Cons: "The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting."

Turkish Airline is my to go airline herein henceforth. I will implore prospective travelers to give the airline a shot (try). The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

Selling food instead of offering it as complementary with the excessive price, is pure greed and not comptitive at all.
Lufthansa boarding is certainly easier and organized, staff is courteous always. But they can offer better food and definitely better selection of movies onboard. Also, all airlines offer two baggage’s for an international trip except Lufthansa. That needs to be reconsidered. Overall, a good trip. Thanks!
They could not check me in through to my final destination, even though it was through a partner airline. We departed the first flight 1.5 hours late, which gave me 45 minutes to run around the connecting airport trying to figure out where and how to get my next ticket. Very unpleasant experience and do not want to fly with Lufthansa again.
Tiny plane Had to gate check bags, a problem since we were flying back from an international vacation
What did we like? Nothing really...The food choice and quality were very poor, seats were uncomfortable, tv screens were dirty full of greasy fingerprints, some of the staff (Not All) were miserable, shall I go on???

Cons: "I packed a SOLID body butter that was brand new. I thought that because it was NOT a liquid but a SOLID it would be okay. Wrong! I took every precaution and even called prior to packing. I didn’t think this would be a problem. So, out it went! My SOLID deodorant was fine, though."

When we looked at a make steward to let him know that we were finished with our trays, his response was “give me a second!” Unacceptable customer service!!!"

Cons: "Paying $275 to upgrade and experiencing one of worst flights and service I’ve travelled. No water supply for hot beverages, wash hands or brush teeth during eight hour international flight, not given special diet meal requested as crew unable to locate it, Entertainment monitor not working or housed in seat back correctly to adjust angle, remote handset buttons barely working to watch or make selections, unable to call cabin crew who did not visit through cabin for approximately two and half hours as ‘assumed most passengers were sleeping’, no wine choice only Sauvignon blanc and I wanted Chardonnay so had nothing. Breakfast ‘special diet request’ meal was cold hard bagel with colourful lump of cream cheese, which seemed to be what everyone else had. No orange juice, grapefruit that can’t take medication with, so had nothing to drink except allotted splash of water into small paper cup. Dreadful journey"

Then Rebooked us through another carrier and we waited and they wouldn’t take us, said there was only two seats left and we would have to wait until the next evening for another carrier. Wow just terrible service. We drove five hours for this. I’m afraid British Airways is too big of a company and doesn’t really care!"
