The service was very friendly.

My knees while sitting upright drive into the seat in front of me. No extra legroom seats available. Please start saving these for people who actually need them. Also, boarding was like cattle hearding, lack of organization caused anxiety ... albeit my wife and I were amused by people without direction.

We have our seats by the window on our flight from Sydney to Nadi, we're so happy for that.

We have our seats in the middle of the four (4) seats in the isle of the plane, it's so hard to go to the bathroom, which I do need to go often. We really were not happy and suffering during the flight from Nadi to Los Angeles.

Transfer was handed well between domestic and international terminals, but not a moment to spare. Cabin crew was attentive and highly professional. The announcements were handled well. Will fly them again!

In Guangzhou there was just enough time to transfer between flights. If there had been a delay, I would have easily missed the connection. The connections at Guangzhou involve multiple gyrations of shuttles between terminals and immigrations, etc. There was an opportunity to upgrade the cabin while boarding, but was not well announced or implemented. I would have welcomed the chance to upgrade.

Professional cabin crew.

Boarding was chaotic and not properly handled to separate Premium passengers from rest of passengers. Was made to check my small bag when others were able to carry on more than two bags and heavier ones. Food was mediocre.

The people and the service were top notch. I fly on numerous carriers and overall AirNZ has been my favorite, hands down, primarily because of the helpful kind friendly staff.

Disembarking down onto the tarmac, and being made to stand out there for about 5 minutes (supposedly for safety's sake) while another plane was being pushed out from the next gate, all the while breathing in the choking nauseating jet exhaust fumes while our own plane was idling.

The plane and flight attendants were just great. The food was great as well.

My grandmother had a terrible experience getting from check-in desk to the plane. We were made to feel she was an inconvenience due to her disability. She wasn't provided a wheel chair service in a timely manner, attitude when asking why service was so delayed, and it was not acceptable that she had to walk from the bus to the plane, having to walk up the platform to the plane door. I really think Virgin Australia should educate their employees on how to accommodate those who are less able bodied.

There was a lot of confusion for people trying to use the kiosks to check in. Finally a representative stood by the machine and told people not to bother, just queue up for the desk to get boarding passes and drop of luggage , which took for ever. Once on the plane the seats are very cramped.

Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule.

The crew on both legs of our flight were great and did their very best to take care of the customers even in poor circumstances.

Our original flight from Sydney to SFO was cancelled due to mechanical issues after boarding over an hour late and then sitting in our seats on the tarmac for over 3 hours. The flight was rebooked for the next day, but on a much older and far less comfortable plane. The plane had no room of any kind, especially for a taller person, and there was no choice but to put your seat back if the person in front of you had. The inflight entertainment was also far less advanced. After having such an excellent flight to Australia I was highly disappointed by the flight home. Other than putting us in a free hotel for the night and paying for taxi fares there was no compensation which cost me a full day of work.

Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam.

I would like to know who is telling me the truth regarding why i $500 was taken from my refund when I was forced to cancel my flight due to not getting my visa. I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money.

Well there were 3 crying babies for a good portion of the flight which is no fault of the airline or parents it's just something that wasn't as desirable.

Our flight to NAN was delayed five hours ; however, when we came to the check-in desk, they knew immediately who we were and informed us of a change. The staff at the desk [a man and a woman] were extremely helpful and verified a change would be acceptable and they put in all of the work to make it happen - we returned an hour later and they had switched us to a flight from SYD - SFO - LAX on Qantas airlines. Things from there went off without a hitch ; while our departure time was still 5 hours later, we arrived to the US earlier than we would have on the SYD-NAN-LAX flight.

The five hour delay ; however one cannot have qualms with inclement weather.

Boarding is an issue. Please have more staff in the early stages of boarding to make sure people go to the correct lines . It's not immediately obvious and leads to frustration . I wasn't too bothered as I worked it out quickly but I could hear many others expressing their frustration around me . I was disappointed in the movie selection. I wanted more new release movies to choose from . Cabin crew friendly and polite . Love the wine ! Put up with being cramped .. would love more leg room but overall very happy ! Thank You everyone involved !

Loved the soft good quality complintary blankets they had available for us on every seat as well as pillow. Really made it feel homey and comfortable. Probably the best airline meal I’ve had. It was like a creamy mushroom chicken with mashed potatoes, cheese wedge, crackers, etc.

Cabin crew was wonderful and very attentive. Smooth flight with good food. 787 Dreamliner for a long haul 13 hour flight. First airline where I see the cabin crew clean the lavatories mid-flight! Overall a great experience.Would fly again.

Cabin crew was wonderful and very attentive. Smooth flight with good food. 787 Dreamliner for a long haul 13 hour flight. First airline where I see the cabin crew clean the lavatories mid-flight! Overall a great experience.Would fly again.

The stewards were friendly, attending, available, and professional. Very nice to have complimentary earphones, eye mask, spirits, pillow and blanket. Pilot kept us informed. The veggie meals were very tasty and filling.

I wish I could give food 6 stars! Best airline food ever! They partner with delta for USA domestic flights, if outshine delta in every way!

I spilled water on myself, but that was my fault. Ha!

I was really worried about being on a plane for 14+ hours, but it was great! It was very comfortable with plenty of room. They also had the best airline food I've ever tasted! I will fly virgin Australia again!

Everything worked out beautifully even after I missed my connecting flight. I was rebooked on Virgin and ended up with three open seats. Great flight, good food.
