough
Cons: Seat space was small and cramped. Entertainment was poor unfortunately
Cons: we began the boarding process late, which can be understandable, although the plane was there pretty early. Once the boarding began, someone, I presume the gate agent, essentially gave a countdown to hhow many minutes were left until the flight could have an "on time departure". I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them.
Pros: I like that I was able to request a window seat and was obliged to get another one.
Cons: My flight was cancelled and I had anxiety about being at my destinations on time because I had to travel another hour away without knowing if my ride would be able to wait for me. However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time, but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries, night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Pros: Efficient boarding
Pros: Nice equipment for the ride and pleasant staff
Pros: I flew on a basic economy fare (I understand the restrictions) and was seated in Economy Comfort +, so that was appreciated.
Cons: I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part.
Pros: The crew went out of their way to make sure they got the plane ready as quickly as possible and get us to Jacksonville as quickly as possible.
Cons: Delta lost the plane for over an hour. After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience.
Pros: Quick and easy boarding. Quick flight
Cons: Audio entertainment quite limited
Cons: I has nothing to do with the flight it self! The original fight was cancelled from Minneapolis to Atlanta (with no notice) I found this out by calling!! I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called, mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!
Pros: Staff were friendly and worked hard.
Cons: Seats were very basic and not as good as the low cost carrier I normally fly out of the UK. Very old and noisy aircraft. Seemed little control over how much hand luggage passengers were bringing onto the aircraft.
Pros: Free WiFi
Pros: More seat room than expected for economy tickets. Good service, on time, polite staff
Cons: Duty free purchases not waiting for us at boarding like usual. Audio selection on entertainment was v poor
Pros: The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!
Cons: The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor.
Cons: Plane was supposed to depart at 9:09pm. An announcement was made that in Atlanta which is Delta hub, there were no flight attendants for the flight so we had to wait for another crew to fly in. That's just unporfessiknal. To make matters worse, the gate agents didn't make announcements even if just to say we know this isn't good and we will update you asap even if just to tell you we are still waiting on word. Total silence and seeing the gate agents laugh and talk amongst each other was pretty bad.
Cons: My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours.
Cons: Everything that could have gone wrong with my flights, went wrong. On my way from LA to Raleigh (through Atlanta), I was affected by the weather conditions at Atlanta. I understand that the weather is beyond Delta's scope of control, but customer service is not. I had to wait in line at LAX for 8 hours to even get information on what had happened, and what solutions were available. The customer service call center was collapsed, and at the airport counters at one point there was ONLY ONE DELTA REPRESENTATIVE serving a line of more than 100 upset customers. This IS Delta's fault, and it is unacceptable. This definitely was under Delta's control, but in order to save a few dollars in overtime for emergency staff Delta was willing to let its customers make terribly long lines, miss their flights, their connections and consequently their commitments. It is disappointing to observe how Delta believes that a few dollars saved on extra staff and emergency measures can offset the irreparable long term damage to its business due to upset customers. My way back from Raleigh to Los Angeles was also a disaster. Without any type of explanation and nothing more than an email announcing the change, the nonstop flight I bought was replaced by a 1-stop flight with connection in Atlanta. This was NOT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. There is a reason I paid a premium for a nonstop flight, and Delta did not hesitate in providing me with a less valuable product without any explanation or refund. Delta prioritizes its operational metrics - an obsession to fill and overbook its capacity - over its customers' experience, one again under the foolish belief that short term savings in any way offset the long term damage of disappointed and alienated customers. I will NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN. I will do whatever I can to transmit my experience to everyone I know. At a time where major airline carriers are in the spotlight due to abusive practices (i.e. the United passenger case), I still find hope in knowing that alternatives such as Southwest still put their customers first, over the ethereal benefits that a few-dollar savings in operational expenses can provide.
Cons: Sat in Delta Comfort and a loyal Delta flier, except had the bad fortune of taking off at 830 ATL time and apparently Delta doesn't find it important or a good idea to sell food after that time. The logic behind this is beyond me. I'm willing to pay $9 for a few cheese slice and crackers or a sandwich yet they don't offer anything, not even to first class which would really irritate me had I paid 1000 bucks. Ontop of that the crew which is normally excellent, was feisty and rude and wanted nothing to do with their job
Pros: Clean plane, good service. on time departure, early arrival.
Cons: I did not like the way the plane was boarded- people could not get into their seats because others blocked the aisles - so chaotic. Passengers were not being rude to one another, it was simply that the process is poor. Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear.
