Food no so good. Extra charge to much for front seats cost me £163 then other people sat near me for nothing 🤬

Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
It was great, a little more leg room would have been better particularly since we were in premium economy
Flight left on time. Bags came quickly. Crew was nice. But internet never worked and the food was awful.

The service on board was excellent, the flight wasn’t overbooked and we departed and arrived on time.
Ticket price is competitive, flight time is punctual, aircraft cabin is clean, food is average. Can improve on serving system of meals on a A380 airbus. I had only 15 min to eat my meal. There are lots of people to serve & took a while for food to make it down to my row.
Always good Thought the seatings were a bit tight for food. Made a mess with salad and oil.
On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
I did the online check-in as soon as it opened, including all the required info. When I got to the airport to drop off the luggage, Air Canada system wasn't finding my PR card info, which took a long time to resolve. Every time I fly with Air Canada, there is always some technical glitch.
The AC check-in counter closed early and caused us to miss our flight. Our connecting flight arrived late, at 1300, so we picked up our bags and ran to the AC check-in counter, only to find it closed already, although our flight to Montreal was at 1435. We had already checked in online, so the AC staff knew we were coming.
Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.
Ground personnel in better mood. Sounded agressive wrt carry on bagage sizing.
We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
