It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.

My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.

I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.

Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!

got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through

My sister and I paid to have our seats and have them next to each other. I heard one of the employees say to the other one that you shouldn’t have given away reserved seats away to other passengers, and so I guess that is what happened because I got the last most uncomfortable seat in the plane even though I paid to sit in the middle of the plane with my sister. Terrible Experience !!

We checked one bag. That was fast and the agent was fast and super nice. At the gate, boarding was fast and efficient. Flight was uneventful which was great because it was early in the morning and most folks were sleeping. Landing was great. Delta does a really good job of making the flying experience better all around considering you are sitting in such a small space on a plane for several hours.