Pros: Length of flight was good, one of the flight attendants was very nice
Cons: Flight attendant arguing and having words with a passenger BEFORE the flight even took off was very alarming, the attendant had walked past the seat, we saw her face change, she halted and walked back to the passenger and a very heated and negative exchange ensued, then another flight attendant came out and threatened to evict the passenger from the flight, this was before the flight even took place .... all passengers were like just remove them already ... t his is a short flight and most of use were connecting from a long flight from overseas ....
Cons: Delta Flight #1494 On my return flight, I had to pay for a 2nd ticket to fly out early since Delta was cancelling flights to the south and I didn’t want to get stuck in Philadelphia. When the plane arrived for a layover in Atlanta, there was a flight going on from the first 2 people waiting to deplane. In my distraction and fear, I left my water bottle next to my seat. When I realized that I had left it, I went back to the gate and told the gate attendant that my bottle was next to my seat. She would not call down to the plane, nor walk down, and told me I had to wait until the entire flight had boarded. I explained that my connecting flight was boarding across the airport. The bottle was expensive and had great sentimental value. A couple times, I tried to ask people boarding the flight if they would tell a flight attendant to retrieve my bottle. The gate attendant told the boarding passenger to ignore me. When the flight had completely boarded, the gate attendant went down to the plane only to return to me to tell me that the flight attendant(s) allowed the cleaning crew to take the bottle. The gate attendant called the cleaning service and then she told me that the bottle was waiting at the tower and that I could ask at my next gate to have the bottle delivered to that gate. Since my connecting flight had already started boarding I had to run/train it across the airport to arrive at the gate. When I told the 2nd gate attendant, the story and asked him to call the tower to get my bottle, he told me that “wasn’t a thing” and that the 1st gate attendant lied to me. I had to board since they were getting ready to close the plane. This incident was compounded to many unpleasant experiences I’ve had with Delta over the past few years (losing my luggage and lying about it, damaging my suitcase, etc., etc.). I don’t understand how you can continue to be successful as an airline when you run your operation the way Delta does.
Cons: A flying chicken bus. The air conditioning was really loud.
Cons: I had a reserved Comfort Class Aisle seat, purchased at time of reservation and showing as my assigned seat through printing of boarding pass. At the gate, my seat was reassigned to a middle seat. This is a huge problem for me, as my back and leg injuries require the ability to stretch and move frequently. When complaining on Delta phone lines, I was told that the seat was needed for a Diamond member and therefore was "policy" to bump. Although I eventually received some compensation for the fact I paid more for the original seat, I remain very disappointed in Delta, if this is indeed the policy.
Pros: Ease of travel
Cons: The food was horrible on the plane
Pros: Entertainment and comfortable seats
Cons: They could have given us some snacks or something
Cons: Crew could be friendlier.
Pros: there was high wind warnings and we had so much turbulence even a few seconds before the landing but the flight crew landed us safely regardless. hats off to them!
Cons: I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month.
Pros: Great attitude of the crew & staff! Similar feel to SW personable ,professional people.
Cons: Thrifty Canucks are cheap on the snacks, both size & quality, but then it's a two-hour-nap-flight so no big deal
Pros: I arrived safely
Cons: I didn't appreciate losing my luggage as I came to Canada for a wedding and I didn't have access to my things. The flight was direct so I don't understand why my luggage was lost.
Pros: The seating was good and the pilot was friendly.
Cons: There was not a good movie selection and there was not a lot of information regarding the altitude and there was not very much warning during turbulence.
Pros: It was quite and smooth
Cons: I have never been so hot on a plane. Even with the air blowing on me I was sweating! It was crazy hot!
Cons: Flight was delayed 33hrs and no accommodations were provided to us; no vouchers nothing! They didn’t even have a rep at their desk at the airport to answer any questions; just a sign with a number to call.
Pros: They got us late to Toronto with my little child and I decided to spend the night in TO. My child has fallen asleep and there ha No way we could make the connection no matter how much I rushed.
Cons: Small aircraft last min bags check in etc. delayed flights Ground staff in Atlanta is good but in Toronto: very rude
Pros: We arrived alive.
Cons: The water lines on the plane froze. The flights were delayed, but the staff still made us que up and stand in line for two hours.
Cons: crew was rude and unhelpful with delayed flight
Cons: My direct flight was cancelled and rebooked with a connecting flight.
