Your gate agent went above and beyond throughout my check in process.. all staff are very welcoming and general CS levels in my experience, are exemplary. Already booked for my return itinerary.

The first class flight attendent seemed annoyed and bothered. Service was rushed and rude. We certainly felt unwelcome and unwanted.

Quick seating. Pleasant staff

My flight, on Friday, was canceled at boarding time, so by the time that it took to go through customer service, rebook a flight for the next day (which messed up our weekend plans), get my luggage and get a hotel room, it was around 1am. We were notified too late to make other travel arrangements for Friday. My Saturday flight to Bellingham was smooth and uneventful. Hopefully getting reimbursed for the hotel room won’t be a big hassle

I love Alaska and Horizon… even in the short flights, they always offer something… and everyone is cheerful and helpful. It was stormy weather but the flight was quite smooth… the pilots clearly moving up and down a wee bit to avoid turbulence.

The individual was standing in the gangway laughing and looking healthy while the passengers had to debark the plane and wait for 2 more hours before resuming the flight to Hawaii. When we arrived the majority of shops were closed; it was 7 hours late. Alaska offered a $200 voucher to make up for this."

Cons: "First class was full. Paid to upgrade for what is referred to as Premier class I believe. Was in row 6 seat D. Crammed against the wall. Seats seemed abnormally tiny. Before even boarding the flight, the smell of the lavatory wafted strongly through the jet way. It only got worse from there. From the time we took off to the time we landed, the plane was absolutely saturated in an overwhelming pungent putrid smell, that one could only expect was from the lavatories. That aside, I personally don't understand what constitutes Premier class, or premium-class whichever the case may be. Anyhow, my experiences with Alaska have generally been positive, but this flight however was an absolute disappointment in a number of ways. To be clear, the crew was courteous and professional. I guess it's just been awhile since I have flown in the teeny tiny seats that I guess are considered standard."

I'm not sure if there was a reason for this and I don't have any concrete proof of myself being singled out so I didn't dock stars. It did leave me confused though."

Cons: "I paid for my smaller bag to go with cargo. Got to airport - no bag. Was sent to Alaska Air with the folks who had sent their bag ala carte (meaning they didn't pay) Waited for 20 min for someone to come out! They all got their bags and I was told mine was the ONE bag they took off the plane because the airlines had over booked cargo. Really - take off a paid bag but bring people who try to stuff too many bags in the plane and get to send theirs free. I live over 4 hours from airport and was told my suitcase was in Seattle and would not be here until next morning and airlines would call to confirm. No one called, no one answer the message I left. Didn't reach anyone until the next day and was told my suitcase didn't come in until another day later and they it was Fedexed to me. I was not happy as I had Christmas gifts that I had traveled with. Lack of communication by airline, lack of customer service. Still waiting for a "voucher" for future travel - they are supposed to email me with that info. Not yet."

Plane was delay and person at the ticketing scanning the boarding passes needs to make announcements clear and organized by group.

The plane was extremely large and the seats weren’t too comfortable. There was no in flight entertainment.

The lady on the check in counter charged me 118$ for 5 extra kilos, she was trying to come up with anything to make things difficult and annoying for me, the vaccination card, the extra charge then finally my debit card! She was not helpful by any means

Quick and easy. Chairs are hard but short flight, so no problem. Crew smiled and were nice.

Cons: "I didn’t wanted to check my carry on. But the man at the gate decided that I had to check the carry on, and took it from my hand without question. When I went boardered the airplane there was a lot of spaces in the overhead bins."
Cons: "The past two times flying with American out of Dallas my girlfriend and I have been separated on the flight. The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."

Booked with BA but it was operated by AA. Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken. when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology."

Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "AA failed to allow me to check in at initial arrival in Grande Prairie airport so I had to rush to get a boarding pass in Calgary where the AA agent told me it was not an AA problem and sent me back to WestJet. WestJet discovered that it was an AA problem and returned me to the AA counter where it was resolved. Then I had to rush to catch the flight and missed any opportunity to have a decent lunch between flights. Then there was no food offered on the AA flight to Dallas."

Ive been at the denver airport for 10 hours and the plane i was going to get on has mechanical problems so the flight is pushed back until 7am tomorrow. Ill have been at the denver airport for 26 hours and then i have to wait on standby again in Dallas. Who knows when I'll actually get home. American airlines is not even offeri6mg any vouchers or anything. Worst flight ever."
