The first time I flew in the extra legroom section. It was difficult to notice a difference. I had bad luck with my neighbors. The crew was okay. Southwest has reduced the live TV options.

No food or entertainment, just a quick 40 minute flight. A little bumpy due to Santa Ana winds but pilot has no control over that. Good flight and landing!

Mediocre. Boarding is now unpleasant. The employees, once friendly and nice, are now regularly speaking sternly to passengers, badgering them to do things right so they can take off on time and gate check bags because they don't have enough overhead bin space. The pretzel snack was crushed flat and broken into even smaller pieces, which happens frequently lately. Drink service was suspended before they reached my row.

Still a fan of open seating. Flight was on schedule and arrived on time. The 737 MAX is very comfortable.

I will be flying again Southwest Airlines. Friendly crew, comfortable and affordable.

The flight was delayed for almost an hour. We sat on the tarmac. There was no announcement. Not by the pilot or the crew. And for some reason, there was no beverage service, so even though it was a short flight, we had sat on the tarmac and the extra hour delay made me understandably thirsty. Water would’ve been nice if they had offered it. And for the first time, I forgot to bring my own water bottle. Reminder to bring your own water bottle because you never know if you’re going to get a beverage.

It was a new plane with larger overhead bins & charging ports at the seats.

Southwest has a serious issue with keeping their passengers in the dark about delays. They also appear to lack the necessary crews to deal with any sort of hiccup in their operations. The way they run their day-to-day operations is a joke. You are telling me that a hail storm in Denver, where hail storms are incredibly common, results in hours of delays due to every plane needing to be inspected for hail damage? Understandable, but there seems to be a skeleton crew of maintenance workers undergoing this daunting task. There was no particular order of inspecting planes, leading to some planes only having an hour delay or less in others having four or more just because of the luck of the draw of what plane got inspected with no consideration to how long the respective delay was. The entire time the passengers were told nothing except the fact that there was lightning in the area and the ground crews could not load the bags. This always happens that Southwest will incrementally delay a flight with no information given, leaving many frustrated passengers fuming once they find out that their flight is canceled. Don't make people wait around for hours at the airport giving them no information, just to keep them on the hook and prevent any action from being taken by the passengers in terms of finding alternate routes of transportation or accommodations for the night. How many hours of people's times do you think you waste by operating like this? How about having a fully staffed crew in one of your busiest hubs that is famous for severe weather that can effectively deal with a situation like this, or how about having planes on standby to quickly replace in case something like this happens, like all the other major airlines do. This is just like the Christmas fiasco but on a Denver scale, but again this is literally just from a single thunderstorm going over Denver in the spring. I'm glad I've stopped using Southwest as my primary airline and have switched to United. Every single time I fly Southwest, something has to come up. It's ridiculous and I seriously can't wait to finish using my miles so I don't have to deal with your garbage anymore. You used to be so good and I don't know why you thought you could just scrap your quality and expect people to deal with it. Oh, and I walked by someone getting CPR for over 5 minutes in the concourse. I hope he was ok. Southwest needs something similar.

Everything was very good. I will fly Southwest again soon!

Luggage was intact and arrived at the destination. What more could you ask for.. haha. The delay in arrival wasn’t SW fault.. just selfish passengers not wanting to check their luggage knowing they were in the last boarding groups

Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.

Flight delayed four separate times. I’m now one hour hours late to landing.

worst flight ever from Delta, it got delayed and kept on delaying..

While they turned off most cabin lights to allow people to sleep, I was bothered by how bright the side lights still were. It was still quite bright for me in a window seat, when I wish I could have slept!

The crew bent over backwards to thank us for flying and make us comfortable. The food service was quick and efficient. The Captain communicated and said goodbye and thank you as we departed. They really stood out!

Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.

Arlene was a great flight attendant. I also liked how one of the other flight attendants gave us a heads up about snacks and asked everyone to remove their headphones when it was their turn to order. Good idea.

I haven’t flown economy in over 20 years but it was not bad. Room by my feet for my bag and seat was roomy enough. Surprised in a good way.

As previously noted, this flight was great: departure was timely, the crew was friendly and attentive, and wifi connectivity was seamless. In particular, I appreciated that the flight attendant just told me to stow the laptop right before takeoff/landing, and trusted me to do so (which I did!).

Left a few minutes early. Got in 15 minutes early. Very attentive service on board. Very organized boarding.

Service was professional and quick. Premium economy seat was comfortable given the class

Like: departed and arrived on time. Unlike: Food options for purchase allways bad, 1 of 2 of the crew members not very friendly at all. Seats and leg room aweful. At this point I am thinking on switching to AA.

Packed flight, which makes it tough on crew and boarding staff (and the customers of course). But this was great boarding, clear instructions, etc. Traveling on the weekends are always fraught with danger as you have families and less frequent flyers thus more confusion. But this flight went as planned.

New plane was lovely. Crew customer service is always lax but expected. Kraft on time and arrived safely.

Outstanding service, efficient & friendly crew, flight was safe, comfortable & on time

Packed in plane small uncomfortable seats elbow to elbow nobody wants to be in that situation for the money they paid

Terrible, if possible won't be flying again anytime soon!

Very disappointing given gate agent behavior. Filed a formal complaint with United.