Pros: The young competent Air Canada staff at the gate and her supervisor were kind enough to give me the last seat for the 11:45 am flight to Toronto on Dec 18th, 2017. After more than 24 hours stranded in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport due to power outage on Dec 17th, 2017, I was so relieved as I sat on my seat, when an air hostess asked if I would like a seat in business class. She said they randomly upgrade passengers to business class when seats are available. So it all ended well, I got home to Toronto safely in (business) class. Thank you Air Canada !
Cons: There were no Air Canada personnel to help us, inside the international terminal during the power outage at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport on Dec 17th 2017. It would have really helped, even if only one personnel showed up at the gate to provide support and some reassurance.
Pros: on time, easy to board
Cons: no snacks at all . would appreciate some peanuts with my drink or something.
Cons: Was forced to check my carry on bag, even though it was the proper size and weight.
Pros: I got upgraded to business. I was very happy, because my day in Atlanta was exhausting, and that made the whole thing excellent. Harry Giles
Pros: Everything went smoothly & everyone was helpful
Cons: Nothing every thing went well
Cons: One hour late
Pros: Had a great experience on Air Canada. Would not hesitate to use again.
Pros: The boarding was smooth. The attendant at the checking was very friendly and courteous, the website information on the luggage weight was incorrectly worded and we had to transfer some of the clothing to a carrying on bag. The wheelchair attendant was very friendly and courteous she made my mother feel relaxed since it was her first time traveling alone as a disabled person.
Cons: A snack should have been served. Only juices were served. An announcement should have been made for layover passengers to purchase food at the airport if they are unable to purchase on board with a card.
Cons: Flight was delayed
Pros: Long dealy, bad customer service
Cons: Long delay, changed gate 4 times, worst service
Pros: The rest
Cons: My carryon luggage is lost
Pros: Nothing! I was treated like garbage.
Cons: Nothing! They treated me like garbage; the plane never left; I went on an inferiors third class airline from First with now refund; and they lost all of my luggage for over a week! I looked like a fool to my clients and peers!
Cons: The flight was late.
Cons: All flights were delayed. makes for a problem to connect to the next flight.
Pros: Crew were very nice, and seats had plenty of room
Pros: Seats were fairly comfortable. Tv choices were excellent- made the time pass much more quickly.
Cons: No snacks provided, just options for sale. Those looked interesting though.
Cons: They lost my luggage on the way from Atlanta to North Bay. This was a expensive hunting trip that was planned in January with no return on the deposit. I got my bags on the day I was scheduled to leave. They had no way to track my bag and offered me $50. I had over $7000 of gear in the bag and I lost my $2600 deposit for the hunt. Not to mention the time a way from work where I just sat around in the bush doing nothing. On the way home, they lost my bag again. No one ever came to customer service desk and I had to call a number to India who was zero help. Terrible experience. Never fly Air Canada!!!!!
Pros: I was very impressed today when one of the airline stewardess went back into the Terminal waiting area to get a passenger's phone charge she left behind. We were all seated when the passenger noticed she had forgotten it and to her credit she walked back to the front of the plane to ask about retrieving the charge. She was particularly concerned because she had just bought it. She came back to her seat and was told they would see what they could do. To our surprise after the doors were closed, the stewardess came back to hand the passenger her charger. She was very grateful! Well done Air Canada.
Pros: The flight attendants wet very nice and accommodating
Cons: The clerk helping with the boarding passes was very rude.
Pros: Service... comfortable sits
Cons: Delay in flight , long queue at Toronoto airport
Pros: Friendly staff every step of the way. Were always there and were always mindfu of your space.
Cons: The woman that I was dealing with before the trip even began was incredibly rude and condescending! Talking down to me the entire time and didn't experience any patience whatsoever. She seeed to not know what she was doing whatsoever and was not helpful in the slightest. This is the woman in the desk leaving Edmonton heading to Calgary
Pros: All was well. Thanks
Cons: Not aconfortable plane
Pros: The flight attendant were good and professional.
Cons: There was an overbooking, so I gave up my place for someone else to travel in exchange of compensation. The flight back to Toronto from Atlanta was delayed by 2 hours and a half, which put me in risk to miss my connection flight. The plane was small and there was not enough space for mid size people.
Pros: That there was no delays or anything, at any point, very easy.
