Pros: "Fantastic crew!"
Cons: "Both outbound and inbound flights had defective/nonfunctional entertainment screens at our seats."
Pros: "The flight was fine, but there was not enough time to transfer between the gates in Frankfurt. That also did not give us enough time for our luggage to transfer."
Cons: "Longer transfer between flights in Frankfurt"
Pros: "The crew was great. The sandwich was tasty. And, I loved the leg room!"
Pros: "The crew was good."
Cons: "The infotainment system could be better. My system was not working for the first 3 hours and then the sound went out out completely after 2 hours of use. Also the airbus model still use the outdated 2 prone headphone and I was not able to use my noise canceling headphones."
Cons: "Im tall and couldn’t affort the better spaced seats so I was pretty cramped on most flights and I paid over $200 to even get those, just so my wife and I could sit together."
Pros: "The boarding was simple and easy. The crew was polite."
Cons: "The entertainment touchscreen is right in the headrest and everytine the person behind me wanted to do anything I could feel it. It was very irritating especially when I was able to fall asleep."
Cons: "It would be nice if the seats had more leg room. Staff was super nice. Food is not bad"
Pros: "Our flight was delayed by over 45 minutes because of some technical issues with the plane but the crew serving us was ever smiling and very courteous. They were making jokes and never once did i see them frown at any demand made by any passenger. The food was very good despite being plane food too!"
Cons: "Delayed flight!"

The crew was exceptionally kind. Communication in terms of gate changes could be better

Cons: "Lower the aircondition temp, it was hot in the plane during flight"
Pros: "Fast and smoothy check in"
Cons: "After arrival to budapest not platformy ready and waiting over 10minutes"
Cons: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."
Pros: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Cons: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Pros: "crew and boarding was nice"
Cons: "don't stop the airplane 5 miles from the terminal in a pouring rain making everyone have to walk to the gate and getting soaked."
Pros: "Prices on in flight purchases"
Cons: "Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed..."
Pros: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Cons: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Cons: "Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle."
Pros: "The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time)."
Cons: "Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"
Pros: "Ok for a budget airline"
Cons: "Website indicated without EU identification we needed printed boarding passes. We were unable to print them while traveling. We arrived at the ticket desk and they refused to print them. We had to create an online connection to get the passes and then forward them to all 4 people in our group."
Pros: "Legroom was great as by coincidence seats were in the first and emergency exit rows."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed due to flight delay by 40 minutes. There was no pre delay communication. Intercom was low on volume, hard to understand. Food was looking ok, but not included and entertainment not applicable as this was a cheap flight, hence score is 1*."
Pros: "We landed without dying."
Cons: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."
Pros: "The lines to check in do not wrap around like most airlines- we stood on a line for over an hour and weren’t even near the front. Then they announced anyone on our flight needed to go to s different line to check in as we were nearing boarding time. In the rush we lost a jacket and no one from Ryan Air. Could care less. Not one smiling face! Awful!!!"
Cons: "Have one line for check in and then passengers can check in in order- quite fair! There was someone with a problem at the front of our line and we were dtuck there for over an hour!"
Pros: "That I finally got to Marrakesh."
Cons: "Price was outrageous. check-in a nightmare. their site said technical problem, Ryanair staff person said she would explain to check-in woman who promptly said no! Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."
Pros: "First time using RyanairI have heard so many negative comments about Ryan air and was genuinely surprised that my experience was so positive. The entire boarding process along with arrival and departure were easy and everything was on time."
Pros: "Not much, should have taken British Airways . Lots of hidden costs"
Cons: "Low cost ticket, high price side cost."
Cons: "The whole checking in process was ridiculous!!! You can only check in on your phone otherwise everything is fee. There are no self check in computers. I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again."
Pros: "not a lot really"
Cons: "firstly with Ryanair, you pay for every little service free on other airlines. to add 2 luggage of 20kg each we paid an extra US$ 40,00 per luggage + taxes = US$ 104,00. If you travel with somebody and like to sit together you have to pay extra money. during the flight the crew was going up the alley trying to sell whatever they have for sale during the flight, going from drinks to food, from gifts to alcohol and cigarettes, but not giving the embarkment cards like every other airline does, no, here you have to wait to be in front of the customs, get the form, fill in the form and then take your place in the queue for another 30 minutes.. and I don't mention here how many times the crew hit my leg and knee with the trolley during the two hours flight."
Cons: "there was a strike at the airport for security and we made it to the gate as they closed the doors and they wouldn't let us on the plane or refund our tickets"
