Flight from Savannah arrived very late and we did not take off till 2 hours after scheduled departure!
My flight was canceled, and instead of rebooking me on a non-stop first-class flight for the same day, which I originally had, Delta rebooked me on a one-stop flight for the following day. When I checked the Delta app, I noticed that there were available flights for both the same day and the next day. I believe this indicates poor management on their part.
So terrible. My flight was 4 hours delayed and we weren't notified til last second within an hour of boarding. WE had to sit on the plane for 4 hours. ridiculous.
The CRJ-900 was clean but the overhead air vents were broken in our First Class row, making the cabin very hot until about 30 mins into the flight. The flight attendants were both extremely apologetic and accommodating though so that is why I rated the flight as very good. They checked on us many times and truly showed they cared. The snacks for an hour and a half flight could be better. Would be nice if there was a small plated meal over convenient store snacks. WiFi also was not working. And it would be nice if Delta had adjustable headrests on these planes.
The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.
Free & relatively fast Wi-Fi. Would've liked a wider drink selection.
Delta does a great job with entertainment and free wifi. I can still be in touch with my colleagues while in the air.
Entertainment is ok! Boarding and seat with zone is terrible. I paid for the seats but you didn’t give me what I paid for which is exit isles.
Flight cancelled going to FLL and flight from Miami delayed 6 hours. Had to rebook or miss connection.
They cancelled our flight two times after rebooking us for a later flight. We never got on the plane. We found another solution by driving.
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
Long delays, lack of information about the status of the flight. The flight was delayed 4 times.
Bags took over and hour to come out. Delays due to wind caused rebooking.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
