From check-in and baggage drop to the end of the 12-hour flight, the customer service was exceptional, with numerous staff members exemplifying the very best in care. On board, Andre, our primary crew chief, was sincerely friendly, a consummate professional, and, along with Freddy, one of his team members, truly among the best of the best. The captain even came through the cabin to chat with passengers—a wonderful personal touch, especially on such a long journey.

I flew from Barcelona to Chicago on UA yesterday. The flight was on time, the pilots did a great job and the flight attendants were super nice. All of them. Also food was good, and the drinks, including wine were served a few times during our flight. I highly recommend this airline.

There were no facilities in the middle of the aircraft and premium economy was not allowed to use the business class facilities, and had to share the only two toilets at the back with economy. The upgrade to Premium was definitely not worth it

When I went to check in at the United counter in Barcelona, Spain I had 2 different menat 2 different times in United uniforms (standing around with a couple other employees) ask me if I was traveling alone. The one man asked me 3 different ways if I was traveling alone. I am, 68 yeaers old and have all my faculties. I thought it was weird and it made me feel very uncomfortable. What difference does it make if I was traveling alone or with someone? What if I was a recent widow? That would have been horrible. They never gave me a reason why they needed to know who I was traveling with. I was hesitant to question them because I needed to be on that flight.

The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.

The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.

No entertainment system or wifi on a 12 hour flight. They failed to include GF meals And snacks as requested on my ticket so I had very little available to eat. Crew seemed indecisive.

one hour to board connecting flight from frankfurt trying to beat the far Z gate and with immigration of USA ppus waited for delayed boarding in gare for an hour and fly half gour late worst transit im frankfurt this airlines are for profit passengers are victim of dysfunctional airline frankfurt so crowded restroom are too small

Seats were very comfortable and everything was in good working order. Crew was disengaged to the point of being rude.
