They fraught with malfunctions then after waiting in line for s while we did the whole check all over again with s human security agent in s booth... There were only 2 security agents in the booths as well but there really needed to be several more to keep the line moving quicker... After security we walk directly out to departures but no mention of baggage claim, which was fine had we not been misinformed by Swiss initially... We ended up inquiring several times with SirCsnsda staff until it was clear Swiss had misinformed us."

Something reasonable like 5-10$ would help this problem HUGE."

Of all the major airline carriers, Air Canada demonstrates consistent exceptional customer service and have set a standard other carriers should yake note and master."

Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. I got news for you United, adding a simple USB port to all of your seats won't hurt, we live in a 21st century. Your airline is a disgrace to what Bill Boreing had managed. I plan to fly Delta or Southwest where planes are clean, staff is friendly, and basic entertainment is free."
