KAYAK’s top tips for finding a cheap flight from Baltimore to Brussels

  • If your child is aged 5-14 and traveling without an accompanying adult of at least 18, the Unaccompanied Minor service by KLM is necessary. Make sure you book the Unaccompanied Minor service along with your regular ticket. Note that this service is optional for youth between 15 and 17 years old.
  • KLM Airlines will help out whether you travel with a service animal or need wheelchair assistance. You can bring on board medicine, medical equipment, and health aids, which will be strapped onto the next seat or stowed below the seat in front of you. The airline offers supplemental oxygen for a fee. Be sure to inform the airline about your special needs 48 hours before the flight.
  • Air Canada requires carry-on items to be light enough for overhead bin storage. Your hand luggage should be at most 21.5 x 9 x 15.5 inches and 13 x 6 x 17 inches (personal item). Use the under-seat stowage for personal items (laptop, roller bag, purse, and camera bag). The checked luggage maximum allowance is 62 inches (linear dimension) and 50 lbs. You can bring an extra carry-on item for your infant.
  • During flight booking, seat selection fees are the cheapest, and the price increases until airport check-in. PLAY Airlines have a standard seat pitch of 29" -30", but you can pre-book an extra legroom seat to enjoy a 32" -35" pitch. Kids are assigned a sit next to an adult, even if you don't pre-book, but other adults may be given a seat elsewhere.
  • Many airlines offer online check-in, including Icelandair, which allows you to register 24 hours before departure. Input your 6-digit flight booking number and last name on the Icelandair app or desktop site. After checking in online, save the boarding pass to your Apple Wallet, download and print, or receive it as an email or text message.

Paid for a Premium seat...minimal recline, no footrest. Maybe slightly wider than a cheap economy seat. Zero chance of getting any rest on this plane

Seats in premier saga class were narrow and hard. Very uncomfortable for a 5-hour flight.

Iceland airlines doesn't provide any meal on flight to and from New York, except water and soda. Airline over charge for checking in luggage. I'm really upset.

Iceland airlines doesn't provide any meal on flight to and from New York, except water and soda. Airline over charge for checking in luggage. I'm really upset. If there is option to use another company, I suggest to other people use them.

I had an exit row and so was Comfortable on the long flight.

The seats on this airline are sooo small, even for a petite person. I felt like the seat tilted forward and I was fighting to stay in it. The lavatory is horribly small, with a wet floor because the sink is so small you can't help but splash the water all over when washing up.

For an economy lite experience, it's by far the best I've had. New planes, clean, great destinations. Very happy to have discovered Iceland Air.

Smooth efficient airline. Think they should have their own bag drop as the queue took 30mins to bmscan and drop

No food was served for 7.5 hrs flight. When our flight changed to other airlines due to wether issue, our seats booked with no checked in luggage when I already payed for. We end up to pay 90 euro per suitcase.

The flights were in time and the bags arrived. well done

For a no frills flight this was surprising comfortable. The crew were helpful and nice. The flight was smooth and there were no delays or issues which I haven't had on a flight in a long time. I would definitely fly with them again.

The flight was canceled by play less than 24 hours prior to the trip, and I was unable to re-book. Have not received a refund for the trip despite filling out the appropriate form.

Was was cancelled less than 24 hours prior to my scheduled departure by PLAY. Despite my attempts to rebook my travel, I encountered significant cost increases that rendered this option unfeasible. In accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004, airlines are required to issue a full refund for cancelled flights within seven days of the scheduled departure if a refund is requested instead of rebooking on another flight. It has been three weeks without a refund or an answer

It would have been better to have USB charging ports available on the longer haul Flight that one of 2 hours

Was very good Staff was great. No tv monitors tho. So long flights make it longer

The worst. No free beverages. No entertainment on an overseas flight. Not enough space. Never again.

Play is affordable! Only way we fly from the states to Europe. Left late but arrived on time

have screens on backs of chairs...offer free snacks and water

Boarding and crew was great. Flight was cold, need layers. Deplaning was hard. We had to take stairs off the plane and I was separated from my travel companion because we were not seated together and they would not let him wait for me to get off so we were forced onto different shuttles.

The entertainment selection was ok, but overall not bad! The crew was great.

Good crew and boarding process. Horrible food and one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats I have ever sat in. The cabin temperature was warm which made it hard for my family to sleep.

bad, made it to connecting flight and they didnt let me board

We were never able to take this flight because our first flight from Austin to Dallas was cancelled.

Our flight was cancelled on Sunday morning. We were supposed to take a short flight to Dallas from Austin, then a nonstop to Barcelona. We were rerouted from Austin to Miami on American Airlines due to storms we sat at the gate for 2 1/2 hours, pilot announced we needed fuel. In air pilot said we were rerouted to Fort Myers 30 minutes from Zmiami. Sat on tarmac waiting for a gate. Deplaned at 10:09. Pilot gave conflicting info about what to do. Missed Miami flight to Barcelona. Pilot announced crew was timed out and we would have to wait for a new crew. Waited a couple of hours. Got to Miami at 2:30 am. Gate agents at Fort Myers told us to go to D30 for hotel vouchers. No one was there. So we slept a little on the floor. Husband is 80 and I am 74. Rerouted to JFK at 9:54 am on Monday, then flight to Barcelona at 5 pm. We arrived in Barcelona a day late and missed the first night of our Oceania Marina cruise. We feel that we are due a lot of compensation for this trip from hell.

The check-in of my luggage was terrible. When purchased my tickets, one luggage and one carry-on was part of the fight. My flight was switched from British to American Airline. During check-in of luggage at the airport, I was denied and had to pay extra $75. How do I get reimbursed for this extra luggage payment?

More Indian vegetarian food options would have been better Availability of seat selection free of charge 72 hours before departure would be great

This was the second time on BA, food terrible, bathrooms gross,( granted, that was mostly due to the disgusting children urinating all over it)boarding was late and disorganized. No gate issued until last minute st Heathrow, bad system, caused undue stress. Seats were painful, that's what you get for traveling like a poor in economy, right BA? Should have been able to afford business or first class if you want to actually be able to walk upright without back pain after a trip.

This was the second time on BA, food terrible, bathrooms gross, boarding late and disorganized. No gate issued until last minute st Heathrow, bad system, caused undue stress.

The flight was delayed twice and because of that, we missed our connecting flight. British Airways then attempted to put us on the last flight to Milan from London which would have kept us in the airport for 12 hours. We had to speak to several levels of bureaucracy until BA management let us fly on a flight that only kept us in the airport for two hours. If there was an earlier flight, why weren’t we put on that flight from the start? Unacceptable behavior from what was once my favorite carrier.
