First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.
My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.
The only thing I would say is we tried to get on a standby earlier flight, but with our fair we couldn’t. That seems senseless to leave with open seats..
It was delayed but other than that it was great.
For some reason, I couldn't choose my seat. The airline gave me a seat when I got there. Not happy about that. Otherwise, everything else was great!
Crew was good. The reservation got mixed up and they didn't have my TSA number. I am also a Silver Medallion and wasn't able to use Sky Priority.
There was supposed to be a meal served, but there wasn’t and the major toilet was out of order
The way BCN airport handled boarding was a huge improvement over our trip to Spain from JFK. Instead of gate-mosquitos edging in before their zone was called, in BCN they had clearly marked lines for Zones 1-8 and people just lined up correctly. The flight itself was uneventful. The meal (curried chicken and rice) was one of the better meals we've had on Delta. Entertainment options were plentiful, power chargers were available in Main Cabin, and seats were decent. Flight staff were very friendly and positive throughout the 8 hour flight.
third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta

Service and food was amazing. Aircraft configuration is weird - stare at a stranger at take off and landing, during flight someone is crawling over your seat. It was lame.
The flight attendant does not pay attention to my "call" button more than 3 times when I need a drink.
I loved the food choices and the attentiveness of the crew but boarding was chaotic.
I don’t think you’ll like the shoulder require people to pay to reserve seats. Also for the people in the bulkhead row the luggage locker nearest to their seats should be vacant. Both sides were filled with crew or airport items.
The flight was booked on British Airways but operated by American Airlines. When I went to check in at the BA counter I was told I needed to check in at the American counter. That wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to know and save a bit of time on the very long American check-in lines.
I will fly again with American airlines. It's efficient to get from A to B point, not too long layovers . Flights were on time, but box food on the long distance flight was dry, stale overcooked.
This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them
Everything about the flight was great. One negative thing, The British airways site said that we could check one bag for free but American Airlines who was actually doing the flight charged us 70 euro.
Like everything except i got mad at the family sitting infront of us. But that is not BB's fault. BB and Iberia were excellent.
The food was terrible and little, very little space on the plane.
