Cons: "1:20 min delay for a 35 min flight (less then 200km on the road). It is even worse if it is during the night (aircraft landed at 0:40 instead of 23:20"

I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection."

Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again."

Pros: "Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers."
Cons: "Food was just ok, plus it’s a longer trip - I understand they kill the lights to let people sleep but offering more drinks - soda and water would b nice - rather than having to go to back and beg- they know who is awake and watching movies - b nice to ask."
Pros: "Food was good. One thing I like about Turkish Arilines is that the plastic containers they use for food are a variety of shapes and sizes. This really helps the food service seem less industrial."

I was charged $370 dollars for one luggage in Belgrade and after trying to contact a supervisor he didn’t have time for me and said there is nothing I can do with the charge still pending.I paid $75 dollars on the way there. I only realized it after I received a text from capital one. I’m very disappointed because my family a I travel with Lufthansa often sometimes twice a year.Poor customer service not sure I will be traveling with Lufthansa anymore or recommend it!!!
Shorter flight but no food or entertainment. Flight was packed and no room to store carry on baggage.
We paid Lufthansa for reserved seats months before this flight. Apparently this was not forwarded to ticketing as the clerk at check-in gave us seats at the very back of the plane next to restrooms and storage. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep at all on our overseas flight. We sincerely hope that our accommodations are better when we return to the US on October 11th.
We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.
Smooth flight, pleasant crew, food was ok, our seat didn’t have a throw up bag when we needed one.
The flight crew did a great job handling a volatile passenger.

Cons: "I was traveling with my 5 and 10 year old kids. Lufthansa got us three seats in three different locations. When I asked to help us get seats together flight attendants told us that I should ask passengers if they could switch seats. Apparently Lufthansa staff doesn’t ask passengers to do it."

There was extreme turbulence for 10-15 minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. There was really nothing to complain about except a regrettable 5+-hour layover in Bucharest.

Do they attempt to hand the same ones back on later flights? I think they do. Anyway, take a close look at those sandwiches they give you before you bite into one."
Pros: "That I didn't die in Chisinau"
Cons: "Spending the entire time I was in Chisinau at the airport vomiting by some out building on the edge of the property. TAROM gave me food that made me sick. On the flight back, a bunch of people were handing those sandwiches back to the stewardesses after looking at them. Now I know why. I went to 25 countries on this trip, and this was low-light number either A1 or A2, depending on how the other thing shakes our financially. I had 3 flights on TAROM, and only one of them sickened me to the extent that I had to throw up."
