The crew was calm and able to get everyone on board with a minimum delay, considering the circumstances. The flight crew made up some time in the air and we were able to land less than 30 minutes after our original ETA. Well done, Delta."

United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Delta remains the best."

Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

"Thifty, Budget .. and all rental car companies are unethical in Mexico. They make the booking through american companies like Kayak, Priceline, Orbitz.. Upon arrival to Mexico and other latin American destinations there is a standard plot "we do not to have what you have booked "customer have not returned the car" like BS ...and always sells to much more expensive product and services and taking advantage. The American CEOs for the rental companies need to crack down on this malpractices."

Since I hadn't reserved a seat, I got seated near the emergency exit. On a positive note, it's more spacious hence more leg room. However, you're not allowed to keep any items with you in case of an emergency during take off and landing. It seems that there was some type of entertainment on the TV screens but noticed they were on for less than 40 minutes and then they went blank for the remainder of the flight . I'm not sure if other passengers were offered headphones but I was not."

Cons: "The counter attendant and supervisor of aeromexico in lima peru wouldn't let us check in because according to her we had too many carry ons. She had us there for more than an hour and i keot saying we are going to miss our flight . She wanted to charge us for an extra bag to put in the documented baggage. So not fair. Aeromexico is the worst! Do not flight with them they will find a way to make your life hell. At the end i showed the lady what the website said and she kind of changed her mind and let us go."

I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

A lot of people missed connections."

Cons: "Heading from BWI to Newark to Boston on 9/29 on United. There were delays at Newark airport which lasted about an hour, and meant that we would be super tight getting in for our connecting flight. We had been told ahead of the departure of the delayed flight that there would be someone on the ground at Newark monitoring the delayed connecting flights, in case a flight needed to be held. Well, we actually landed about 15 minutes before our connecting flight was due to take off. However, we quickly found out that not only were the gates closed early, but the flight tracker was showing the flight had actually left early. There was clearly no communication between on the ground crews, and everyone working at the airport once we landed seemed confused about the situation. By the time we got within eyeshot of our gate, the gate agents were telling us that the Boston flight was already closed. This meant that no one was even monitoring the situation for us, and that they made no effort to hold the plane for the five of us who were supposed to be on that flight. Additionally, that was the last flight to Boston from Newark, so they literally didn't give one iota of care for our situation. I had a 10am wedding to attend that next day, and even after telling the agent this information she still asked me whether I wanted to get on a 10:38am flight to Boston, which made exactly zero sense. After all of this, she ended up getting me on a flight into manchester (that flight had been delayed for 3 hours by this time, and was delayed again after I was booked on it) which landed at 1:24am, a full two hours and some change after I would have landed in Boston, and a full hour away from Boston. Luckily, my boyfriend had his car and was able to pick me up. I finally got to Boston around 2:45am. My suggestion to the airport crews is to actually communicate when you have issues like this. It wasn't our fault, but we were greatly inconvenienced and they did not make an effort to prevent the situation at all. Adding to this, our pilot for that first flight told us that the reason for the first delay was that Newark was congested with too many flights into and out of the airport. THAT is entirely their fault for not being able to properly gauge their own capacity and should not have ended up inconveniencing passengers! I end all this with an additional inconvenience- when I arrived for my flight on Sunday at 4:40am for a 5:55am flight back to DC, I was told that my return flight had been CANCELED. Somehow, in rebooking me on the flight to Manchester. So I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with United to get that fixed at 5 in the morning and nearly missed my return flight due to crew incompetence as well."

Pros: "Not a good wifi connection. Could not access wifi using my united mileage plus account. System wouldn't accept or recognize my account number and I was locked out of my own account. Also wanted to access both my laptop and cellphone email acct but was locked out. Very irritating. Unable to get the work done that I had scheduled."

They were lousy at explaining the problem and kept saying the same thing over an over. They basically told us there was a missing screw and they couldn't find it or reach it."

I was told I couldn't have a blanket because they are only given to first class customers only but on my flight to Batltimore I was given a blanket in coach"

"I caught the COVID19 virus. Had to cancel. Frontier charged an $80 cancellation fee per ticket. Could not have been worse! Everywhere else I have flown in the last 30 days (even with non-refundable tickets) gave a full change or voucher. HD8IPQ is my reference code."

"The only thing I liked was the care of the flight crew. One of us is a disabled passenger and they didn't give special consideration for someone who is disabled and couldn't walk to the gate nor to the seat. Our seats were in the REAR of the plane. That's no place for a disabled person. Not even a window seat. Lack of communication to the special service assistants for a request of an aisle wheelchair to get to the seat. The flight was delayed and we were sitting in the plane for over an hour to wait to exit the plane. We were informed there was lack of staff at Orlando International Airport for Frontier Airlines, and we had to wait for other staff to come from another gate to get us off the plane and get bags to baggage claim. We were waiting in Baggage Claim to retrieve our bags for over 30 minutes."

Flight was over 2 hours delayed due to not having maintenance staff available. And then I was crammed in next to an oversized individual where we couldn’t even keep the armrest down."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 5 hrs, Poor communication, lazy flight attendants that don't smile, I was the first one in the bathroom on the plane and it had pee in the floor and seat, no complimentary items for the delay, no apologies un til the pilot came on when we boarded. Won't fly frontier ever again."

Cons: "This time the attendant still wouldn’t let anyone in rows 2 & 3 place the carry on they had paid extra for in the overhead bins, but she didn’t make me put it under the seat in front of me (this losing the extra leg room we paid for), so I put it in a bin behind me. The plane was late, but the pilot made up most of the time, but then it took 55 minutes to get our luggage."

Cons: "Someone at Frontier is real proud of themselves for squeezing a few extra bucks out of every square foot of plane space, but after paying extra for bags (checked or carry-on), paying extra for seats, paying extra for snacks/drinks, and ending up on a plane with non-existent leg room and non-reclining, board-hard seats, we'll probably never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Our flight #082 originally scheduled for 12/18 from Cabo to ORD was delayed twice and then once at the airport we were told the flight was cancelled, not due to weather but after hours, finally the Frontier personnel advised us it was possibly due to the pilot/crew being unable to fly because they were over their number of hours logged for the day. We were never notified that the flight was cancelled via text or email. Since the one hotel was over-sold at the airport, all of us passengers on the flight were forced to take cabs back to downtown cabo to try and find and pay for hotels on our own and then cab/commute back to hopefully get out the morning of 12/19. While we were able to fly out on the morning of 12/19, unlike Denver passengers,, the pilot apologized for the delay, stating the flight cancellation was due to an "internal communication meltdown" . The flight crew was apologetic, helpful and did their best to make the best of the very bad situation that Frontier caused by neither communicated to its staff internally nor to us passengers. However, it is unacceptable that all of us were left to incur many additional costs, missing work, and told that they could not approve any reimbursement . All of us were outraged and feel at the very least could have avoided f us to coming to the airport for a flight that could not depart, especially since there were two previous delays. In addition, we spoke to an agent at 6pm and they verified the flight would be departing on 10:00 pm on 12/18. (So, of course we then checked out of our hotel, an hour away in Cabo.) How ironic that the same situation occurred in Dec., 2015, with the flight being delayed and no communication from Frontier. I expect to be compensated for transportation, hotel, and additional expenses incurred for missed work, all due to the delay due to the “internal Frontier Airline company meltdown”. I would hope that Frontier would want to try to make an effort to show that this is not your standard treatment of passengers. I look forward to a prompt response to a very unfortunate ending and situation to avoid any legal action. Thank you in advance."
