Maybe she was tired and had a long day but she definitely didn’t seem to want to be there. I didn’t know that you got a receipt with your seat number on it because it wasn’t explained and that was my first time flying Delta in years. Overall one of the worst flights but thankfully it was fast!"

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

I was almost knocked over in the rush. -The onboard staff was nice enough. However, between the two of them, one of them had a thick accent. Maybe that one shouldn’t be the one making all on board announcements… and please fix the horrendous crackles too!!! -It seemed our pilot was in training… during our short flight a series of right and left turns were made, no effort to avoid turbulence, and the landing was surprisingly hard. It felt as if my spine took a quick jab to my brain as a result! What’s up?"

Pros: "We always fly Delta out of Augusta, GA, our local airport. The check -in is a breeze and the folks are friendly. Delta has a number of flights out of there and overall it's the easiest and most economical for International flights. Your checked luggage goes straight through without the huge airport hassle!"
Cons: "Seat was supposed to be assigned at gate. Had even called Delta to make sure that I would have a seat but when I got to the AP I was told they were oversold and I could not get on the flight. Missed my connection and had to take later flights. Wasted a whole day."
Pros: "Our flight from ATL to PVD Was canceled after a 3 hour delay and we were left to make our own reservations to PVD.The time was approximately 12 noon (we had been st ATL now for over 4 hours) and without help from Delta we went gate to gate .We happened on a flight to BOS depg 1:50PM (actual dep 3:30PM. We got no help on where our luggage (2 suitcases)was but told it would follow. Landed BOS approx 5:45PM,no luggage! Trained to PVD hoped bags were on a 10:30PM Delta flight. They were but bags were wet and so were some dresses and ladies slacks. Advised luggage person but she was so busy with others looking for their lost bags.Deltahad no control over Wx, but we deserved better service and assistance to make things no so exasperating."

Luckily my brother was so proactive that he was able to re-schedule a flight for the 19th."

Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Cons: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Cons: "Passport control with new computer ID checks was fast. Baggage was slow coming. I booked through Netflights and they didn't book me a good seat. If I could have changed it myself they should have told me. On the way to Tampa on 3rd March I couldn't check in within 24 hours and had to wait half an hour while they changed our plane. BA used to do short science programmes which I loved. Shame these have finished."
