Flown with Delta, AA, United and a lot of other carriers, but Etihad felt a little more special. Was a little skeptical never having flown them before but was pleasantly surprised. The service was just better, the seats were just better, the food was just better. Overall, everything was just a bit better than what I was accustomed to. I will be definitely recommending Etihad to F&F.

The food gets a little monotonous. We got served rice on 4/4 of our meals... lol. It;s better than not getting any food but it;s the only thing that was a little off.

The service in Lester b Pearson airport was unprofessional and sub standard by your employee Manija Anwarzada and her shift workers. They did not help me when I missed my flight to Pittsburgh because of our late arrival from Frankfurt. She and the others were not there to assist and help stranded passengers. In fact a couple of the staff were on cell phones and not helping passengers. She finally told us we had to go downstairs to the hall since her counter was closing. After traveling from Algiers to Frankfurt then on to Canada it was a terrible way to end the day. These emoyess made a very long day even longer. I will never fly Air Canada again. I will say once I got through customs there were more professional people who did at least get me a hotel room. Your employee has left a very bad taste in my mouth for Air Canada!

Not much

We paid cash for business class seats on this flight and they were terrible seats. They were NOT business class, they did not recline and there was no leg room. Nothing offered to drink upon boarding. All they did was take economy class seats, three wide, and put a thing on the middle seat to hold drinks. It was terrible and we will avoid Lufthansa in the future, and we travel a lot.

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.

Every flight was on time and I sort of like the on line check in. The ground staff at LHR were exceptionally helpful and attentive to the needs of the passengers. I give them thumps up.

I pretty much liked everything about the flight.

Excellent service as usual in business class. Flights generally on time. Kayak price was amazing $3k less than anything I could find in BA's home site

Good all-around service from boarding to landing!

No alcoholic beverages on the flight! RJ does not upgrade silver or gold frequent flyer card holders for free even if there are open business class seats. The only time a free upgrade is provided is if the economy class is over sold.

The food plan could have been a little better. I was told they ran out of vegeterian food and then was given vegeterian food.

Ground staff was courteous and helpful.

Delayed in airplane upon landing in Rome. Barely enough time for connecting flight.

Uncomfortable seats, mine had a giant metal box under the seat in front of me, so unable to properly place feet for a 9 hr flight. Flight attendants were blind when anyone needed attention.

Every flights I onboarded Was nice. Crew members were nice and Co operative. Diwali surprise was really great.

Flights was delayed by 20 mins from JFK airport to Abu Dabhi. Food was horrible. No desert provided. Juice was not natural. It was sugar added juices. Two hour free Internet never worked. Landing was not smooth.
