Cons: "Staff are not friendly, airplane was old and seats were very uncomfortable"
Pros: "One Crew member was very nice, the rest were not so friendly. But overall a smooth ride, and no problems."
Cons: "Check IN desk, unprofessional and rude employees. Felt discriminated. Never again will travel with this company."
Pros: "There’s a decent amount of room for a budget carrier. No nickel and dime charges like some similar carriers."
Cons: "Seats don’t lean back and felt tight width wise. Lots of busses involved."
Pros: "Good price basic amenities but all in all a great deal"
Cons: "Everything was great!"
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats. No free WATER! Weight limit is ridiculous for a international flight. I will never travel with Pegasus again! I will try my best to spread the word on this airline."
Cons: "No tv screens. Have to lay for food. Seats dont recline"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "A lot of peoblems with this airlines. I will not use it again."
Cons: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."
