The flight attendants did nothing but gossip about other flight attendants (good and bad), their home life,etc. One rammed me with the cart & their body, woke me up, didn't even apologize. Just felt it was rude. I pay for my flight. I was trying to rest on my 4 hour flight before I had to tend to daughter who had cancer, I need the rest. And for what I paid, I should be able to. Not listen to Alaska's drama within."

When I asked if she could pour a bit of water into my water bottle, rather than say, "I'm sorry, I am not allowed" or "unfortunately, no" or really anything verbal, she made a "tsk, tsk" face and offered me a plastic cup. Besides being annoyingly wasteful as a policy (if indeed it is one - this has not been an issue on other airlines), her customer service skills left something to be desired. This strange interaction left me with a poor overall impression of the flight experience."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

We sat in the last row of the 777 which only had 2 seats on either side of the plane rather than the standard 3. The seats still reclined tho not as much as the other rows. Food was free and excellent- so was the entertainment (I watched 4 movies on the 14 hour flight). Crew was great. Alcoholic beverages were also free but we don't drink so it didn't matter."

She clearly loves her job, and loves people around her and honestly what else is there that's more important in life than loving people. She was funny, kind, considerate and incredible at customer service. Give that girl a RAISE. We boarded at 4:49 in the morning and her energy lightened the mood for sure."

Cons: "My luggage did not make it to Milwaukee. I checked in early in Denver. It was difficult to find the representative to let them know my luggage was lost. She filled out the documentation and assured me I would get a call later that night, assuming the luggage would arrive that night. I never got a call. I called them twice, got recordings! Let messages and they called the next day late in the morning. The luggage did arrive the previous night, but my phone number was not input into the system correctly. I looked and it was on the form correctly. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Considering you pay extra for luggage this shouldn't happen."

This caused all passengers to have to be unloaded and wait numerous hours before knowing if/when we were leaving. They passed out a handful of breakfast voucher then stopped until about an hour later they gave the rest of us our vouchers."

Pros: "Spirits online website is totally transparent about their extra fees and ways to save on baggage. I wish that info would've been available on kayak but I did find it easily on the spirits website"
Cons: "I wanted to start off by apologizing for my behavior. I definitely became really frustrated with the situation and definitely took it out on the agent. He was totally just doing his job and I way overreacted Essentially, all I think could be used to improve with this flight was a little more information about boarding as well as emails to web check in. I forgot to do so for this flight and an invitation to online checkin as well as more information about the boarding process (i.e.: the gates in this airport are further from the terminals than typical airports) would be gratefullly allreciately."
Pros: "This was my first time flying with Spirit, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Tge flight attendants were so friendly and professional."
Cons: "The canceled my return flight and I really needed everything to go smooth. I might not go through kayak again unless they can account for situations like these from their airlines."
Pros: "The LAX terminal that Spirit flies out of is pretty good. There are nice dining options, but definitely not enough seats for the number of people flying out of the terminal."
Cons: "To start, I wasn't able to print a boarding pass onlinex for a short domestic flight, I usually don't prepare until the day of, so the fact that I even followed their directions to check in 24-1 hour before my flight seemed not too matter. After three successive attempts in different browsers, the website told me I would need to print my boarding pass at the terminal. Add this to the fact that my flight was during rush hour trafffic, and I needed to speed to get to the airport. This was both stressful and a nuisance. Spirit charged me $100 total for a single carry-on bag. Add that to the price of the ticket and it was just as much to fly to Oakland as a similar flight to San Francisco on another carrier. The staff was courteous, but could barely manage the crowd through all of the delays. An hour long flight was delay over an hour defeating the purpose of flying with Spirit. The seats are very tiny, and I am not even that tall (5' 11"). The seats also don't decline. Would never fly Spirit again. This is the first and last time I do so."

Cons: "My plane got cancelled and moved to the next day which caught me to trouble since it was out of my plan and i got no offering of hotel or transportation from the airline."

Cons: "Delayed for maintenance scheduled for 115 departure take off time was 5:15 worst experience in my life. Staff is rude did not notify us of changes or reasons for changes."

