Pros: "When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights."

An announcement was made that in Atlanta which is Delta hub, there were no flight attendants for the flight so we had to wait for another crew to fly in. That's just unporfessiknal. To make matters worse, the gate agents didn't make announcements even if just to say we know this isn't good and we will update you asap even if just to tell you we are still waiting on word. Total silence and seeing the gate agents laugh and talk amongst each other was pretty bad."

Cons: "My email read check into Aeromexico I could not check in the Aeromexico using my phone I was dropped off at the Aeromexico terminal after standing in line for half an hour I find I was in the wrong terminal I needed to be in a different terminal with Delta because Aeromexico even on my reservation read that does not fly to Tampa. I had to find a shuttle to another terminal the shuttlesare not marked it was very confusing"

At first the flight attendants did little if anything to help. Later after I pointed out the problems we were having they were better. Such young ones needed better supervision and meals easier to eat than they received. I needed less stress on the long 8 hour flight. This was not quite a Sky Priority Comfort Plus experience for me."

Pros: "My flights were booked through British Airways, but these segments were operated by American. Dallas to LAX was on an Airbus 321. Entertainment options were very good (although not as diverse as on British Airways). Food was okay. The crew was very pleasant."

Completely different terminal,we were lucky we had 3 hours between connections, the whole process took over an hour. Very confusing. The plane was American Airlines, Iberia was not mentioned anywhere else,very confusing. Dinner was served within an hour of taking off at 11pm, which we didnt have, but then nothing until an hour before landing and very hurried. Staff had been very busy chatting in the galley. No snacks available. Had a group of rowdy and rude passengers near us, not alcohol related. I think staff shoud have had a word with them, it looked like they didnt want to know, another passenger finaly did after 5 patient hours. Arrived in London, our bags did not. Staff were good. They found the error straight away. They delivered them to our home the next day which was a very good service."

Not only did they RESELL and REASSIGN our seats to someone else -- we could not get a refund for the upgrade we paid for. To add insult to injury, the only seats they could give us were in the back of the plane next to the toilet. Having heard so many similar nightmare stories about American Air I can say I will never ever fly American Air again. We now have to spend our firrst few days home from vacation disputing that charge, writing letters and making calls to get that damn refund. I will be sharing my discontent far and wide. Whoever at corporate thinks it's best practice to sell and sell and sell seats and live with the aggravation of the customers has an upside down notion of how to run a successful business. NIGHTMARE."

While AA offered the option of paying extra for additional legroom, if you declined the offer, you could not obtain a seat. I know that it is getting unusual to have any sort of enjoyable experience on an airline, but the lack of transparency ("group two" for boarding is actually the fifth group to enter the aircraft) is totally unnecessary."

Another person at the counter (who I believe was a supervisor) was able to override and get me on the 2nd (of 3 flights with empty seats)."

It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too."

Cons: "United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

However when i scanned my boarding pass the lady indicated i was in an exit row. 11d was of course occupied. So i moved from seat to seat in the exit row (8) until i finally got the only empty seat which was presumably mine."

Seated in last row and asked to close bathroom door of it opened during takeoff. Seated next to very large passenger who wanted to share my seat. Sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to take off. For this, I paid $650."

Give her that rare luxury of having no one sitting beside her... twice in a row. And toss in not one, but two of those United Airlines cookies." (Those cookies are sooooo good.) I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."

He was big enough that he pre- boarded with people with disabilities and had the armrest folded up when I sat. He spilled over on to my side and had some of his weight on me. I was pushed out into the isle enough that the attendant rammed my knee with her cart. I was keeled over the isle armrest I develope shoulder and back pain."
