Courteous! Long lines.

The in flight services is great. However, the planes do not depart on time if they are departing from other Airports except in Doha. If you have a small window with your layover, be prepared that you might miss your connecting flight. My luggage was delayed because their departing flight from a non-Doha Airport was late to arrive. Their baggage department is beyond horrible, there is no number to call and have to use Whatsapp and a reply can take more than 3 hours. I had to track the luggage by going the Atlanta International Airport and wait 3 hours for a manager with Qatar airways to first board a flight and then to get my luggage, since they do not have anyone in baggage services. For this I will never fly Qatar Airways ever again.

Disorganized and lacking courtesy in Nairobi JKIA. Business travelers counter not displayed. We paid about $5000 for return tickets because they rudely locked us out saying “you are late.” They had sent us for a new 24 hour COVID test having rejected the 72 hour we had. We did not understand their logic because passengers were still in line. We were in line from 4pm, the flight was after midnight. At PHL, being American citizens, we were not required to present a 24 hour C test! We feel robbed!

Expected turbulence but captain navigated the flight expertly around the storm and got us to final destination early. The crew is always so friendly, great experience.

I followed all airport, tsa & delta staff regulations. They charged me a fortune. $750 to check luggage which went to Baltimore without me. I need two of those bags sent to Atlanta now. I will be on hold for an hour with them trying to resolve this. I will be flying home on America or United

Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

No food at all. Pretzels were a month expired so they were stale. Wifi is hit or miss and only works twice after an ad.

The flight delay was tiring but once we started boarding, that went smoothly and quickly. The plane was comfortable with loads of overhead space. Being a short flight, there was minimal interaction with the crew.

Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.

Cons: "We were informed at the Nairobi check in that our tickets had been suspended because of possible risk of fraud. Attempts to resolve this promptly were not successful. For a first time traveler to the UK, this created unnecessary anxiety and gave us the feeling that the agency appointed to check us in are not supportive. We were eventually sorted but this is not nice at all given the fact that payments went through and tickets were issued and no one informed us of any issues until we got to the airport. Some feedback would be appreciated."

Pros: "I travelled with two small children, we had a slight delay and the captain allowed my children into the cockpit during the wait. The crew were so friendly and helpful and my children really enjoyed the trip."

Pros: "One aspect that was greatly appreciated was when the cabin head came over the speaker and asked everyone to please return their seat to the up right position so that everyone could enjoy their meal. When you sit in the main cabin, it's incredibly frustrating to have the person in from of you recline their seat. There is little room, and for the most part everyone is pretty selfish about that."

Delayed on way back, adding 4 hours to our trip because the first plane was not "serviceable" and they had to get a replacement. They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

When we finally disembarked, I was not allowed to my gate despite it being in the same terminal and having 40 mins to go.I was directed to a BA desk to get another flight. After 15mins waiting here the staff were rude and announced they would be closing. I finally was directed to departures to be told the only option was the same time tomorrow. Terrible journey!"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled. I found out as I was entering Nairobi Airport. The British Airways staff at JKIA were clueless regarding what to do with 200 passengers. It was chaotic, with no one appearing to know what options were available. It was a long night, and if my wife had not re-booked me on another flight out, I might still be there. Cons: "My inflight entertainment system was "flakey". The sound would go on and off. I could not hear the movie, most of the time. The flight attendant gave me a second set of ear phones, but clearly it was the unit of my seat that was broken or intermittently functioning. It made for a very long flight as it was daytime and I could not sleep with the passenger group so active. Ironically, on the BA flight over the book I was listening to on the entertainment system would stop and then now resume where it left off so I had al lot of trouble listening to that one, too. I am not a complainer and the crew was busy with the daily flight activities. I would not rank the over all enjoyment of this flight very highly as that is a long time to be bored. Unfortunately this was my first round trip to London with British Air and I have to say that it did not compare well to the several flights I have has on Virgin Atlantic. My travel mate made the reservations with BA when I had researched and selected VA. I think in the future I would go back to traveling on VA."

However, at the airport I was told that bc I booked with Kayak there are other regulations. The LH receipt where it said FREE didn't count. I paid 60$ per luggage per person. I was mislead!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2-3 times with no explanation. The food in the gate was trash . After boarding we waited on board for over a hour before take off , during which time someone was duct taping the inside of the plane together and I sat on a broken seat . The single flight attendant refused to take trash from people who didn’t finish their beverage . While the plane was reversing there was a huge bang and the plane shook as if we hit something . I observed gate agent repeatedly tell customers that she couldn’t help them find out if their flight was delayed and to just look at the computer board ."
Pros: "Politeness of crew. The employee at Toronto was able to change my middle seat to aisle as requested. My original seat was aisle but it was changed and I found out in Boston."

CA customer service was helpful in both cases. We were given alternatives and accommodations . It's upsetting to know we had to make unfortunate changes before/during our trip, it's comforting to know that CA is there to help."