Cons: "My outbound flight was delayed 2 hours! However my return flight was delayed 1 hour and then it was cancelled!!! It was the last flight of the night and the best they could do was to fly me to Vegas to catch another plane to refer me back to Oakland, otherwise I would have to stay in LA overnight at my own expense! I wanted to get home so I let them change my flight with a stop in Vegas , however five minutes after they booked my flight to Vegas I got a text that my leg from LA to Vegas was delayed an hour. My instincts told me that I was not going to make it to Vegas in time to catch the leg that would take me home, so I kept the rental car and drove myself home (eight hours!) On follow-up, I learned that the LA to Vegas leg was delayed till after 10:30 at night and that the Vegas to Oakland leg actually arrived in Oakland before the plane left Los Angeles!!!! Terrible!"

Cons: "my flight was cancel with no reason. not given any other option until 2 days later. no incentive for canceling. still haven't gotten my refund and it took 40 mins to speak to someone days later."

Cons: "Nothing about this flight was enjoyable the employees were rude to the customers not only were they rude to the customers they were rude to each other and there was two hour flight delay not only that but once we got onto the airplane there was another hour delay because the plane was overheating overall I did not feel safe and secure on this flight"

Cons: "-They canceled the 7:00am flight with only a few hours notice -Customer Service is nearly impossible to find and contact -Their social media hides Customer Comments because they're universally angry and critical -Why has this Airline not been shut down?"
Cons: "The tickets were not specific about cabin luggage size. I had to spend an additional 100$ to place my luggage under the plan. I felt like I was in a luggage transport plane with seats. Definitely Kmart class transportation."

Cons: "I booked my flight for the 4th of July weekend and was excited to try out a new airline. When I arrived for my flight it was delayed several times and then cancelled. They rebooked me at the next available flight early the next day but when I arrived that flight was also cancelled with NO notice. It was a very unfortunate experience and I likely won't be flying Spirit again."
Pros: "Customer service in Manila speaks with heavy accent talks so loud. Do not undestand what they are saying. Then they became rude, asked for supervisor, they refused. Oversea customer service may be cheaper labor for the co, your customers have hard time understanding them. How can we use spirit? My mother handicapped senior ended up missing the flight because customers service put on a hold for 75 minutes. I called them to speak to a manager refused first time then put me on hold for an hour. I will put this terrible process experience on google, so people should, must know especially if this is concerning children or elderly seniors. The higher management should acknowledge and be accountable for people suffer great deal."

Cons: "Had no prior knowledge of the $55 baggage fee. When I went to check in after paying the guy told me I could of done it online for cheaper, that would of been nice to know prior. Seats were the most uncomfortable seats of my life!!! No thanks to Spirit!"

Cons: "You think you are getting a good deal but they nickel and dime you for everything. They charge $40.00 for carry on and that's if you paid online otherwise at airport it's twice as much. The plane broke down at take off...took them forever to have a mechanic look at it once we got back to gate. Had to de plane and wait 30 min for them to cancel flight. All 200 passengers were sent down to ticket counter where most of us waited for 5 hours or better bc they were understaffed and EVERY person who walked away was very upset. Wouldn't refund all of fares people paid and many of us couldn't get onto other flights. I have never experienced any thing like it in all my years of travel. Was at airport for 7 hours. Unacceptable! Dispicable. Was my first and last experience w Spirit."

Cons: "Flight was delayed twice without notification. Then almost two hours later cancelled. Organisation was horrible they couldnt answer any of our questions, and when it came down to refund all they could do was give us are money back for the flight no consideration for how we got there or place to stay until the next flight. I ended up driving home with three other people who was also on the same fight."
Pros: "It was my first time flying and I had no problems with boarding or late flights. Everything went smooth and I had a great experience for my first flight. I would take Sprit again if I could fit all my items in my personal carry on that is free of charge. If I need to pay for any other carry on or check in bags I might want to check out a different airline. Overall great experience. Seats had a lot of room and the plane was pretty clean."
