The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.

Hydraulic leak caused the flight to be cancelled. Auto system scheduled us on a 3 am flight. Wevhsedvrebook on the app and hit schedules later in the afternoon. Our luggage per gate and ticket agent would be rescanned and put in our new flight. Did not happen. Our luggage stayed in hsv. Baggage claim in wash dc unable to help. We filed a claim. Several emails about our luggage were in conflict with one another. Called as baggage and was on hold 30 minutes. Oscar said one of 2 was out fir delivery then cancelled. About 45 minutes later both pieces were delivered. Their system is suspect

My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.

Not really sure I enjoyed the flight at all. The flight attendants seemed a little tired and rude at times. The snacks were lacking in taste and sustenance. The flight was incredibly turbulent for three plus hours and the pilot had to do a second pass to land at our final destination because he was coming in so fast. He must have taken a short cut and because of it we had to suffer the violent turbulence and the dropping down. It had to be one of if not the worse flights I have ever been on and have traveled vastly all over the world.

Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

4 hours on the runway after taking off and then getting grounded back.
