Cons: "Enforcement of federal rules requiring children two and over too wear a mask. Flight attendant did not believe it was her responsibility to ask the age of the child sitting next to us, sneezing and coughing."

Cons: "Sick joke of an airline they treat you like cattle even in first class if you can even call it that. It’s more like premium economy and the staff is not friendly they act like they are put out when you ask for anything."

Cons: "After sitting on the plane for over an hour we had to change planes. Notice that our aircraft isn’t working properly before you board it would be helpful so we aren’t 2 hours behind schedule having to sit on a hot airplane during covid"

They were running into people with the drink cart, bumping any edge of arm or leg that was in the aisle, not smiling, not pleasant at all."

Cons: "The plane door wouldn’t lock so we were delayed a while. The food cost too much so all you get is a cookie and a cup of coffee and the bag cost $30 to check. I miss the days of complimentary services."

Pros: "The crew serving the plane didn't look like they wanted to be there. Somewhat abrasive. The entertainment was poor and not very easy to access through your mobile, Iphone and Ipad. If you want to provide a better customer experience, equip all your planes with seats video screens. Passengers on a 4 to 5 hours flight don't want to have to figure out what do to watch a movie or TV. I don't fly American that often, but wanted to give it a try to see the difference between you and the other airlines. I have to say that on the return segment (ORD to SFO), I was not that impressed."

Cons: "if the crew/flight wasn’t filled with racist tendencies that forced a black man and his partner to take a new flight because his “tone” wasn’t to their liking when he responded to accidentally being the wrong seat, costing us 90 minutes at least of delays because they deplaned us all when all."

Cons: "People all over the coach section were complaining about not being able to sit together. Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach."

Cons: "Minimal leg room Not allowed to bring bag aboard. Told bins were full even though there was AMPLE Space in the overhead in my row. Onboard crew unhelpful. Baggage intended for carry on got “temporarily” delayed 45 min additional at baggage claim. wait was 1 1/2 hours."

Pros: "The flight crew were absolutely marvelous and were wonderful on board."
Cons: "British Airways had too tight of connections on flights that we purchased and then they ran late. Because of this, we had to rebook both going to Europe and coming back. Our friends were then charged extra luggage fees when being put on a domestic flight back home after going through customs. It will be difficult for me to want to use British Airways again because of all the flight change notifications we got before traveling and then once we did actual travel."

Cons: "The flight was delayed. The food was not great. There is not a lot of space in these planes, and it was a long flight. There is no power supply."

Cons: "Felt very uncomfortable on that seat me and my girlfriend. We got delayed before taking off And our first flight from SF to Miami we got delayed an hour after landing before exiting the plane!"

Pros: "Flight Attendants were excellent. Especially good was the senior FA who was seen training the junior ones who were on their maiden flight. The breakfast omelet with turkey sausage was about as good as they get."
Cons: "Nearly two hour delay due to fog in SFO. Recommend AA reroute into OAK where the fog is not so bad and the airport has a way better arrival on time rate than SFO. The drive into San Francisco is about the same time from OAK as it is from SFO."

Cons: "headphone jack defective but more importantly the SFO arrival gate not available for over 45 minutes...."

Pros: "Flight attendants actually seemed to care about what they were doing. Seats were pretty comfy for once."
Cons: "Flight delayed with no explanation or apologies. Putting two and two together from the airport monitors it looks like they had to swap planes due to a scheduling or maintenance issue. Just another chapter in the neverending saga of delayed American airlines flights"

Cons: "Because they canceled my flight and i had to buy another ticket for 380$ and after that I realized my chair was available and i took a picture. It was really bad and i never choose again American Airlines."

Cons: "Tight connection! The airlines need to Realize that a 2 hour layover is NOT enough when you have to go through immigration, customs, and security before making your next flight!"

Pros: "The only positive thing to be said for the flight was that the seat was not uncomfortable."
Cons: "Entertainment system did not work during entire flight; crew (stewards) lied to passengers on the ground that it would work after takeoff, only admitting after we were in the air that they had been told by the technicians it would not work at all. Crew did not respond to call lights when pressed (in First Class), nor did they know how to operate the power system."

Cons: "Seats were quite uncomfortable, there was no entertainment options, there was no way to charge any electronic devices because the plane was so old, which meant I almost wasn't able to catch a ride home after the flight. For a cross-country flight, I would expect a better experience."

Cons: "I didn't get ANY flight status reports until I had arrived and was at my destination for the night!! American did a fine job. I got updates TODAY on my flight and baggage claim for yesterdays flight form you!!! Your service sucked balls!!"

It was boarding time and no agent was at the gate. 10 minutes past boarding time the screen shows that the flight is delayed 25 minutes... but wait, there is still no plane at the gate! After 45 minutes the plane arrived, again had to be "cleaned" and prepared for flight back to SF. Customers were told the flight was delayed because Air Traffic Control issues in SF, but there was no plane in sight... Again I felt we were being lied to. The plane was filthy with garbage everywhere still. I will never fly American Airlines by choice!"

Cons: "Boarding was over 30 minutes late which ruined my SF plans. The crew was mot welcoming walking on or off the flight. They were also very rude when serving, one even gave me a super nasty look and mumbled something under her breathe because she ran into me. Just a terrible experience. They also didn't tell me baggage prices when I was there just swiped my card."

Cons: "One passenger constantly got up from his seat to stand next to mine, using my arm rest to lean on, to talk to his girlfriend. They didn't speak english so didn't seem to understand or just ignored my attempts to kick him off. Advertised free movies but you had to pay for most of them."
