The staff is professional and friendly. The food was excellent, with the exception of the octopus salad just prior to landing.
I had 2 flights on the same day ( beautiful sunny non windy day)both had a touch and go -around on the runway. My husband said they were training a co pilot. The bathrooms were stinky dirty and the the floor was sticky. On one flight I had the worst food option I have ever had on an overseas flight.
Staff are friendly and the pilot when we landed very smooth.

No control at all at the gate , passengers were not cuing up, , some were very loud , no action taken by the attendants . It looked more like a heard of animals then humans boarding a plane .

Both of our Business Class seats were broken. I'm sure they didn't just break before we boarded but were broken prior. They would not recline. We could sit up straight or lie down, nothing that would allow us to sit back and relax on a 12 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Very expensive and a waste or money.
Turkish Airlines is a solid airline. They use the less trustworthy Boeing airplanes on this route (VCE-IST) so the flights more bumpy then when I have flown on Airbus planes, but it was okay. The service good. They seem to offer a reasonable selection if movies, although no way to listen to them as they didn't provide me earpieces. The food was surprisingly good. The day was uncomfortable. The flight was on time.
Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.
We felt the 787 was more comfortable than the A350 though the seat quality was poorer due to many seats are not reclining as designed - a little worn due to age.
A true budget airline experience. Had issue with luggage tag needed customer service assistance, but there was only 1 agent open for the entire airport. ONE! Almost missed my flight because of that.
Always select priority to be able to take carry on luggage and board first without hassles.
Buy-on-board through the app is a great feature!
I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.
Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.
The flight was 1h delayed. There was a flight attendant making announcements in the cabin, but it was impossible to understand whether the information was important or not. (Although whatever she was saying, it was clearly meant to be communicated to the passengers.) From the way she spoke, it sounded like Spanish, but only thanks to catching one word out of every five or six — mumbled through her teeth — I realized she was actually speaking English. It was quite embarrassing
What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.
Delayed and changed Multiple times after booking necessitating many. Travel changes ; a bit of an issue
The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.
Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.
It was a good flight , only problem they left my Koffer at Frankfort and it took another 24 hours to get it at Leipzig that was my final destination
Our Lufthansa flight MUC to IAD was cancelled 90 minutes after boarding requiring a night in Munich. Nightmare.
The flight was 6 hours delayed, making me late to connecting flight. To make things worse, the hotel provided for 1 night stay due to losing a flight was unsanitary for human stay. Food was: old bread with pasta that seemed to have had canned tuna added to it and some kind of soup. Absolutely horrible experience.
I never made it to Rome, therefore I never made it to the Lufthansa flight. Air Canada cancelled its flight out of Raleigh Durham, I missed the connecting flight out of Toronto and after other airline mishaps took place and I had to give up getting to Rome and dissappointing the friends and family waiting for e in Rome. I am currently trying to get reimbursed.
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
Crew could have been more helpful in helping to find location to store luggage in overhead bins in order to expedite seating. Seating was cramped and uncomfortable.. Other than that it was a standard flight.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.
Size of economy seats great. Food well not bad for airline food. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Very impressed
The seats do not recline and are very hard on the back. But it was only a 1 and a half hour flight and the crew are very nice and attentive so it’s ok

The 50 € boarding fees per ticket are completely unjustified. I lost all my savings because I arrived at the counter barely 5 minutes late (2hrs and 55mine before departure). This feels like an unnecessary penalty. It's especially disappointing considering the initial flight was canceled by WizzAir. I expect a partial refund of the 196 € paid for the boarding.
Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

My son was served a muffin which had broken pieces of glass in it. Thank god he didnt swallow them and spit them out. i did let the crew member know and took pictures but nothing they could do. This could have been a very dangerous situation.
Sitting at Logan on the taxiway for 90 mins waiting for a gate after an 8 hour flight is unacceptable. Logan and delta need to do better
The flight was long and offered very little comfort. The seats were exceptionally small and quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest on a long journey. The onboard meals were below expectations, although the cabin crew was excellent throughout the flight—professional, attentive, and courteous. I understand the commercial pressures airlines face, but maximizing capacity by reducing seat size and comfort has become an industry-wide concern. While many travelers will continue to tolerate these conditions out of necessity, an increasing number of passengers will choose alternative airlines whenever possible in search of a more comfortable travel experience. Investing in passenger comfort is not only appreciated—it is also an important factor in long-term customer loyalty.

Horrible. I was on flight AZ620 from Rome to LA. I paid over $4k for my business class seat and had a horrible experience. The WiFi was not connected for the entire flight and instead of being transparent with the passengers, the staff passed out WiFi vouchers and failed to let us know that the Wifi did not and would not work for the entire flight. Much worse is the terrible treatment from the manager of the flight attendant staff. I got up from my business class seat to use the restroom meant for this section. The flight attendant manager (I didn't catch her name but later learned she was the manager from another employee) started yelling at me that I couldn't use the restroom. I thought maybe it was busy. Then another flight attendant came to my seat and said that her manager thinks I'm not in business class, but I should let her know I am so I can use the restroom. I stood up again and before I reached the restroom, the manager was already yelling at me again to use the restroom in the back! She was judging me based solely on my appearance and assumed I wasn't business class. I had to interrupt her constant yelling to tell her "I am business class." She was racist and rude. I travel constantly for work, but moving forward I am never going to spend my money on an ITA airway flight again. Thanks to this manager, you lost a customer.
I am vegan, and the food was not what I expected it to be One meal was good, but the rest of the things were not very satisfying… I was disappointed in the food The flight itself was very smooth and everybody was very very nice… The boarding was very good
Very poor. The boarding was nightmare, We were stuck in line for almost an hour with no updates. The flight left 40 minutes late with NO information why. The entertainment system did not work and the seats in the back were not working properly (reclining)
Terrible, we missed a flight from our multi city itenerary and the airline canceled our last flight returning home. Neither Underpricer & the airline informed us and did nothing to help and had to buy new tickets... a nightmare!!!! Never booking through Kayak/underpricer again
The flight was smooth, our premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were especially fine - attentive, cheerful. The food, however was AWFUL. I advise bringing your own on board.
