There was no wifi available on this flight. And there were no screens, no onboard entertainment, no entertainment options at all. It was like travelling in the 1990s again, except without even a main screen for options. Seats, as usual, were tight and uncomfortable.

Good seat comfort ORF to ATL. Bad seat ATL to SEA (terrible lumbar support, hard, ouch)..

Because I was moved to an exit row, the snacks in economy comfort, the selection of snacks was better.

I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.

Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning

Easiest airport experience ever in my life at MSP with Delta check-in and flight attendant gave us a bottle of champagne in celebration of our 10-year wedding anniversary, so overall amazing!

No in flight service, no explanation - FC got service, C+ did not, unsure about Economy. No turbulence to speak of, so I guess another way to cut cost, or promote health and well being of Delta employees? Also, boarding in MEM combined zones, and with overhead space already full on both flights after Zone 2/ Diamond, presents a huge challenge to find a space for a bag. Delta, other than point A to B, is no longer reasonable to fly - very poor experiences, not even taking into account the chastising at the gate and rude crews, across the board.

Delta’s staff is unmatched. From the gate agents, to the pilots, to the flight attendants… all top of the industry.

Delta flight Delay for ,more that two hours i.e original flight was 6.30 PM and it starts at 8.45 PM, When we connect Delta team for meal vouchers as it is late arrival in designation,But we did not get it as per delta policy , which is not good for mid night arrival,

Could we please end the loud announcements about credit card offers on your flights? We are trying to sleep, work, watch videos, etc. and if we need a credit card, we will ask for one. Flying is already not what it used to be.

I would like the crew to talk LESS over the PA and specifically about credit card offers. I am trying to work, sleep, watch a movie and the PA was booming about a credit card offer. Could we go back to the days when the customer was more important than selling a credit card?

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

It was good. But the gate team made me check my carry on when there was plenty of space for my luggage on the plane. Otherwise our trip was fine.

The entertainment options were at best, fair. It was exactly the same as my outbound flight. It would have been more entertaining if there were some series from Apple TV, HBO, Showtime or other carriers for me to catch up with.

Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. Flight was delayed but crew gave little to no communication, then “began boarding” but really just had everyone stand up and wait for an hour without any news or updates, as if we were going to start boarding at any second. Total chaos. Seemed like this was their first time boarding a plane. When we arrived at our destination, we waited for over an hour for the baggage claim belt to even turn on. Probably waited at baggage claim for our luggage for close to two hours. Everyone was very confused and of course we all worried that the luggage was lost. Again, zero communication and everyone we asked just said “I don’t know.” So we were left wondering whether to wait, or file a missing baggage claim, or check the other baggage claim belts (which we did every fifteen-twenty minutes because we were just confused). Lack of communication throughout the experience was a huge issue.

The value is there, but the layovers in Lisbon were not great. The passport control was so bad that a 2 hour layover became very tight and on the return the Terminal was barebones which made it a long 3 hours.

From Casablanca to Lisbon our baggage 2 pound over they want me to pay $120 for 2 pound which unexpected we are two family 8 of us they counters lady her customer service is not good I fly frequently for my business next time fly with TAP Air I will think twice

Booked business with TAP from LAX to Cabo Verde - overall ok, but just doesn’t feel like business class. More of a budget airline

Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.

I like the price. I dislike the website where I wanted to ask questions about the unusual high prices of the luggage fees. I called the toll free number from the United States and I cannot get through. You should test your own toll free website for info and you will know what I am writing about.

Boarding process was fast and efficient. Short flight but on time and well organized. I would certainly fly TAP again.

Very borderline, low budget airline without low budget prices There are no counts of soda, everything is dispensed enlarged bottles and poured into tiny cups about 70 mL so in order to keep hydrated you have to take 3-4 cups at a time. Also, there was only one food item offered, pasta, they ran out of chicken right away. Snack was very poor. It was called tuna sandwich, which is truly borderline. The flight attend attendance seemed to be overworked and tired.

TAP‘s flight attendants seem to be among the least ambitious of all the international flight crews we’ve flown with. . When we left US and went to Portugal, and when we returned from Portugal, flight attendants were not very visible. Then did not offer frequent water breaks and when we had to go back to request water, I was almost an imposition. Meal quality was just average. The dinners were fine. Breakfast wraps were presented soggy.

Excellent experience in every way, from ground crew helpfulness, boarding experience, inflight service all the way to modern equipment. My new favorite airline. I wish I could fly with them more often.

For a no frills flight this was surprising comfortable. The crew were helpful and nice. The flight was smooth and there were no delays or issues which I haven't had on a flight in a long time. I would definitely fly with them again.

Getting the boarding passes between the BA and AA apps was very clunky.

The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.

I travelled in business class and was disappointed by lack of service, curt and borderline rude time of the crew and to top it off, all of my luggage was delayed. It was like pulling teeth to even report the missing luggage and recover it the next day from the airport.

Plane was extremely delayed, but not all of it was BA fault (some was). Worst part was lack of room - this had as much space as an Allegiant flight. I thought transatlantic usually gave you an extra inch or two, but not this one. Entertainment system sporadically worked and didn’t have great options. Overhead bins are old and tiny, not as good as aunties new planes.

Boarding was poor. All groups called immediately one after the other resulting in a long queue in the jetty/jet bridge. Seats were very hard and and did not recline on a 4.5 hour flight. No food was available. Plane was cold. There was no entertainment.

The cramped seats are cruel and unusual punishment and may violate the Geneva code.