Pros: Boarding process was good
Cons: No free snacks offered
Pros: The ONLY part of flying Air Canada that I used to like was your partnership with SAS, over the past ten years I have lost more airtravel points through Star Alliance troubles than I could have made in the decade before. Luckily when I fly from my birth place of St. John's NL, you're ground staff are the absolute best! I can give "shout outs" to each and every one of them. From those ready for retirement to the new staff just in from "who knows where", they get the whole "customer service" priority that your airline needs to focus on. Your management in Halifax "Sharon" is out of this world too, other than that whether through Lufthansa, Air Canada or anywhere I would travel, seeing that red leaf on your wing would make me ashamed to be Canadian.
Cons: I paid extra for a seat to ensure leg room, all I got was ear ache! The flight - although half empty had no place for my briefcase, but I was "ordered" to push my sealskin bag under the dirty greasy seat in front of me. When I requested they store it upfront for take-off & landing - the french female steward started flirting with the man sitting next to me and didn't even offer a response. When drinks came around - I was handed a half empty glass with juice on it's exterior and borrowed a napkin from the next seat. Later I did get a napkin "thrown gently" over the person she enjoyed speaking with. I was happy to wait until connecting passengers disembarked before the local traffic, but was appalled when the more senior female steward stopped a local passenger who I know has anxiety about flying - to insist she let the other passengers off first. Air Canada needs to be educated on what human behaviour entails, before they can graduate to customer service. Together with my first name, you can know my last name is Floyd
Pros: Video monitor did not work on ATL YYZ leg
Cons: at atlanta airport i was refused to board the flight because it was aircanada and i wasnt told anything about that infact i had to pay 130$ extra for rebooking my ticket wihout any reason and the airline person didnt talk properly it wasnt my fault that i was given a air canada flight i booked a turkish airline flight, infact i had to wait at the airport for like 24 hours!contact me back asap this is the worst ever experience i have had with you!i have been booking with you guys for a long time.i hope to hear from you soon!
Cons: Small child violently kicked me seat the entire flight. I asked the parent (politely) to ask his son to stop but he didnt think he should have to. (They also thought it was fine for their toddler daugther to crawl into another sleeping passengers lap during flight. The crew was no help. I get that kids are kids but this was excessive. A crying baby would have been a welcone change. I think the crew should have stepped in.
Pros: Seats are comfortable and I had plenty of leg room.
Cons: No snacks offered with drink. Boarding wasn't well organized. Toronto airport is horrible... long lines at customs and security caused me to miss my connection for the second time in a row.
Pros: Air canada needs a serious serious overhaul of the way they treat their customers especially those working at the Toronto airport I find their employees have an "entitlement" mentality that other carriers do not Customer service seems to be a priority not talking to your coworkers about the weekend while serving your customers
Cons: There was one employee who suggested to take an earlier flight and was very helpful Little things go along way
Pros: Quietness of the airplane
Cons: The seat back was not comfortable for my back.
Cons: Staff was rude. And I was seated next to an alchoholic
Cons: Passengers were packed too tight. I had a woman put her but in my face while I was seated, and hit me in the head with her bag while she tried to get out of the way of another passenger.
Pros: On time boarding, take off and arrival.
Cons: Nothing. It was a short flight.
Pros: On time
Cons: American Air cancelled my flight two hours before departure and didn't rebook it. My trip to Atlanta was cancelled. I lost a lot of money and time since I drove 2 hours to get to Chicago airport to find out I couldn't even fly. I missed my weekend event. It was the most horrible bizarre experience.
Cons: diverted due to weather but send to Stephenville!
Pros: Crew was very nice
Cons: They could’ve offered free snacks instead of only offering items for purchase.
Pros: Crew was above and beyond. Really helpful and kind.
Pros: I really liked the entertainment on board. Made the flight go by so fast.
Cons: Better snacks
Pros: The seat for United First is really comfortable and the in-flight dinner for the route was pretty good.
Pros: We landed 30 minutes early! Hooray!
Cons: The plane was not clean, tray table was covered in crumbs. During beverage service, flight attendant handed me a can that was so filthy I had to wrap it in a napkin to keep from touching the surface again and use hand sanitizer to get the residue off my fingers.
Pros: Efficient boarding.
Pros: It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.
Cons: The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.
Pros: Professionalism. Didn't like the layover but the second part ofthe flight went smoothlythe pilot made us feel safe and relaxed pointed out the light show on the left. Which was a lightning storm it was beautiful. And we got to little rock safely
Cons: UA supervisor literally said, “It’s not our fault so now hotel assistance and you have to leave airport. When I asked what we should do since all the hotels were booked he said, “You can go anywhere you want to go but you can’t stay here.” Callous, uncaring, worst experience since I was in Desert Storm!
