Short flight so no entertainment, turbulence so no food service - overall flight as expected

All was good, the only thing was it didn't run on time.

The staff and crew on board were excellent. Business class however, was very weird. I thought we would have individual pods, but the way it was set up was unexpected. Not very private and If you wanted to lay down, you had to have an entire bed made up for you by the crew, rather than how Delta one works where you could just lie down whenever you feel like it. It was a 16 hour flight. I chose not to have my bed made, and that turned out to be a good idea because everybody who had their bed made had to wait for the crew to roll up their mattresses. So strange!

Crew were pleasant, happy to be there and were a joy to be around. Entire operation was professional, well thought out and ran like a Swiss clock.

Couldn’t request a vegan meal somehow but I noticed other people getting them

United flight from SFO to PDX was cancelled. I will ask for a refund. Had to book on Alaska

The recline on the seat in front of me came back so that I was staring at the top of the man’s head in front of me the whole trip. He refused to bring his seat back up twice every time he was instructed to do so and only relented when he had a tray of good in front of him. And then right back in my lap!!! Horrible man!! I complained to the staff multiple times, but no one would address the issue. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect flight.

Flight was canceled due to technical issue shortly before the check-in counters opened. Passengers were rebooked on a flight three days later. Request to be accommodated on Air Tahiti Nui could not be processed. Customer service sorted out the refund after calling and being put on hold for almost an hour.

Carring crew, nice ambiance of the cabin, comfortable beds, good food well served. We liked everything.

Fiji left without me because American Airlines was too stupid to get to LAX on time. Fiji should have offered a standby on another flight but they told me tough luck. I will never fly with this company again.

The A350 aircraft business class experience was very good. Comfortable and well appointed pod, and supplemental bed pad available for sleeping. Food was very good.

Business class seats and amenities were excellent, crew very attentive. Slept well. Food good, lounge experience nice. Would fly them again. A350 aircraft excellent, very quiet.

The flight attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything ran on time. I highly recommend Fiji Airways.

My tray was broken and instead of being moved I was provided blue tape.

Couldn’t check in online. Unsure of terminal. Missed flight by minutes due to confusion and not being able to check in online pre flight.

Grumpy and rude gate attendant who was unwilling to help anyone who asked him for assistance. Too little leg room.

VERY short notice (<24 hours) flight delay by 6 hours. Had to reschedule and pay more to book with another airlines.

Take off was one hour late! They were not able to supply a meal for a 6 hour flight!

Staff was friendly. It was a bit confusing with the regulations for Hawaiian on your website stating that each passenger has one carryon bag. There were people with a backpack, luggage and a shopping bag or purse they carried on the plane. It's probably because you charge for luggage, but doesn't anyone abide by the standard you set for carry on luggage? All in all the flight was pleasant.

This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Quit making seats narrower and narrower. The guy beside me spilled over in to my seat.

The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .

The crews are great.. Easy boarding. Inflight entertainment ok. Food is a disappointment.

The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.

I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible

All went fine. Boarding was efficient, staff was really friendly, and we were kept up to date on any changes to our itinerary. My only note for improvement is that on this particular plane, the recline in economy class was negligible. I know it's a coach seat, but I had another UA flight (SFO to BWI) and the seat was more comfortable with better recline.

Really good experience with a redeye flight from SFO to BWI. Boarding was efficient, plane was comfortable and newer than others, lots of audio and video choices, and staff was great. I appreciate United's service.
