It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

A lot of people missed connections."

Cons: "The flight delayed 1:45, making me lose my connection"

Pros: "I was able to change my seat from a middle to a window. I also had an open seat next to me so I was not squeezed in. The person at the desk in Toronto was very pleasant and helpful."

Pros: "Food and movies were good"
Cons: "I received a boarding pass in AMD for all my flights, when at the gate in paris the agent said we have to give you a new boarding pass and seat. I had window prior, now it was the MIDDLE SEAT!!!! They said they couldnt do anything about it because Air India changed it and they couldnt do anything about it. Especially since the flight was also full. Not Air Canada's fault, but the expererince of middle seat is TERRIBLE."

Pros: "Comfortable aircraft - 767"
Cons: "What food? Salt pretzels are not even truly safely edible!"

Cons: "An international flight, yet no food, and had to purchase beverages and ear buds."

Pros: "Guys, we were traveling in the middle of Matthew hurricane and the pilot was just perfect, we didn't feel it. No bumps, no disturbance, nothing. Like shiny day. Congrats"

Cons: "They didn't let me board because I changed the original return ticket paying with a different credit card (still mine)...although they processed the payment and sent me a confirmation ticket"

Cons: "If you are going to make people download things in order to watch movies or tv on a nine hour flight. You shouldn't charge people that don't have the devices to use one that you have on board. Also, making your entertainment app only available to apple customers and not android seems very unfair."

Pros: "Flight was comfortable, crew was nice"

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that because the flight from Bradley to Toronto was late I almost missed my Tokyo flight.. It would not have been such a big deal if I wasn't going all the way to-Tokyo. And had to go through customs. The commuter plane was delayed getting to Bradley. I got to Toronto, and again we had to wait on the tarmac. They knew we were coming and were late as it was. Canadian air also knew I had to catch a flight to Tokyo. I thought my connection times were to close and I was right. No one told me that I had to go through international customs. So, I was in the wrong place.When I made that discovery I literally ran to customs and asked to cut in line. Again I ran to get to the gate. They were boarding when I arrived. Why I say did you put me through all that when it was avoidable? Then on the way back after a 14 hour flight I had a 6 hour delay to get back to Hartford. Why was that I ask? The same thing happened last year. And you didn t fix it yet? Nightmare. And lets not even talk about the food on the plane. I make sure I eat before the flight if I have time.In this case there was no time. I also had to change flight dates. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours on hold. Only to be told that I was calling the wrong place. So, that's my Air Canada experience. Some sort of cash or check rebate should be in order. Not a voucher to fly with them again."

Cons: "Flight was delayed - no problem. But. Then kept getting delayed til I knew my connecting flight was missed. Talked to gate attandent who could care less. Told me and many others not her problem. Need to talk to someone in Toronto. Fortunately in Toronto they took care of things"

Pros: "Seat width was good. Crew was very pleasant."
Cons: "Canada Air website was malfunctioning, could not check-in, pay for luggage etc. the night before. Said I had an horrible seat when I paid for preferred. 45 minutes on hold only to be told my seat was indeed preferred. Computer problems with the website, she said. Got to check in counter the recommended 3 hours early, no one there till 6 am. Then the check-in desk's computers were all malfunctioning. another 20 minute wait. Plane was small and very old. Didn't know those planes were still in the air. Not good in general for flying. the windows leaked condensation, the computer controlling the flushing of the toilets failed 45 minutes out from our destination. They did get it working just before we landed. The plane had some problem before takeoff and left late, landed late. I WILL NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. Kayak, you need to end your partnership with them."

Pros: "Flight attendant's were friendly amid the circumstances."
Cons: "Our first flight was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled take-off. upon being bumped to another flight two hours later, that flight was delayed two hours after an issue during take-off. We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."

Cons: "Felt like spam in a can."

Pros: "Got to spend the night in Toronto unexpectedly."
Cons: "Due to Air Canada's I missed my flight to Amsterdam. I missed out on a day of sightseeing and having fun and Amsterdam instead I spent a day in Toronto. I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."

Pros: "Clean CAbin"
Cons: "food and multiple delays - Lost Lugggage"

Cons: "Never made connecting flight due to delays on first leg of the trip. Airline was generally apathetic to situation."

Pros: "I arrived early and was able to change my flight to an earlier one."
Cons: "The air hostess/stewardess was surly...and looked like she hadn't slept.."

Pros: "Entertainment was good"
Cons: "We did have a 30 minute delay, not a big deal but a delay none the less. And boarding was a bit of a mess as announcements were hard to hear."

Pros: "They offered complimentary head phones as an apology for the delay"
Cons: "We were delayed 95 minutes due to repairs. Consequently when we arrived in San Francisco we had to sit on the tarmack for 15 minutes waiting for a gate to open up."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for over 4 hours due to Air Canada fault, no crew at the gate to provide updates, forced to gate check all carryons, missed connection AND rebooked connection. Canada was lovely, too bad I can't say the same about Air Canada."

Pros: "The meal provision and drink service was very speedy, seats were relatively comfortable. No on-board video was available only wifi service through personal devices."
Cons: "We had a delay for 1 hour 20 minutes after boarding with no air conditioning. My other Air Canada flights also had no air conditioning while awaiting takeoff, and it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The crew tried to make it better by bringing cold water around as we waited but it was unbearably hot for a solid 30 minutes."

Cons: "We were delayed because the plane was late from Toronto, and were told this when we all began to check in up front. When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."

Pros: "This was my first experience with air canada....and prior to the flight I had notions of yet another discount airlines because they charged you to book a seat. We did not pay the extra but were assigned seats during online checkin and were fine. The attendants were friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable and the free inflight entertainment enjoyable."
Cons: "Terminal at LGA is crowded."

Cons: "90% of the links for the movies were broken, had to watch some boring shows"

Cons: "Flight to TOR was delayed due to multiple maintenance issues on >1 aircraft in TOR, so it didn't leave for BWI until past the original departure time. Needless to say, we missed our connection to Paris. Agents were great in re-ticketing us thru LHR to CDG, gave us info on who to talk to to get bags realigned, went to that agent who said system would automatically update the bags. Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. Since we're going to Normandy we are driving out to CDG, to pick up bags versus waiting at the apartment for a delivery."

Pros: "Overall the flight was good. The crew was informative and attentive."

Cons: "It is unacceptable that United is still submitting its customers in business class to old planes and very old seats - including rows with four seats looking backwards with no separation between the seats (with the same issue on the window seats, which are double seats). Dreadful flight - my fare shall be refunded in full."

Pros: "The boarding process went quickly an smoothly and it was a pleasant shirt flight."

I was told I couldn't have a blanket because they are only given to first class customers only but on my flight to Batltimore I was given a blanket in coach"

Cons: "Under the coordintation of United airlines the commute flight from BWI airport to Newark was delayed causing me to miss the next flight to San Juan."

Pros: "It was a pretty smooth flight and it was pretty well organized."
Cons: "The plane was in the Houston hanger most of the day, but it seems they didn't test it. Even after being delayed on the ground due to rain and a mechanical problem with the ramp for three hours, the plane had to turn around and come back to Houston due to another mechanical issue. Finally left 13.5 hours late. I did receive a hotel room, breakfast and 10,000 miles compensation for the hassle, but I would rather have been in Brazil on time."

I understand that there was inclimate weather, however, it is the duty of an airline to notify travelers of their flights status. When approaching the front desk about the flight, a desk person had the nerve to ask me if I realized that it snowed. He is quite lucky that I didn't file a complaint. I have no words to describe my disgust for his poorly timed sarcasm, especially because this flight was en route to a family emergency."