Pros: Everything was wonderful thank you so much
Pros: Layout of plane good for walking. ATL gate agents 5-star, all other staff horrible. Drunk passenger vomited in aisle (SFO to Auckland) & got vomit in my hair. Nauseated entire 12 hour international flight & flight attendant refused to move me. Couldn’t eat because of vomit on me and around me, flight attendant said, “it’s perfect, I sprayed it.” Unbelievable!!! Do not recommend United Airlines.
Cons: Drunk passenger vomited on me (SFO to Auckland) and female Asian flight attendant refused to move me even though plenty of cabin space available. Unsanitary condition called for empathy and United failed to deliver...
Pros: Professional people/crew
Cons: Incredibly small seats from a small plane
Pros: Flight crew was polite
Cons: Took forever to board and exit the plane
Pros: The crew and flight attendant were very courteous and engaging. Great customer service. I noticed a gentleman who was boarding the plane and asked for some water and the attendant dutifully and courteously provided him some very quickly.
Pros: The staff was very nice and the flight was smooth.
Cons: Ok we have two units at Crescent apartments to clean so please meet us there.
Pros: I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women.
Cons: That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way
Cons: They took so long to open the doors almost mis my connecting flight
Pros: United did a great job keeping us informed of where the plane was and why we were being delayed. Only 15 minutes late. But staff explained why and I think this helps ease people's anxiety. Inflight wifi was awesome!
Pros: Boarding process was quick
Cons: Should serve food on flights over 4 hrs
Pros: Everything was god!
Cons: Except the wifi, but it's ok!
Cons: No communication. Staff at desks were not friendly or helpful. There was no delay yet we still managed to almost miss out connecting flight
Cons: It was not a good experience at all. Honestly, I wanted my money back. I sent United this letter, but no one is gotten back to me yet. Hello, my name is David Larkins. I have had literally the worst airline experience of my life today with United airlines. With confirmation number BS2EL9, my flight was set to go from Atlanta to Burbank, with a connection in San Francisco. The flight from Atlanta was delayed about 10 minutes, however, they assured us that we would arrive in San Francisco at the correct time of 9:39 AM with enough time to get to our connecting flights. They lied. Whereas we did arrive in San Francisco at around 9:39 AM, the plane taxied for approximately 15 or more minutes before letting anyone off of the plane. Still, I ran to my connecting flight before it left the runway at 10:10am. However, I was not permitted to step onto the plane by the fellow at the gate at the time. He told me that because boarding time was over at 9:55a, he would not let me step on the plane even though it was still on the runway. I was upset. I went to customer service and explained my situation to them. Speaking with a girl named Krystin S., I explained that I really needed to get to Burbank on time, before 2 o'clock. Today, I had a final for school, a meeting, and interview with a job, and I had to drop my dog off at the vet for an appointment which costed around $150. Krystin told me that there was nothing she could do, and offered me only a meal voucher. I was offended, and declined the voucher. I then spoke to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do after informing me that the flight that they switched my flight to was delayed yet another hour and I would not arrive until 350pm. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I need a remedy. Far larger than a simple meal voucher. I have lost more money by missing my flight to Burbank because of the Atlanta airport lying to me then the flight was even worth. Also, I requested to speak to someone, but the representative on the phone said they didn't have a phone number to speak to anyone which adds to the cumbersome nature of this issue. Please contact me back, as soon as possible. I'm very upset at the situation. David Larkins
Cons: The staff member in the boarding gate was very unorganised she was announcing incorrectly two times , which make the passengers confused. Leg room inside the flight was to tight.
Pros: I appreciated the seat assigned to me was directly behind first class; gave me more leg room.
Pros: The trip TO the United States was bearable.
Cons: This flight was a complete disaster. I ended up b=on a different flight to Newark, as my flight to Chicago got canceled. Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late.
Pros: The staff was very friendly seats so close together that when the person in front of my lean her seat back, it crunched my knees and I am inky 5'10. Gonna try American and Delta
Pros: The snack was different than most airlines. It was a really big cream filled wafer. Went well with my coffee.
Cons: At no fault of the airline, the guy sitting next to me was absolutely funky. By the end of the flight I was dizzy from holding my breath...
