From check in desk to flight crew the staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. Every person I had contact with was great! All of my flights were on time. The planes are new, but the seats are not very comfortable. On Board entertainment was disappointing because the choices were all old and uninteresting.

This is a very short flight, so there actually wasn't any food or entertainment onboard. Although the pilot had warned of turbulence, the flight actually was quite smooth, especially compared to the VERY turbulent FAT-CHI leg we had just endured.

She checked with a supervisor and said they would not provide them, we would have to wait to see an agent. Rather than miss the next bus to be delayed another 2 hours waiting for someone to tell us they wouldn't do anything for us, we left the line and purchased bus tickets. We had to pick up our luggage at the airport because we 'missed' our flight rather having it delivered. We understand flight cancelations but at no time during the process, especially at the airport, did we ever get the impression that anyone cared about us or what happened to us. We will avoid this airline."

Pros: "Originally was planned to fly into Denver but the flight was delayed due to weather, they were able to re-route us through SFO earlier in the day with no headache. The original flight ended up cancelled and so we would have been delayed a day or 2. The ease of the switch was perfect and allowed to focus on our trip and not the travel. 5 stars."
