Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Seated at front bulkhead for a smidge extra leg room away from home and on flight back home. Away crew was very proactive about assuring our carryons had space close behind us (because no seat in front of us our personal items had to be in a small bin overhead). They actively required passengers place overhead luggage on its side so more items could fit in bins. Home crew made no such efforts. I had to struggle back rows to get overhead bags upon landing, no crew help then either, and some disgruntled passengers as I and others retrieved our bags. There was a system that worked pretty well. The home bound crew just didn't feel like working.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(
Comfort was poor as usual. At least they were on time. How sad a statement is that...
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.
Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
The flight was delayed and knowing I was going to miss my connection, nothing was done proactively to try and get me rebooked. It was an act of congress to do so. This is not on the crew, but on the experience itself
No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either
Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare
Entertainment is ok! Boarding and seat with zone is terrible. I paid for the seats but you didn’t give me what I paid for which is exit isles.
Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta
After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day
The crew was great. The food was typical, but decent. Everything else - mediocre to poor. The flight was late arriving - happily for us and our 49 minute connection (what idiot came up with that?)- in another concourse - that concourse changed before we arrived (ticket and app was showing the incorrect gate - when we boarded at the correct gate - known by the airport person pushing my assistance cart). Had I walked and read the screens or United app I would have missed the flight! May other people arrived late to the correct gate, having been victims of a last minute gate change, were also relieved the flight arrived late. The aircraft (Boeing 757) was a sardine-can due to an uncomfortable seat pitch distance. The material or seat was beyond not comfortable, but I'm sure they made a lot of money with that aircraft type. I spent a lot of time standing in the back (in the middle of the night/morning to rest my back). I learned my lesson - any trans-oceanic fight - avoid United or American Airlines - and look for Airbus or Boeing 737, 767, 777. Also, pay for business class or premium coach seating.
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.

WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience
Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.

They have no employees/gate agents in Huntsville. Only one gate is operational
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
Hydraulic leak caused the flight to be cancelled. Auto system scheduled us on a 3 am flight. Wevhsedvrebook on the app and hit schedules later in the afternoon. Our luggage per gate and ticket agent would be rescanned and put in our new flight. Did not happen. Our luggage stayed in hsv. Baggage claim in wash dc unable to help. We filed a claim. Several emails about our luggage were in conflict with one another. Called as baggage and was on hold 30 minutes. Oscar said one of 2 was out fir delivery then cancelled. About 45 minutes later both pieces were delivered. Their system is suspect
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
4 hours on the runway after taking off and then getting grounded back.