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: A/C was not working and hot air was blowing so the whole flight felt like we were in a sauna. Everyone was sweating, children crying. Called the flight attendant and no explanation other than "we know" but sounded more like "not our problem, deal with it". They should stop saying "let us know if there is anything we can do to make you comfortable". Meaningless. United and most US airlines really need to take a step back and figure out what's there vision of service. Most of them are in deep trouble, you can tell by how dissatisfied most of their employees are. How about bringing some top notch foreign airlines to compete?
Pros: Smooth as silk!!! On time and my flight attendant was super attentive helping with fitting in all the carry on bags in the overheads.
Cons: I did not like the idea of having passengers wait so long to board the plane. I already had a stressful day before arriving the airport and did not need any more delays.
Cons: Our flight was delayed so our connecting flight was cancelled what a terrible experience.
Pros: I hadn't been on a United flight in quite some time but gosh this flight was awesome. Very comfortable lots of overhead bin space even had in flight entertainment. Would love to start back flying United more frequently
Cons: I truly have no dislikes so I can't come up with 50 characters I don't think
Cons: If we had followed the gate agents directions, we never would have made it to Denver- now we are still trying to get to Durango the next day
Cons: Not enough space to sit at the gate. There's been a trend lately to start checking all carry on bags due to space, but then you get on the plane and there's PLENTY of overhead space for your carry on.
Pros: The crew was very informing and they fly attendants were very polite
Cons: Once we arrived Ohara airport this went from bad to worse. The plane arrived late and the we sat in the airplane for over 2hours because of repairs being made. I feel like the crew cold have been more forthcoming about what was happening it took at least .30min before we were told anything. After sitting on the plane for over 1 hours they finally move us to a new plane to board all over again it was very unorganized .
Pros: From beginning to end the flight and people were wonderful. I did plan ahead for delays preregistration for a lot of things and used the United app to stay inform. This first impression was truly a good one.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: On time; uneventful flight. Perfect!
Cons: Instead of pretzels they handed out ranch flavored items; I have food allergies to seasonings. I prefer just plain pretzels
Pros: I like the friendliness of the crew and trying to do the best to make our flight comfortable as possible. The plane was very big&nice. By S.K
Cons: I didn't like that i didn't have much leg room &scrunched in a three seater. And my ride home was a lil bumpy i guess due to the weather.
Cons: I didn't like how my flight was cancelled only MINUTES prior to boarding time. I signed up for text alerts and received NONE about the trip cancellation. I had to rebook my flight for the next day meaning I slept at the airport. US airways had to change my flight to using Delta airlines since that was the soonest upcoming flight and they never sent me the email promised with my new itinerary, my boarding pass didn't say my gate number but they verbally told me which one it will be. Come to find out, they gave me incorrect information and I had to run to the correct gate so I could be on time. Worst experience I ever had.
Pros: All of the United personnel were pleasant, professional and very helpful. The connectivity for my devices at the boarding gate was an excellent idea.
Cons: The seat on my return flight from Chicago to Atlanta was extremely uncomfortable. Also the charging ports at my chair in Chicago would not work.
Pros: Great ticket price, friendly staff, relaxing flight, clean plane, fast travel time, smooth landing, free snacks n drinks
Cons: Food & drink on plane is expensive. No free tv/movie offers on plane
Pros: Hated it. No personnel for guidance or help. The One employee there was rude and non communicative Changed carousels without notification. My luggage ended up in another section of baggage and I had to walk in search occur helped by some foreign travelers from a different United flight.
Cons: Baggage retrieval. Confusing. Rude employee. Unhelpful. My husband circled the airport 4 times while I hunted down my bag and found it in a different location. It was a horrible experience.
Cons: I was in the last group boarding and the gate agent made me check my carry on bag. I explained it was important to me to keep my carry on with me on the plane. Instead of helping me make it work I was forced to check it at the gate. Upon boarding, there were plenty of overhead spaces for my bag. There was then a mechanical failure, a fuel pump that was faulty. This is not anyone's fault or at all controllable, but the way things were handled was ridiculous. There was 1 gate agent for 2.5 hours handling everyone who needed to re book. In my case I simply needed to cancel my flight (because I had already missed my meeting) and needed to get my bag brought up so I could go home. I was told I needed to wait in line. So I waited for 3 hours. Then waited another 1.5 hours for my bag to come up from bag check. The agents there were not all that helpful or concerned about my experience yesterday whatsoever. I will likely never fly united again and I travel a lot. I will also likely express my dislike for united to anyone I can going forward. In one flight, one experience, you lost this customer for good.
