They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.
Everything was so smooth. It could be just a better temperature in the plane; it was a little cold.
Turkish Airlines will be my first choice to fly in the future.
On the Boeing 777-300 aircraft there is no personalized climate control for passengers. Every time I've ever flown on this type of airplane I've been uncomfortably warm. For shorter flights (less than 5 hours) this isn't a big deal, but on longer flights where a nap is required to stay comfortable it turns into a nightmare. I love turkish airlines, but I really fo hope they upgrade their fleet. I've flown turkish air once on a newer model and had a fantastic time, so I think its the plane more than the airline.
Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up
I liked the overall flight experience. However, Turkish officials could do a better job at guiding non-Turkish speakers to their connecting flight gates in such a huge & vast airport.
The only hiccup was a change of plane and the resulting delayed departure, otherwise everything was more than OK.
Paying extra for premium seats was wasted. Turkish Airlines takes 2 seats for bassinet. The lady next to me had a baby with bassinet Bassinet was in front of my seat

THE CONFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE WIDTH & PITCH OF THE SEATS ARE WAY MORE IMP. THAN FOOD THAT TK IS FOCUSING ON... WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN EVEN IF THE PRICE OF BUSINESS CLASS SEAT IS SAME AS ECONOMY CLASS..... JAL/ QATAR/ EMIRATES HAS WAYYYY MORE COMFY SEATS
It was pleasant except for the boarding at Istanbul and long wait for the wheel chair almost missed the flight Itambul to Dubai
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .
Every thing was excellent except food. We did not try it.
The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache
Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
