The flight itself was excellent but the gate attendant made me check my carryon since she said it was an inch too big. I’ve had no problems with this carryon on recent flights on Qantas, Delta, Austrian, Southwest Airlines even though the overhead bins are the same size. there were other carryons in the bins that also looked larger than mine and there was room left in the bins for more. When I picked up my carryon from baggage claim one of the wheels had broken off.

I’ve had no problems with this carryon on recent flights on Qantas, Delta, Austrian, Southwest Airlines even though the overhead bins are the same size. there were other carryons in the bins that also looked larger than mine and there was room left in the bins for more. When I picked up my carryon from baggage claim one of the wheels had broken off.

Flight was scheduled at 11:26am but they keep Delaying until midnight. They waited at airport restless.

Really good. I accidentally left my duffel on the plane and the reps were so friendly in retrieving it.

Movie selections were very limited. Meals were not f So good.

AA is flying sub par aging 787's to Tokyo. I fly other 787's long haul and these are at the bottom. Seats don't work well, tray tables don't work well and were dirty. The flight was great, the plane was not.

Our flight was delayed 3 times and this is why I am giving such low reviews. Everything else was okay but being in the airport at 4:30pm for my initial flight at 7pm to not leave until after 9:30pm is insane,

The crew was excellent and overall the flight was good. No complaints.

Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.

Good crew and flight was on time. It’s a small plane with limited overhead luggage space. They said the overhead space was full and I had to check my bag. There was still space when I got on. Waiting for my checked luggage added 30 minutes to my trip. Not the end of the world but also not great.

My seat was assigned last row behind restrooms No legroom’s I’m very Pettit Still was not comfortable Food choice was excellent
