Cons: "It was an older plane and missing the comforts of such. No ports to charge your device. Screens were very small. Seat had trouble reclining."

Cons: "The JetBlue app currently is broken. The mobile boarding passes disappear as soon as your first flight lands. Therefore you'll have to get a printed boarding pass at a counter if you have any connections. This is highly irritating."

Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny."

Cons: "My flight was 7:45AM from JFK to ANU I got into airport at 6:30AM But AA refused to me take on board. They said flight gate is closed."
They ran out of food entree and the other option was pork which many people don’t eat.
The flight was late leaving by a half hour. Other than that it was excellent

They charge for everything. The checked luggage you pay extra for but they dont even allow a ton of weight so you have to buy even more. Many overseas flights allows up to two bags. The food was horrible! For breakfast we got a cold croissant and yogurt. The last flight I took we got a hot breakfast sandwich, which would have been much better.
Trip from hell, sorry to say. Halifax - Toronto left late (the new normal…). Toronto - Austin cancelled. Re-booked through Chicago. Flight left more than an hour late. Chicago - Austin left two hours late. Arrived in Austin around 1 am. Ended up traveling - Airport to airport - 15 hours. Food in Chicago left me with upset stomach, so I ended up spending more time in the privy than in my seat. Attendants though supportive. A woman sitting next to me said that her flight from Toronto to Austin was also cancelled last time she flew that route. Makes you think twice about going somewhere. I am 71 so I know how much things have changed. Not entirely the airlines’ fault, but to some degree yes. Maybe sell less tickets, but deliver on the tickets you sell. I failed to avoid going through Toronto this time. I usually go through Montreal. Toronto has a really bad reputation, in many areas, and I was reminded of this the hard way.
Cons: "The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight."

Pros: "Everything was fantastic except I was a little squished; but I suppose that is to be expected on the economy flight. We did land later than expected but it ended up being just fine and I was able to connect to my next flight."
