I missed it because Alaskan cancelled the original flight to San Diego
It was nice this is not the first time flying with Alaska
Overall, it was a good flight. My only quip- they made us check our carry on bags when there was plenty of overhead space left. My wife and I thought maybe the aircraft was really full, but that wasn’t the case. There were a number of open seats, and even more overhead compartments with no luggage. A minor annoyance, sure, but when we intentionally didn’t check luggage to make it easier, it was disappointing to have to do it anyways.
I paid an extra $100 for a seat upgrade including complimentary drinks, no drinks were served due to a few minutes of minor turbulence. They said they would return, they didn’t’. Sad…
The groups call was not clear or loud enough so a bit of confusion there. The plan sat on the axis way for over 35 minutes ( no fault of the pilot or the crew) but nevertheless a bit tiring. The crew were friendly and greeted us with smiles. Thank you for all that you do and put up with.
Staff was super friendly, everything was awesome! The flight was so smooth!
The flight was 1.5 hours late. The gate crew in Las Vegas were not friendly at all.
Stay away from there non refundable tickets, they don't have a medical exceptions.
You guys did great, the only thing keeping me from the higher rating is the physical dimensions of the seats, which staff has no control over. Keep up the good job.
I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.
My son’s suitcase was left behind at SFO and did not make the flight.
With Aeromexico it ended up good but with Delta it was bad because we did everything through Delta... Showed up at the Delta terminal... It was the wrong place! Nothing ever told us to go to the Aeromexico terminal. It said "in partnership with Aeromexico" but I was never instructed to check in with them or go to their terminal. We had to haul @$$ running through the airport and almost didn't make it thanks to this poor communication. 👎🏽
Excellent!!! Aeromexico is a great airline. What was not that good is the service provided by Kayak. It is never clear and not easy to manage.
It was nt delta. It was aeromexo. Service was awful. They served a very small drink and NO snack for a 3hr and 35min flight. Then for the first 30 min of the flight is was talk and talk over head interruption the movie/ show i picked to watch.
The flight was comfortable and uneventful, which is what I desire
It was an overnight flight and I desperately needed coffee before we landed, but Delta does only one beverage service, and that is shortly after takeoff, not before landing at 5 am.
Free Wi-Fi is good. That’s all - food mediocre, unfriendly crew, poor communication after trying to file a claim for my lost bag, which Delta didn’t even know was lost until I told them.
Typical flying experience in the US. Nothing particularly good or bad.
Everything went smoothly. I didn’t like that when I booked in the main cabin my wife and I weren’t seated together. One would think when booking on an option that allows picking your seat. They would put you and your travel partner together. Had to call to get it sorted. They did fix.
Big plane, long flight, absolutely no leg room and basically non existent air! I am 5”4’ and always travel Main Cabin, I was miserable on this plane and could barely move when we arrived in Cabo due to the cramped leg area!
The air hostess was excellent. I have taken so many flight domestic and international, this is the first time the air hostess was so caring. She was a delight
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
I needed internet for critical matters and it never worked.
No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.
It was great with United overall except for two things. 1) It was a 5-hour flight and we were with kids, so we were asking for extra snacks. They were extremely reticent to dole them out even though there wasn't any meal and the kids were starting to hit their limit towards the end. 2) Baggage didn't arrive until 80 minutes after we landed.
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.
Delayed couple hours due to airplane maintenance issues, we boarded and then asked to unboard, but cmon!! Can they do the whole maintenance prior to boarding?
Broke my luggage and I can't get a resolution yet.
There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!
The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.
The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted
No food/snack served during the flight. Crew wasn’t interested at all. Flew American First but flying low cost with Ryanair is even better
The flight was good. The only reason I did not say “excellent” was the delay
They could have done a better job announcing the boarding groups and asked for more drinks (water) if needed.
Flight delayed from rdu due to too much fuel. Had to stay overnight in dfw. Food vouchers inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast
Overall a good red eye. Crew chatted very loudly the whole time making it difficult to sleep.
The fly was 2 hours delayed and the plane was old and dirty. A very umcorfotable flight, which I won't recomend to anyone
Confusion over extra fees. Held up on ramp during boarding. Thin seat cushion. Minimal leg room.
The check-in is either at a kiosk that didn’t allow me to check-in because my middle name was not on the reservation or at an agent that cost $15.
The app doesn’t work. I am having a lot of trouble checking in for flight tomorrow. Very disconcerting. Then they es t to charge extra for checking in at the airport;(
Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt
To many extra fees, poor customer service and very uncomfortable flight. No leg room and seat wont recline.
I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!
The whole experience was good. We left a little late but that seems pretty normal we it’s anybairline these days. No free snacks or drinks provided.
