After 2 hrs the flight was canceled. The next flight wasn’t until 4 days away! They wouldn’t book us with other airlines. We ended up driving 15 hrs to get home

First time on Spirit. Definitely a streamline flight but I would fly Spirit again.

Not very good because of an almost 3 hour delay for an hour long flight.

We had an almost 7 hour flight delay. We left the gate twice and taxi-ed and then returned the gate twice. Finally we got a new flight crew (our third one) and then left the gate to the final time before departing at 6:45pm (original flight time was 12pm). Out of Newark.

you guys canceled my flight last minute and lost my luggage.

Unprepared for the very expensive carry-on cost. Still was our best option since it was a direct flight and the best times.

My flight got cancelled by Spirit airlines, it was bad experience to me

It was a short fight and even though we had a delay due to weather we arrived on time

My experience was okay. The flight did not offer even water without a fee. Also had to pay extra for my carry on, as I was told I had to check my bag, even though it said I had the option to carry on a bag when booking. This costed me an extra $100. Would likely not fly with Spirit again.

The booking was cancelled the next day. Spirit Airlines refunded Kayak cheapflay the full amount, but I was only refunded half. Costumer service is disgusting. Be careful. You can lose your money.
