Cons: "I had an exit row seat (21G). The seat felt like a church pew and the right armrest was lower than normal since it was mounted on the exit door. This was by far the most uncomfortable flight I've had. My back started to hurt even before the plane took off."

Cons: "I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us."

Cons: "I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport."

Pros: "I asked at the gate to change my seat in row 30 because I was not next to my husband. The crew arranged this! Loved the leg room! Service was perfect."

Pros: "Having internet access on an overseas flight was a new treat for me. Delta appears to be bucking the trend of making flying miserable. I liked the waiting area at JFK with charging stations for every seat."

Cons: "Regular fare seat assignment not available prior to gate . Airport concourse F - poor - limited services. Customer Service seemed uninterested and unable to provide service both on phone and at gate. I’m a frequent United flyer & today’s Delta service experience made me more loyal to UA."

Pros: "In flight entertainment is nice but only seems to happen on shorter legs of the trip. Also, too many useless interruptions from crew during movie. You don't have to keep thanking the passengers throughout the flight. And the volume through your headset is way too loud on crew announcements compared to regular listening volume of your program."

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Cons: "The fact that I missed yet another connection because of a Delta issue. The difference is that this time there was not another connection for me to go to and I was told I would be provided a hotel in Atlanta which was not the case. I had to transfer to a flight 2 hrs away from my home only to still be on the floor of Atl airport because they are unable to appropriately de-ice planes."

Pros: "Friendly, helpful, kind, confident and easy going flight attendants really made this flight stand out. The seats in economy were comfy and new; the touch screen Tvs were updated and functioned properly. The snacks were healthier. Way to go, Delta! Keep it up!"

Cons: "The things I didn't like were out of Delta's control: Some baby who screamed bloody murder whenever the captain said anything (so we couldn't hear the announcement about being stuck on the tarmac). Also, we got stuck on the tarmac for about 45 minutes. Obviously, it could have been much worse. But you know how it is when you just want to get home. And that baby."
