Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.

It was really nice experience by flying this klm flight.I personally recommend everyone to please try this klm flight

It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight

Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.

Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat

Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed

They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.

Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.

The Swiss airline is excellent. Seats ate comfy, spacious and free wifi that I enjoyed a lot on my trip

Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.

The flight itself was fine, but due to a snow delay my connection to Lisbon was delayed by six hours. Despite this, Swiss Air still managed to lose my luggage. Not acceptable. Someone else on the flight also lost their luggage.

Bad experience overall. Crew did not provide food for our 2 year old (even though we specifically bought a child infant seat for her and literally bought another full price flight), which was unacceptable. And we had to pay $310 each way to carry our ski equipment even though they advertise it as something that is free. Tickets were purchased the same way as usual, but they told us we had Economy Light tickets (I never elected to have such seats). Just plain manipulation and false advertisment. Very disappointed overall about this airline.

No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.

Really BAD check in experience. My bag was left in Geneva and I have not received it yet. I have been in Stockholm 5 days without clothes to change. The flight was good but very unhappy with the post service support.

They lost my luggage on December 30th. It is now January 3rd and i still don’t have it. I’ve called lost and found multiple times and they cannot provide an update. They keep saying one day and then it gets postponed again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s infringing on my vacation. I have stressed how important it is for me to have my suitcase right away. It should have been resolved within 1-2 days.

It was much better than most airlines we have flown with. It remo des me Swiss Air 25 years ago.

Smooth boarding, on time flight, decent food and entertainment options.

Everything was fairly easy just hard when you get to Heathrow not know your Gate number until an hour before but otherwise really everything great. Did not get my texts in time though to do me any good but that is why I still like everything the old fashioned way and print everything out.

Every time I fly LOT, I swear I will never do it again. And changing planes in Warsaw is a horror. Not even remotely organized. I can only feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with it.

I have flown over 2million miles. Great flight but bizarre boarding process. They must have paged half the passengers to the desk for documentation check before boarding anyone. Overall great value.

The seat was paid for but given for some different person .

Good in general, but i think the chair is not comfortable for traveling more than 2 hours ..

Krakow airport is very disorganized. nice seats. friendly crew. long legs had screens. short leg did not

Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!

Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.

Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.

No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.

Boarding went smoothly and on time. No entertainment system and only a cookie for breakfast.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

It was a short flight, everything was good with it.

Online check-in was not possible, apparently due to connecting flight with LH. Check-in agent helpful but not efficient. Flight comfort okay, but zero service, not even water on a 2+ hour flight. Bag delayed at destination.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded
