Pros: "Direct flight to JFK using Delta. Was not aware that I was NOT flying on West Jet therefore encountered problems searching for a way to check in online. Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

Just because I was covered in my blanket he assumed I was using that to cover up that I took my seatbelt off. He also told me to put my purse on the floor which was odd to me because when I was on the flight Saturday Oct 10 from MSP to LSE the flight attendant never said anything."

Pros: "A woman who spoke no English or French was seated next to me last minute with a baby who cried the whole flight. The woman hit me several times, waking me up, while trying to get the baby to stop crying. Talk about a red eye"

Pros: "Delta's free in-flight wi-fi for entertainment (movies, tv, music) on your own device is a big plus. Not so easy to find (there's sparse information in their magazine or seat-back brochure), but once you find it there's a wealth of options."

Pros: "We always fly Delta out of Augusta, GA, our local airport. The check -in is a breeze and the folks are friendly. Delta has a number of flights out of there and overall it's the easiest and most economical for International flights. Your checked luggage goes straight through without the huge airport hassle!"

I know it’s all about making money the flight was packed. Logan airport Delta every other set has a sticker don’t sit here"

Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

Cons: "the flight was delayed 5 hours due to maintenance. The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."

Cons: "Flight delayed, no honest info put forth. Fortunately changed my flight to 1:37 pm flight, original flight left after 3 pm! Got stuck with middle seat."

Cons: "The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Cons: "The seats were not as good as the ones on my BA flight to Heathrow and then Rome. Also, cross country flight but no in flight entertainment. Arrived early in PHL and American would not let me move up to an earlier PHL-SFO flight since it was a code share booked with BA. Should not be my fault as when booking it indicated all four of my flights were with BA. Once booked it indicated the return flights were code share with AA. American should have allowed me on the earlier flight. That would have opened a seat on the scheduled flight which had people waiting on standby."

Pros: "Usually I take a non stop flight with LATAN from LAX to LIM. It is always great."
Cons: "This time, however, from the get go I had problems. The attendant at ticketing sent one of my bags in without removing the part of the ticket I needed. Second, the attendant at the gate took my carry-on down because she thought it was too big. I have this bag for years and I travel with it everywhere with me. Then, I could not find my carry-on in Lima and hell started. I asked one guy that had an orange apron and was helping with the bags. I told him that I did not see my carry on. He sent me to American lost baggage upstairs. I had to wait 40 minutes for the office to open. Then the woman working there was very unprofessional and rude and told me that I should have made a claim at the counter in the baggage claim area. Well, there are no signs that indicate that there is a counter where to claim your lost bags, you have to just be clarivident and know according to LATAN personnel. They found my bag and call us around 3:45PM, when they close at 5PM. Well getting to the airport before 5pm was a Mission Impossible action movie. Try getting to the airport in Lima during rush hour...finally, I got there on time to get my bag, had another encounter with another personnel that, again, attempted to blame it on me instead of doing her job efficiently and with a smile on her face...What is wrong with airlines personnel???"

I hope I never have to fly them again, I tried complaining to customer service. You can't call them ; only email them. I could go on and on. They need lessons with their treatment of their passengers."

Cons: "I got tricked into spending $80 for a seat with legroom. I'm 6'6" there is zero compassion and/or understanding for being a tall person. That's fine, I'll pay more. But then I was sat in a 'special' section, the only 2 seats that are narrower than a regular seat. The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do. 5 1/2 hours and I spent half the time standing up to avoid serious cramps. As a tall person I am literally getting phased out of airline seats. My knee to hip length prevents me from sitting in some seats. No one cares."

I got there around 11:30pm and my flight wasn't till around 9:45am the next day and so when it came to that time they had cancelled my flight so I got another ticked for around 2pm and they didn't board that flight till around 4:30. My experience there was to much to handle. I was supposed to get to Colorado Friday night but didn't even get here time Saturday afternoon. Really upsetted me because I leave wednsday so I don't have enough time to be with my boyfriend. I honestly don't think I'll be flying American Airlines again"

Cons: "I did not like the fact that American Airlines cancelled my 17 Yr old neice's flight from Dallas to Denver over a thing called "timed-out". And had her sleep in a room with a cott instead of a hotel room. And the fact that we as customers pay good money for tickets only to be subject to the airlines way of business. It is absolutely unacceptable!"
