Tight and not so comfortable business class seats . Crew below average. Very formal, no smiles, and kind of confused when serving meals. AZUL used to be much better on all above subjects. That's is what monopoly does to its customers.

When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.

No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.

Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.

Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.

Não teve viagem alguma, a 123 milhas faliu e eu desisti da viagem.

All the service was very good. The only thing was that the flight was delayed. We didn't miss the connection, but other passangers were about to.

We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.

LOCKED MY BAG WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to have my zippers cut upon arrival in Costa Rica.

TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

The flights from Tri-Cities to Charlotte are always on planes that are too old and too small

The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.

Flight from Phoenix to London was very quiet. Excellent space available for comfort, couldn't fault

Need more agents to expedite check in process. Selection of movies needs to be updated to more current releases. Meal options did not reflect the route of flight; there should not be products made in the UK (bagged potato chips and mini cheese cakes) served on flights from ZRH to PHL. Business class napkins are made in China (why not USA???!!!). American Airlines should have a customer service representative greet flight in PHL. Overall, the hospitality provided on board was basic and not "above and beyond", especially for business class travelers.

The seats are so small and we are average size people. We paid for emergency row for the leg room but the seats are tiny.

I hate when you book your seats and then they sick in in other seats when you get there. We were to be in row 9 and was moved to the back of the plane and separated our seats. Great start to a trip

My first time flying American Airlines, my first flight to CLT was wonderful and flight attendants was nice and had great customer service. My second flight from CLT to NY was very delayed due to whatever reason the crew was not greeting other than that I’m rate 8 .

I had first class itinerary, yet they put me boarding group 5 from FNT to ORD! I spoke with the gate agent though, and she let me board in Group 1 like I should have been assigned. Would've liked water on that flight. I'm glad that I asked about food on the flight from ORD to DALLAS. If I fly United from ORD to any city in Texas, they always offer a hot meal and regardless if it is a time in between meal times. The excuse was that it was not dinner time yet. It was almost 6pm?? And the flight was over 2 hours. There were some healthy snack options at least, but fresh snacks like apples or something would be nice. At least offer cheese plates or similar. Please bring seatback screens like United is doing. The flight attendant in first class was wonderful.

Food was very bad, eg noodle dish that could have hardly cost more than $1 plus a dry piece of bread a sad salad and a fig bar. Entertainment was also disappointing, mediocre movies and Tv shows and barely any classical music.
