Communication is key for customer satisfaction, and I am very frustrated at the moment with the whole non flight situation.
The aircraft had a loud weird noise for the whole time, it was scary and uncomfortable.

The flight we booked that left at 10 am was canceled without explanation at 4 am the flight they moved us to was 9 hours later.
The flight from CNF to VCP was delayed and I had to rush to catch the next plane. It was strange, since the boarding in CNF was done in due time.

During boarding the company said that the plane didn’t have enough space and required to dispatch any luggage. But in reality the plane was with a lot of luggage space in the overhead bins. So it just took a lot of additional al time, specially considering that it took around 30m for the luggage to arrive in the retrieval belt in the airport.
When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.
No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.
Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.
the boarding staff were incredibly officious. our carry-on case was borderline within dimensions but staff were not prepared to show ANY flexibility even though many others with larger carry-on luggage were allowed to board. we were understandably furious but the staff were incredibly disrespectful. we called the supervisor who eventually agreed to look on board the plane to see if there was room for our case (one case between 2 of us) and reluctantly agreed to allow us on. The staff on board were excellent though and realized we had been treated badly and were very helpful both in finding a place for our case, some distance from our seats, and helping us to retrieve it when we landed. We are regular travelers on Gol and have Diamante status and had chosen the better Conforto + seats, so we expected better treatment from the ground staff. Also the cabins are of a size that will only fit 3 cases of normal size with a large gap of about 30cm of wasted space. If our case were deemed to be oversize, which I dispute, the extra 1cm would not have made the slightest difference.
Pretty terrible, was unable to check out of a flight through the app. Could not check in to my flights with the app. Had to call customer service but they were not much help. Nothing on my itinerary said I had to check in with American Airlines when I reached the United States. I almost missed my flight. I had to run to the gate and get dressed in the tunnel. GOL seemed really unorganized at the desks for check in and took a lot longer than other airlines
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!
Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

Evifente que o melhor seria a Hol cumprir com ssua parte! Vendeu voo dirto Caxias do Sul a Florianópolis e depois alterou, fizemos voo Cxs. Congonhas, com conexão, alem de um atrazo, mais de 1:20 min. Está errado e isso é vender uma coisa e entregar outra...
Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.
Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.
Cabin was extremely hot - such a sauna, and all complaints were in vain. Boarding was messy and disorganized. Very poor experience and certainly a statement of how passengers are going to suffer in Brazil with the lack of competition in the local market.
