Couldn’t check In online, message was couldn’t check in until Sunday morning though plane left Saturday night. Checked in okay at airport but caused slot if stress.

It all went very well, except for the ramp coordination upon landing in Boston. That, however, was resolved in fairly short order.

NOTE. Aer Lingus does not accept American Express. I was denied boarding because I could not pay the fee for my oversized bag. I did not have another credit or debit card. Moreover, at CDG, I needed to check my bag at one location, go to another location to check my oversized bag and a THIRD location to pay for my oversized bag. Hence, once I was denied boarding, my bags were already en route to the plane. To retrieve them I needed to go to a FOURTH location in another part of the terminal. Last, Aer Lingus will not reimburse me for any portion of my ticket. I lost $1000 bc Aer Lingus doesn’t accept American Express at the CDG counter even though I paid for my ticket through the Kayak link with Amex. Kayak should remedy this situation if they want to continue to partner with Aer Lingus.

The biking process was confusing and I was called for a seat assignment from I number I repeatedly though was spam, but the flight itself was great

It was poor overall. They cancelled our flight and changed it without notifying us. So we incurred extra costs by having to book a hotel for our layover. They say it's Kayak/Underpricer's responsibility to reimburse us. But Kayak/Underpricer have said it's Aer Lingus' responsibility because they are the ones with our 'booking information.' I find this situation confusing and unacceptable.

My experience with Aer Lingus was not too good. First, because of the last minute delayed flight from Amsterdam to Dublin we almost missed our flight from Dublin to Philadelphia. Secondly, the flight from Dublin to Philadelphia had very uncomfortable seats especially it was a very long flight. My buttocks were constantly in pain for sitting on these seats for this long. Lastly, the service in the plane was also slow. I asked for a second cup of water and the hostess told me he'll be right back with that where it took him over an hour to come back with water. It was warm in the plane and I was very thirsty. Overall this airline needs much improvement in their services.

Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Attendants collecting trash were somewhat inattentive though.

This flight left about 45 minutes late, and arrived about 45 minutes late, which was enough to make us miss our next flight and trap us in Dublin for 24 hours!!

I think the extra charges for seating with no added advantage and the added charges for baggage are excessive compared to other airlines.

I had zero issues with the flight. I did have issues with the staff at the airport. We missed out flight due to a delay with another airline. Talking to the staff and trying to get a new flight arranged was challenging. One guy was able to try to help us and got us on a new flight, but other staff was dismissive and clearly let us know it wasn’t their problem. All I kept thinking was… this is why air lingus has such a poor customer service reputation. I will be avoiding this airline in the future.

The flight boarded nice and early and this meant there was no sudden rush at the gate. The only down side was the cabin was very cold 🥶

Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.

Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.

They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful at check in. They did not understand laws related to Spanish residents flying with family It was very discriminatory the way we were treated.

Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.

The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time

After passing through boarding gates we had to wait for 45 minutes in a small space with no place to sit.

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.

On time boarding, on time departure and early arrival. As it should be. Yes, the comfort and benefits are very poor, but therefore the ticket is 6 times cheaper than with a flag carrier. So I am not complaining about it. You get what you pay for.