Flight delayed. WiFi connectivity very poor if not existant. Last minute arrival forced me to run to catch my connection.

The power at the seat didn't work and the seat itself was difficult to adjust - this was a business class seat. Flight attendant gave me miles to compensate. The attendant was very professional and on top of his game the entire flight.

It was so much better than expected, Ohare is not such a pleasant experience but American Airlines with the new, clean aeroplane and free Wi-Fi was outstanding and the crew so pleasant and helpful.

American delayed the flight for a crew rest period. The delay occurred late in the evening - the earliest i can find is 10:20 pm. With a 6 am flight anyone on the flight would have already have been asleep (unless you are insane, a vampire or on drugs) and at least for me i was already on the way to the airport at 445 am the next morning when i discovered they delayed the flight until 9 am. Given the incoming flight was in the air at 6 pm the evening before this should have been figured out a lot more timely that was there only crew to use. Just frustrating given there is no consideration for customer experience anymore in flying.

American Airlines is a miserable experience. It is predictably miserable, in the sense that every time I fly American, I brace myself for the certainty that it will be unpleasant and uncomfortable. But it is unpredictable in the sense that I never know if the flight will be on time or delayed nine hours (both happened to me this week). I never know if I will be able to sit in the seat that I selected when I purchased the ticket or if I will be told by Customer Service (!!!) that I must relocate from first class to a seat in the back of the aircraft with no explanation (both happened to me this week). Will the food be frozen and half defrosted, or scalding hot? Will the drinks be warm? Will the flight attendants be surly and mean? Will the toilets be cramped and foul? Will the seats be narrow and uncomfortable? Will there be a real electric outlet at the seat, or just an unreliable USB-2 port? Will there be enough seats in the boarding lounge or just a few? Will the boarding process be smooth and efficient, or will the gate agents mess it up and delay it needlessly for 30 or 40 minutes? Will the catering and cleaning crew be prompt or will they take an extra 30 minutes? Will the brakes on the aircraft work properly, or will the pilot delay takeoff for four hours while the ground crew attends to what can only be described as routine maintenance that should have been done the night before? I've eexperienced every one of these unpleasant things this year, 2026. The only thing I can reliably count on is that American will find a new way to make the experience of flying as miserable as they possibly can.

Wifi was spotty. Tray table was very dirty when I sat down.

Going non stop to lax like I paid for. Not stopping in MCI for gas. Too long of delays

The experience at checkin for my American Airlines flight from Sacramento to LAX was very good including the assistance I received in getting my bags checked in and boarding passes printed. Was pleasantly surprised the my bags were checked through all the way to my destination at Clark International Airport in Angeles, Philippines.

The flight was significantly delayed for 6.5 hours because of snow. There was no communication once the plane returned to the gate regarding when the flight would resume. Other flights were departing while our flight was being unloaded for reasons unknown. Our flight also seemed out of the queue regarding further deicing, refueling, and waiting to Taxi to the runway.

They are always late and seats was also not having working charger

Everything about the flight was lovely. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more options of tv series from Apple TV or HBO.

After the door had been closed, the cockpit makes an announcement that catering is running late and it is not the airline's fault. It is their fault in the sense that we had to sit for 2 hours or more when we could have stayed in the terminal. Poor communications between catering and airline. This caused a young man to lose his temper and he went storming out hitting objects. He had complained to the gate agent that he had already waited at the gate 7 hours and when can the airplane leave? Airilnes do a poor job of explaining delays, maintenance issues, etc. whereas being truthful may gain more sympathy or understanding.

Whole experience was poor. Delayed 2 hours. Lied about the delays. Was all jet blues fault and tried to blame on air traffic control. Sent out other let trips and wouldn't allow people to switch aircraft.

It was fine for what it was. It’s not luxury travel but it was efficient, for the most part. Having my carry-on transferred into luggage however, was unwelcome.

I was seated next to an autistic child who was out of control and had a child behind me kicking my seat for most of the trip. I will never fly JetBlue again. Ever. I don't care how cheap it is. It's terrible.

All airline travel outside of First or Business class is an ordeal to be endured. This trip was ok, small o, small k.

Crew were fantastic and so catering and wonderful! Full score for the entire crew!

The flight itself was fine, but the boarding process was extremely frustrating. There is no one scanning boarding passes - passengers just scan themselves and enter the jetway. By the time my husband and I got on the plane and were halfway to our seats they determined there were too many bags on the plane and everything at that point needed to be checked. This created a lot of unnecessary chaos. They should have alerted people before getting on the plane that they would need to start checking bags instead of waiting until people were already on the plane.

The WiFi stopped working early on in the flight. No audio from entertainment system.

I had a horrible experience with TSA at the airport. I had to go through TSA several times as there was some issue each time with a piece if clothing I had on. It was so busy & chaotic that I ended up forgetting my Apple laptop at TSA. It’s been days & I can’t get through to anyone to get useful info on how to get it back. I’m very angry because contacting lost & found shouldn’t be this difficult. Employees should know what is going on at their place of work. It seems no one knows as everyone’s answers are contradictory, or you can’t speak directly to anyone as the calls are automated. Very upsetting.

My experience with Eva sir was good except the long walk in LA Lex, that was inconvenient for my age,

the staff was very helpful and the airline was very good.
