It was my first trip with BermudAir and a great experience. Organized boarding and the staff were polite and professional. The Bermuda shorts on the male attendants is a nice touch! I look forward to flying with BermudAir again in the near future!
Excellent, as always. Friendly, free in-flight service of drinks and those delicious chocolate chip cookies. Arrived 17 minutes early. However, no in flight entertainment – 2 hours to read a book!

After boarding, the AC was shut off on the flight. At business class, I really could not breathe. I was absolutely dripping sweat. I was told by the FA that there was nothing they could do but I could stand by the door until departure. So, that's what I did. I was clearly in the way while the FAs were trying to do their work, but I had to be able to breathe. After that, of course, I had sweated up a lot so was very uncomfortable for the six hour flight.
I've never seen such poor lack of information at a gate station in 69 years. The flight from COS was to depart at 12:37pm. At boarding time, the gate agent in the microphone mumbled something completely unintelligible. I understood one word. "mechanical". Nothing else. Absolutely nothing else was reported for the next 1-1/2 hours. Past the time for departure, at 12:37pm, the gate agent simply walked away and the station was left unattended, as all of the passengers waited expectantly. The board still said that the flight was ON TIME. That was hard to believe since it was then well past 12:37pm and we all were sitting at the gate and there was absolutely no gate agent anywhere in site. I stopped an employee who was standing somewhere else and said that we can use some information. Much later, the same gate agent said that he will have information for us about 5 minutes but he "doesn't know any more than you do." Of course, five minutes came and went and he did absolutely nothing. One and a half hours after 12:37pm, he opened the door and began boarding. No explanation, no apology. Once we were boarded, the same happened on the plane. We sat. No explanation, no apology, from any flight attendants. Finally, finally, a pilot apologized and explained that there would be a delay. WELL NO KIDDING !
The flight left without us even though we were on the ground in Dallas, and American Airlines wasn't helpful or available to rebook us on another flight.
The flight crew was good. I was delayed almost 3 hours and missed my connection, had to rebook and they lost my luggage
Flight was very delayed. That made me lose the next flight. Rebooked for 23 hours later without any compensation and using a worse airline. I did not expect that from AA. Disappointing.
Would have been good to have the live TV outside of the continental United States as AA was promoting they are sponsors of the Fifa World Cup only for the live coverage to end.
I would like a refund for the extra cost the seat I paid for. An oversized person sat next to me and I couldn’t fit on my seat and had to move to another seat.
Kayak boarding information contained inaccuracies that would have not existed if booked directly with American. Paid for preferential boarding, was last to board.
great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes
Late arrival flight arrived in BWI and I missed connecting flight in CLT to mobile. I had to wait 6.5 hours for next flight.