The assumption seems to be that no one waits long, but the experience proves the opposite, as wind, construction, security clearance for flight crews and who knows what else (any excuse will do) creates delays of more than an hour for people who end up standing along the walls and sitting on the floor waiting. Again, crews and ground staff for AC are not able to give accurate instructions or guidance for boarding flights. That airport is a mess."
Cons: "My Original flight was cancelled 3 hours prior to departure. Had to wait long lines at Air Canada customer service. Due to slowness of process, was not able to take other departing flights to other close airports. Had to stay the night at hotel."
Pros: "The on board entertainment was phenomenal. My kids LOVED that they could connect and play games with each other. The gate agents in narita were the sweetest people I've come across in a long time."

Im not sure when a rule was instituted that headphones can't be worn under 10000 feet, but my three children were targeted many times about their headsets... on the ear, boring kid headsets... and there were THREE adults around us wearing similar headsets that were not bothered. I am a single mother of three tired children and we were settling in for a long flight and I found the treatment very unnecessary and discriminatory. The food was pretty awful, lol. We ordered kids meals and none of my kids ate on the flight."

Cons: "On both outbound and inbound trips (connecting with international flights) the flight was late. Both times the door was closed and then they informed us of the delay. I understand that smaller planes often get bumped, but on the outbound leg, a 20 minute delay on the tarmac and then not allowing us to deplane for another 15 minutes meant I missed the connecting flight."

Cons: "Where to start?! Air Canada is by far the worst airline I have ever flown on. initially there was no information on what gate we were supposed to go to. The timeline of when the gate was going to be told ended up being 45 minutes later than initially projected which turned out to be an hour before the flight was supposed to take off, which didn't leave much time to make it through passport control and to the correct gate. The flight was then delayed over an hour before we were able to board. Once we boarded the flight, we were delayed again an additional hour. We finally took off and landed in Toronto to be delayed yet again before we could go to our gate. Once we go to our gate (close to 30 minutes after landing) the gate would not work and we were stuck on the plan an additional 30 minutes. What was supposed to be about a 9 hour flight turned into almost 12 hours of misery. I will never fly air canada again. The best part about air canada is how every canadian I talked to say "oh yeah, they are such a "terrible" or "shitty" airline."

Pros: "We arrived in Istanbul the day of the attack. Air Canada let us change our flights, no charge, no questions asked. We were able to fly through Venice and avoided the Coup attempt. Thank you Air Canada so much!"
Cons: "The hold times were long for customer service but that may have just been the times we happened to be calling and due to the attack."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours first without any communication, later with very unclear communication. Spent multiple hours at the airport just to have to fly out next morning at 6:30am. Wasted day, wasted night. Delays can happen, but according to the finally communicated cause this could all have been communicated early on (crew not available in Cleveland, that was two flight legs earlier)."

Cons: "Flight delayed more than 3.5 hours, first due to scheduling issues and then due to weather. Checked bags were left outside in pouring rain throughout delay, staff unable/unwilling to cover or move them. Not given food vouchers or any other compensation during wait, everything in the terminal closed before departure anyway. Gate changed 4 times, terminal was sweltering, like waiting in a greenhouse. Awful."

Cons: "From boarding (everything was late, from departure to arrival), to how the baggage carousel announcement was wrong, and up to the bus that will take us back to the parking (all the other buses: Amtrak/Marc, Long Term A, Daily Parking, Express Parking came and went for about 4 times or more but none came for Long Term B, you can see all the frustration from the other waiting passengers, including us). A lot of improvements needed from BWI airport if they want to retain their customers."

Pros: "I was landing in Montreal around 2am and my next flight wasn't until 18 hours later. I talked to the crew about suggestions for finding food, a good place to wait, and suggestions for seeing the city. They were fantastic. Suggested the 747 bus so I could see Montreal and helped point me in the right direction for where to be comfortable as I waited for the city to wake up. Thank you all so much!!"

Cons: "The flight attendant call bell and the overhead lighting controls are on the touch-screen. However, there are also buttons on the arm rests. What a pain! I alone must have generated 3 or 4 flight attendant false alarms by leaning on the arm rest. Other passengers did the same. Lights were going on and off, bells chimed each time someone leaned on the buttons. How stupid an oversight. I hope the aircraft's great safety systems they talk about during the pre-flight briefing are better thought out!"
Pros: "The flight attendant was excellent and friendly and made this short flight more pleasant."
Cons: "We missed this flight due to poor planning on Air Canada's part. Then the rescheduled flight was cancelled due to weather, and then Air Canada tried to refuse to pay for our hotel expenses. We should never have missed the first flight to begin with! When we finally got on our plane two days late, I found that the seats could not fit an average sized person comfortably. My neighbors elbow was in my chest the whole time and my seat was completely broken. The entire seat actually fell off of the chair multiple times during this very short flight. Most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."
Pros: "The Cabin was warm and we were over an hour late leaving Toronto."
Pros: "I was lucky and got a emergency row seat without having to pay, never selected my seat so I guess no one ponied up the extra cash to do so and I lucked out."
Cons: "At Toronto International the staff was disorganized, telling people with flights 1 hr and 15 min away to skip the line at the check in counter because there wasn't enough time to wait in line. Rouge charges for baggage fee, no tv's on board (you can only rent an ipad for $10), less leg room, run out of food options often, sucks if you're in the back."
