Comfortable seats. Nice service online. Short flight, so not a lot of time to enjoy.

Awful. There was an unexpected delay of nearly three hours because there were not enough flight attendants. I understand this is likely due to FAA regulations; but in that case, Delta should coordinate with smaller airports such as RDU to have extra flight attendants on the ground and "on call". In addition, this was the second 2-hour+ delay to Boston on this route in one week.

It was strange that the flight attendant was so adamant about having phones turned to airplane mode that he was calling out names from networks shown and waiting until they were all gone. I've never experienced that before, and after already working through an hour+ delay, it felt tone deaf. I take dozens of flights per year and have never experienced anything similar.

The flight was done by SkyWest only WIFI no entertainment center are available on the CRJ

Your survey needs a N/A option. I didn’t use the entertainment or eat food.

The flight was over 2 hours late.. once we finally got boarded things were fine

It was not Delta‘s fault, but due tonersther the flight was 3 hours delayed. This caused me to miss my connection. The Delta partner airline, Chinese Eastern, had few people who could speak English. It took them a long time to rebook the flight.

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through

My sister and I paid to have our seats and have them next to each other. I heard one of the employees say to the other one that you shouldn’t have given away reserved seats away to other passengers, and so I guess that is what happened because I got the last most uncomfortable seat in the plane even though I paid to sit in the middle of the plane with my sister. Terrible Experience !!

We checked one bag. That was fast and the agent was fast and super nice. At the gate, boarding was fast and efficient. Flight was uneventful which was great because it was early in the morning and most folks were sleeping. Landing was great. Delta does a really good job of making the flying experience better all around considering you are sitting in such a small space on a plane for several hours.

The flight crew were very helpful. The seats were very close together. There was barely room to sit without touching the person next to you.

Great experience, boarding was fast and efficient, so much so that we arrived to Chicago very early

The seats were uncomfortable, as if the cushions haven't been switched out in many years. I felt like I was on an old bus. The food was delicious. thank you. Onboard entertainment, very limited. Unless you like violent movies. Why in the world would you have such severely violent movies on a plane? if you don't want to see such things, you don't have a choice. Have you considered that when choosing entertainment? Good god. Why would you have the Godfather? Or black women being brutally beaten with a club? Why in the hell would you put that kind of material on a plane? As for Kayak: Why when I ordered Qantas, was the plane on United?

Very comfortable flight, snacks and drinks were good, good communication from crew. Could have used a little more information on timing of boarding for group 5

I will never fly ANA again. They lost one of my large pieces of checked luggage, the heaviest one with the most valuable items in it, and they said they will not send me an email unless they can't find it, even though the paper they gave me to track the status of my lost luggage requires a code from an email they are supposed to send me so I can do baggage tracing. They claim to be an international airline, but they also insist on calling a Japanese telephone number to confirm where to send the lost baggage if they find it. It is impossible to find an actual contact email address for customer support on their website, and their AI chatbot is unhelpful, directing you to a webpage that says it is for contact information but does not have any actual email addresses or phone numbers listed on it. My seat in economy did not recline at all, even though I was not sitting in an exit row nor the very back row. I had to sit in the fully upright position for over ten hours of international travel. Awful experience overall.

Miserable. Active military on orders turned away from Lounge because not in uniform. This is completely contrary to United’s online lounge access policy. Sad that employees aren’t trained better. This is not the United Airlines my parents used to regularly fly with.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Crew was unhelpful in boarding. Did not help passengers board and store bags efficiently. Did not alleviate tensions as passengers had to stow bags then return forward to seats. Baggage rules are unreasonable. Will fly southwest next time

On time from BWI to IAH but delayed over an hour from IAH to AUS without reason.

The overall service, quality, and price-point value for USA domestic flights is quite poor. If there were other options, I would take them.
